Abstract

本发明公开了一种液压管路固定装置，包含一液压缸体，所述的液压缸体的外壁上设有一对平行设置的卡槽，所述的卡槽上设有一由固定部组成的固定部阵列，所述的固定部包含一长条状的上夹块和一“T”字形的下夹块，所述的上夹块的两端分别设有一上夹圆孔，所述的上夹块的边缘设有一锁止突出，所述的下夹块上设有一对下夹圆孔和一长圆形的贯穿的固定槽口，一对锁止螺钉分别贯穿所述的上夹圆孔和下夹圆孔。使用者可以利用上夹块边缘的锁止突出直接卡住卡槽，并利用锁止螺钉分锁紧定位。然后，利用固定槽口，使用者可以将管路支架直接安装到固定槽口中，大大方便了液压管路的安装。由于固定部可以在卡槽内自由调节，能适合各种不同的安装角度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压装置，更确切地说，是一种液压管路固定装置。
背景技术
在液压系统中，需要在液压缸体之间架设液压管路，现有的方法是将管路的固定座固定到设备的壳体上，极容易受到外界振动的干扰，可靠性较差。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种液压管路固定装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种液压管路固定装置，其特征在于，所述的液压管路固定装置包含一液压缸体，所述的液压缸体的外壁上设有一对平行设置的卡槽，所述的卡槽上设有一由固定部组成的固定部阵列，所述的固定部包含一长条状的上夹块和一“T”字形的下夹块，所述的上夹块的两端分别设有一上夹圆孔，所述的上夹块的边缘设有一锁止突出，所述的下夹块上设有一对下夹圆孔和一长圆形的贯穿的固定槽口，一对锁止螺钉分别贯穿所述的上夹圆孔和下夹圆孔。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的上夹块和下夹块均为不锈钢制成。
本发明的液压管路固定装置具有以下优点：使用时，使用者可以利用上夹块边缘的锁止突出直接卡住卡槽，并利用锁止螺钉分锁紧定位。然后，利用固定槽口，使用者可以将管路支架直接安装到固定槽口中，大大方便了液压管路的安装。由于固定部可以在卡槽内自由调节，能适合各种不同的安装角度，灵活性好。该液压管路固定装置结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。

如图1至图5所示，该液压管路固定装置1包含一液压缸体2，该液压缸体2的外壁上设有一对平行设置的卡槽21，该卡槽21上设有一由固定部100组成的固定部阵列，该固定部100包含一长条状的上夹块3和一“T”字形的下夹块4，该上夹块3的两端分别设有一上夹圆孔31，该上夹块3的边缘设有一锁止突出32，该下夹块4上设有一对下夹圆孔42和一长圆形的贯穿的固定槽口41，一对锁止螺钉5分别贯穿该上夹圆孔31和下夹圆孔42。
该上夹块3和下夹块4均为不锈钢制成。
使用时，如图1和图2所示，使用者可以利用上夹块3边缘的锁止突出32直接卡住卡槽21，并利用锁止螺钉5分锁紧定位。然后，利用固定槽口41，使用者可以将管路支架直接安装到固定槽口41中，大大方便了液压管路的安装。
由于固定部100组可以在卡槽21内自由调节，能适合各种不同的安装角度，灵活性好。
该液压管路固定装置结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种液压管路固定装置，其特征在于，所述的液压管路固定装置（1）包含一液压缸体（2），所述的液压缸体（2）的外壁上设有一对平行设置的卡槽（21），所述的卡槽（21）上设有一由固定部（100）组成的固定部阵列，所述的固定部（100）包含一长条状的上夹块（3）和一“T”字形的下夹块（4），所述的上夹块（3）的两端分别设有一上夹圆孔（31），所述的上夹块（3）的边缘设有一锁止突出（32），所述的下夹块（4）上设有一对下夹圆孔（42）和一长圆形的贯穿的固定槽口（41），一对锁止螺钉（5）分别贯穿所述的上夹圆孔（31）和下夹圆孔（42）；所述的上夹块（3）和下夹块（4）均为不锈钢制成。
