本发明提供一种压缩机风扇结构,它包括有主体、动力箱、机板,其中,主体底部安装在机板上,主体一端设有动力箱,动力箱表面设有若干条垂直于表面的散热肋,主体一侧设有阶梯状的凸起,冷却风扇安装在凸起上,冷却风扇外侧通过盖板扣合,盖板一侧设有导线孔,冷却风扇的导线穿过导线孔与压缩机的控制电路连接。本发明可以大大减少维修时间,无需对压缩机进行拆装,从而有效降低压缩机损耗,降低压缩机的故障率。

技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,尤其是指一种压缩机风扇结构。
背景技术
压缩机是将低压气体提升为高压气体的一种从动的流体机械,是制冷系统的心脏。它从吸气管吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体,通过电机运转带动活塞对其进行压缩后,向排气管排出高温高压的制冷剂气体,为制冷循环提供动力,从而实现压缩→冷凝(放热)→膨胀→蒸发 ( 吸热 ) 的制冷循环。现有压缩机的风扇安装在压缩机端部的压缩机外壳中,与压缩机呈一体式,这种结构风扇一旦损坏,需要专业维修人员打开机壳进行维修,其需要的维修时间长,而且经常拆卸会大大影响到压缩机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、故障率低、冷却效果好、使用寿命条的压缩机风扇结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种压缩机风扇结构,它包括有主体、动力箱、机板,其中,主体底部安装在机板上,主体一端设有动力箱,动力箱表面设有若干条垂直于表面的散热肋,主体一侧设有阶梯状的凸起,冷却风扇安装在凸起上,冷却风扇外侧通过盖板扣合,盖板一侧设有导线孔,冷却风扇的导线穿过导线孔与压缩机的控制电路连接。
所述的动力箱外壳采用铝合金制作成形。
所述的盖板截面呈U形,U形端部设有固定环,盖板通过固定环安装在凸起上。
本发明在采用上述方案后,将风扇固定在独立盖板内,通过盖板固定在压缩机侧面,使压缩机体积减小,且风扇和压缩机通过电路联接设置,当风扇引停止运转时,压缩机也会停止运转,起到保护压缩机的作用,而且风扇需要维护时,只需打开盖板即可,大大减少维修时间,无需对压缩机进行拆装,从而有效降低压缩机损耗,降低压缩机的故障率。

下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1,本实施例所述的压缩机风扇结构包括有主体1、动力箱2、机板3,其中,主体1底部安装在机板3上,主体1一端设有动力箱2,动力箱2表面设有若干条垂直于表面的散热肋4,主体1一侧设有阶梯状的凸起5,冷却风扇6安装在凸起5上,冷却风扇6外侧通过盖板7扣合,盖板7一侧设有导线孔,冷却风扇6的导线8穿过导线孔与压缩机的控制电路连接。动力箱2外壳采用铝合金制作成形,盖板7截面呈U形,U形端部设有固定环9,盖板7通过固定环9安装在凸起5上。在采用上述方案后,将风扇固定在独立盖板内,通过盖板固定在压缩机侧面,使压缩机体积减小,且风扇和压缩机通过电路联接设置,当风扇引停止运转时,压缩机也会停止运转,起到保护压缩机的作用,而且风扇需要维护时,只需打开盖板即可,大大减少维修时间,无需对压缩机进行拆装,从而有效降低压缩机损耗,降低压缩机的故障率。

1.一种压缩机风扇结构,其特征在于:它包括有主体(1)、动力箱(2)、机板(3),其中,主体(1)底部安装在机板(3)上,主体(1)一端设有动力箱(2),动力箱(2)表面设有若干条垂直于表面的散热肋(4),主体(1)一侧设有阶梯状的凸起(5);冷却风扇(6)固定在独立的盖板(7)内并通过盖板(7)固定在压缩机侧面,盖板(7)截面呈U形,U形端部设有固定环(9),盖板(7)通过固定环(9)安装在凸起(5)上;盖板(7)一侧设有导线孔,冷却风扇(6)的导线(8)穿过导线孔与压缩机的控制电路连接,当风扇停止转动时压缩机也停止转动;动力箱(2)外壳采用铝合金制作成形。
