本发明公开了一种无叶双头风扇,包括吸风组件、两个出风面罩和电冷片;各出风面罩包括面板和背板,面板上设有出风狭孔,背板中心处设有安装孔,面板和背板之间设有导风通道;吸风组件包括壳体、设置在壳体中的吸风机、设置在壳体中的第一风道和第二风道;壳体的中部设有作为进风孔的网孔板,壳体的左端设有第一风道出口,壳体的右端设有第二风道出口;壳体的两端设置在相应一个背板的安装孔中,第一风道出口与左侧出风面罩的导风通道连通,第二风道出口与右侧出风面罩的导风通道连通;电冷片设置在壳体中,位于两背板之间且邻接网孔板设置。本发明噪音较小、出风量较大且能够吹冷风。

一种无叶双头风扇
技术领域
本发明属于电风扇结构设计技术领域,具体涉及一种无叶风扇。
背景技术
目前市售的无叶型安全风扇,包括底座和设置在底座上的环形出风面罩,底座中设有以涡轮式风机为主的吸风组件;这种风扇的最大优点是由于摒除了传统电风扇所用的扇叶,从而无论对大人还是幼儿均具有极好的安全性。但是这种风扇也存在以下不足之处:为了避免庞大臃肿,采用较小直径的底座,所以限制了涡轮式风机的大小,为了保证足够的出风量,涡轮式风机的转速较高,一般达到每秒几百至上千转,导致噪音很大,且难以根除;另外,由于涡轮式风机的直径太小,虽然其转速很高,但是出风量仍然不能与传统风扇相比,吹风效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种噪音较小且出风量较大的无叶双头风扇。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种无叶双头风扇,包括吸风组件、两个出风面罩和电冷片;各出风面罩包括面板和背板,面板上设有出风狭孔,背板中心处设有安装孔,两个出风面罩的背板正对并邻接设置;面板和背板之间设有导风通道;吸风组件包括壳体、设置在壳体中的吸风机、设置在壳体中的第一风道和第二风道;壳体的中部设有作为进风孔的网孔板,壳体的左端设有第一风道出口,壳体的右端设有第二风道出口;壳体的两端设置在相应一个背板的安装孔中,第一风道出口与左侧出风面罩的导风通道连通,第二风道出口与右侧出风面罩的导风通道连通;电冷片设置在壳体中,位于两背板之间且邻接网孔板设置;吸风机包括双头电机和两个吸风扇轮,双头电机转动时,空气从壳体中部的进风孔中进入,经相应一个吸风扇轮后,进入到第一风道和第二风道中;各出风狭孔的形状是弧线状,并在各出风面罩的正面排列成环状。
本发明把吸风组件设置在出风面罩的背面中心处,由于出风面罩与传统无叶风扇的底座相比,直径要大上好几倍,所以本发明可以选用扇叶较大的吸风机,无需太高转速即可实现很好的吹风效果;从而具有噪音较小且出风量较大的优点。本发明和传统无叶风扇一样,扇叶内置,外面看不到,也是从孔径很小的网孔板处吸风,从很小的出风狭孔中出风,儿童的手指插不进去,所以还具有较好的安全性。

(实施例1)
本实施例是一种无叶双头风扇,见图1所示,包括吸风组件1和两个出风面罩2;各出风面罩包括面板21和背板22,面板上设有出风狭孔211,背板中心处设有安装孔,面板和背板之间设有导风通道23;吸风组件包括壳体11、设置在壳体中的吸风机12、设置在壳体中的第一风道13和第二风道14;壳体的中部设有作为进风孔的网孔板15,壳体的左端设有第一风道出口131,壳体的右端设有第二风道出口141;壳体的两端设置在相应一个背板的安装孔中,第一风道出口与左侧出风面罩的导风通道连通,第二风道出口与右侧出风面罩的导风通道连通。
各出风狭孔的形状是弧线状,并在各出风面罩的正面排列成环状。
吸风机包括双头电机121和两个吸风扇轮122,双头电机转动时,空气从壳体中部的进风孔中进入,经相应一个吸风扇轮后,进入到第一风道和第二风道中。
本实施例还包括电冷片3,电冷片设置在壳体中,位于两背板之间且邻接网孔板设置。

1.一种无叶双头风扇,包括吸风组件(1)和两个出风面罩(2);其特征在于:还包括电冷片(3);各出风面罩包括面板(21)和背板(22),面板上设有出风狭孔(211),背板中心处设有安装孔,两个出风面罩的背板正对并邻接设置;面板和背板之间设有导风通道(23);吸风组件包括壳体(11)、设置在壳体中的吸风机(12)、设置在壳体中的第一风道(13)和第二风道(14);壳体的中部设有作为进风孔的网孔板(15),壳体的左端设有第一风道出口(131),壳体的右端设有第二风道出口(141);壳体的两端设置在相应一个背板的安装孔中,第一风道出口与左侧出风面罩的导风通道连通,第二风道出口与右侧出风面罩的导风通道连通;电冷片设置在壳体中,位于两背板之间且邻接网孔板设置;吸风机包括双头电机(121)和两个吸风扇轮(122),双头电机转动时,空气从壳体中部的进风孔中进入,经相应一个吸风扇轮后,进入到第一风道和第二风道中;各出风狭孔的形状是弧线状,并在各出风面罩的正面排列成环状。
