背景技术:
玉米是我国种植面积最广的作物之一,属于禾本科一年生草本植物,可做成各式面食和菜肴,也是工业酒精和烧酒的主要原料。目前,玉米的主要种植方法是大田直播,但与育苗移栽方式相比,大田直播的产量较低。在进行育苗移栽时,需要对玉米幼苗施入易吸收利用的定根肥,使幼苗能快速吸收到其生长所需的营养物质。目前,市售的玉米肥料主要有N、P、K三大无机元素组成,可在短时间内满足幼苗的生长需要,但长期使用会使土壤团粒结构遭到破坏,易造成土壤板结和变质,从而影响玉米成苗的生长。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种肥力强、肥效长、利用率高且能有效缓解土壤板结的玉米幼苗移栽用定根肥。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种玉米幼苗移栽用定根肥,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
富硒农作物秸秆90-100份、苜蓿草30-40份、桑叶20-25份、樒树叶20-25份、油茶粕15-20份、豆粕12-17份、麻秆灰10-15份、糖蜜10-15份、银杏叶8-13份、蚕蛹粉6-10份、猪油渣6-10份、沸石粉5-9份、木醋4-8份、梧桐子粉3-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、硫磺1-2份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将富硒农作物秸秆、苜蓿草和桑叶粉碎,再加入糖蜜,混合均匀后加水调节含水量达到60%,然后将混合料装入发酵缸内,在30-40℃下发酵4d,继续升温至60-70℃发酵3d,即得发酵料;
(2)将发酵料、樒树叶和银杏叶粉碎成粉末,然后加入油茶粕和豆粕,混合均匀即得物料I;
(3)将猪油渣加热至完全融化,再加入麻秆灰和沸石粉,继续保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(4)向物料I中加入物料II、蚕蛹粉、木醋、梧桐子粉、聚丙烯酸钠和硫磺,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,最后过100-120目筛。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以富硒农作物秸秆为主要原料,辅以多种植物成分和食品下脚料制得玉米幼苗移栽用定根肥,该定根肥具有肥力强和肥效长的特点,所含营养物质能被玉米充分吸收利用,富含的有机硒能促进幼苗的健康生长,并且实现了食品下脚料的合理利用,降低成本和保护环境。

实施例1
(1)先将90份富硒农作物秸秆、40份苜蓿草和20份桑叶粉碎,再加入10份糖蜜,混合均匀后加水调节含水量达到60%,然后将混合料装入发酵缸内,在30-40℃下发酵4d,继续升温至60-70℃发酵3d,即得发酵料;
(2)将发酵料、20份樒树叶和10份银杏叶粉碎成粉末,然后加入15份油茶粕和15份豆粕,混合均匀即得物料I;
(3)将6份猪油渣加热至完全融化,再加入10份麻秆灰和5份沸石粉,继续保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(4)向物料I中加入物料II、10份蚕蛹粉、4份木醋、3份梧桐子粉、2份聚丙烯酸钠和1份硫磺,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,最后过120目筛。
实施例2
(1)先将100份富硒农作物秸秆、30份苜蓿草和25份桑叶粉碎,再加入15份糖蜜,混合均匀后加水调节含水量达到60%,然后将混合料装入发酵缸内,在30-40℃下发酵4d,继续升温至60-70℃发酵3d,即得发酵料;
(2)将发酵料、25份樒树叶和8份银杏叶粉碎成粉末,然后加入20份油茶粕和12份豆粕,混合均匀即得物料I;
(3)将8份猪油渣加热至完全融化,再加入15份麻秆灰和8份沸石粉,继续保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(4)向物料I中加入物料II、8份蚕蛹粉、6份木醋、5份梧桐子粉、3份聚丙烯酸钠和2份硫磺,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,最后过120目筛。

富硒农作物秸秆90-100份、苜蓿草30-40份、桑叶20-25份、樒树叶20-25份、油茶粕15-20份、豆粕12-17份、麻秆灰10-15份、糖蜜10-15份、银杏叶8-13份、蚕蛹粉6-10份、猪油渣6-10份、沸石粉5-9份、木醋4-8份、梧桐子粉3-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、硫磺1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米幼苗移栽用定根肥,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将富硒农作物秸秆、苜蓿草和桑叶粉碎,再加入糖蜜,混合均匀后加水调节含水量达到60%,然后将混合料装入发酵缸内,在30-40℃下发酵4d,继续升温至60-70℃发酵3d,即得发酵料;
(2)将发酵料、樒树叶和银杏叶粉碎成粉末,然后加入油茶粕和豆粕,混合均匀即得物料I;
(3)将猪油渣加热至完全融化,再加入麻秆灰和沸石粉,继续保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(4)向物料I中加入物料II、蚕蛹粉、木醋、梧桐子粉、聚丙烯酸钠和硫磺,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,最后过100-120目筛。
