背景技术
锡膏是焊接工艺中必备品,而普通的锡膏在使用后可能导致电路板运转不畅,导电性能差,目前的采用无铅锡膏,但无法防止外界潮湿引起导电短路。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种外绝缘高导电锡膏,具有高导电,外绝缘的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种外绝缘高导电锡膏,其特征在于,按质量比包括如下组成:
合金锡粉:5-20%;
铜粉:15-20%;
锌粉:35-40%;
硅胶:30-35%。
所述的硅胶可采用环氧树脂胶。
