Abstract

本发明提供了一种电视节目的智能预约方法,其包括:保存用户从直播列表中所预约的选定节目,并对选定节目进行监控;当监控到选定节目开始播放时,通过摄像头采集电视机前的图像;如果检测到图像中有人出现时,从图像中提取人脸信息,并对人脸信息进行识别;如果识别通过,将当前节目切换为选定节目开始播放;如果识别不通过,对选定节目进行缓存。通过上述方式,本发明能够自动播放和缓存用户感兴趣的节目内容。

技术领域
本发明涉及智能电视技术领域,特别是涉及一种电视节目的智能预约方法。
背景技术
近年来,智能电视和互联网迅猛发展,用户数量不断增多,用户可以通过智能电视观看节目。对于智能电视厂商来说,提高自己产品的竞争力才能得到更多用户的青睐。
目前,用户在预约自己感兴趣的节目后,如果该节目开始播放时,用户正在播放另外的节目,此时该预约的节目不会进行缓存,这就会导致用户错过其感兴趣的节目内容,影响智能电视用户的体验。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电视节目的智能预约方法,能够自动播放和缓存用户感兴趣的节目内容。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电视节目的智能预约方法,包括:保存用户从直播列表中所预约的选定节目,并对所述选定节目进行监控;当监控到所述选定节目开始播放时,通过摄像头采集电视机前的图像;如果检测到图像中有人出现时,从所述图像中提取人脸信息,并对所述人脸信息进行识别;如果识别通过,将当前节目切换为所述选定节目开始播放;如果识别不通过,对所述选定节目进行缓存。
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的有益效果是:在用户预约的节目开始播放时通过摄像头采集电视机前的图像,如果图像中有人出现,则进行人脸识别,如果识别通过,播放该选定节目,如果识别不通过,缓存该选定节目,从而能够自动播放和缓存用户感兴趣的节目内容。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1,是本发明实施例电视节目的智能预约方法的流程示意图。本实施例的智能预约方法包括以下步骤:
S1:保存用户从直播列表中所预约的选定节目,并对选定节目进行监控。
其中,用户需事先从直播列表中选择感兴趣的选定节目,当用户选择后,则保存该节目并对该节目进行监控。
S2:当监控到选定节目开始播放时,通过摄像头采集电视机前的图像。
其中,从该选定节目的播放时间开始,摄像头开启并持续采集图像。摄像头可以是电视本身一部分,也可以是单独的一部分。
S3:如果检测到图像中有人出现时,从图像中提取人脸信息,并对人脸信息进行识别。
其中,提取人脸信息采用的人脸提取算法和进行人脸识别的人脸识别算法均为现有算法,此处不再赘述。
S4:如果识别通过,将当前节目切换为选定节目开始播放;如果识别不通过,对选定节目进行缓存。
其中,如果识别通过,表明预约节目的用户正在看电视,此时需要切换到该选定节目开始播放,以避免用户错过感兴趣的节目,如果识别通过,表明观看电视的用户不是预约节目的用户,此时需要缓存该选定节目。以便预约节目的用户时候观看。
通过上述方式,本发明实施例的电视节目的智能预约方法在用户预约的节目开始播放时通过摄像头采集电视机前的图像,如果图像中有人出现,则进行人脸识别,如果识别通过,播放该选定节目,如果识别不通过,缓存该选定节目,从而能够自动播放和缓存用户感兴趣的节目内容。

1.一种电视节目的智能预约方法,其特征在于,包括:
保存用户从直播列表中所预约的选定节目,并对所述选定节目进行监控;
当监控到所述选定节目开始播放时,通过摄像头采集电视机前的图像;
如果检测到图像中有人出现时,从所述图像中提取人脸信息,并对所述人脸信息进行识别;
如果识别通过,将当前节目切换为所述选定节目开始播放;如果识别不通过,对所述选定节目进行缓存。
