本发明公开了一种发电装置,包括钢化玻璃、发电主体、背板和铝边框;所述钢化玻璃通过EVA与发电主体相粘合;所述发电主体之间设置有涂锡铜带;所述背板设置在发电主体背面;所述钢化玻璃外层设置有一层镀膜;所述发电主体与背板之间设置有黑色太阳能背膜;所述铝边框设置在钢化玻璃和背板的外围。本发明的发电装置,将现有的白色太阳能背膜改为黑色太阳能背膜,具有吸光性强,光电转换效率高,另外将无污染性涂锡铜带作为传导件,对环境保护具有显著的效果。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种发电装置,属于太阳能发电组件领域。
背景技术
现有的发电装置一般有耗能发电装置,如煤炭发电、核发电等,对环境具有一定的污染性,且会消耗不可再生资源;另外还有一种利用清洁能源进行发电的装置,如风能、太阳能;特别是太阳能发电不仅环保,无污染、无噪声,而且资源取之不尽用之不竭;太阳能组件转换效率有限,不能充分利用,因此需要研发一种具有光电转换效率高,可靠性高的发电装置。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种发电装置,具有光电转换效率高,可靠性高;另外组件在恶劣的环境下也能正常的工作。
(二)技术方案
本发明的发电装置,包括钢化玻璃、发电主体、背板和铝边框;所述钢化玻璃通过EVA与发电主体相粘合;所述发电主体之间设置有涂锡铜带;所述背板设置在发电主体背面;所述钢化玻璃外层设置有一层镀膜;所述发电主体与背板之间设置有黑色太阳能背膜;所述铝边框设置在钢化玻璃和背板的外围。
作为优选方案,所述的钢化玻璃为超白钢化处理后的钢化玻璃。
作为优选方案,所述的发电主体为太阳能电池板。
作为优选方案,所述的发电主体的终端连接有接线盒。
作为优选方案,所述的接线盒有正负接线柱。
(三)有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的发电装置,将现有的白色太阳能背膜改为黑色太阳能背膜,具有吸光性强,光电转换效率高,另外将无污染性涂锡铜带作为传导件,对环境保护具有显著的效果。

实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,发电装置,包括钢化玻璃1、发电主体2、背板3和铝边框4;所述钢化玻璃通过EVA5与发电主体2相粘合;所述发电主体2之间设置有涂锡铜带6;所述背板3设置在发电主体2背面;所述钢化玻璃1外层设置有一层镀膜;所述发电主体2与背板3之间设置有黑色太阳能背膜(未图示),对发电主体2起保护和支撑作用,具有良好的绝缘性、防水性、耐老化性;所述铝边框4设置在钢化玻璃1和背板3的外围。
其中,所述的钢化玻璃1为超白钢化处理后的钢化玻璃;所述的发电主体2为太阳能电池板;所述的发电主体2的终端连接有接线盒(未图示);所述的接线盒有正负接线柱(未图示)。
