背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,不仅要求电缆要具备导电性能好、抗拖拽、线芯牢固、耐高温、抗氧化、抗干扰等多方面的优势。
只有符电缆的多方面要求,才能更好的保证电缆的安全使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有导电性能好、屏蔽性强、抗拖拽、防水抗氧化、耐高温、低烟无卤环保,同时可发出荧光,便于电缆安装与检修等优点的双屏蔽抗拖拽电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种双屏蔽抗拖拽电缆,它包括导体线芯以及依次包裹在导体线芯外侧的外屏蔽层、无纺布绕包层、防水层、护套,所述导体线芯是由内导体、内屏蔽层以及外导体组成,所述防水层是由若干个添加石炭颗粒、防水油膏的改性非吸水型聚氯乙烯紧密排布组成,所述护套采用高密度退火镀锡钢丝铠装聚四氟乙烯材料构成。
进一步地,所述内屏蔽层是由镀锌钢丝编织网,外包铝箔编织而成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆导电性能好,屏蔽性能强,防水性能好主要应用于计算机、通讯、电力、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,耐高温,耐油耐酸,抗氧化,线芯牢固,抗拖拽。
