本发明涉及一种烘干机部件。
背景技术
三筒烘干机是一种湿物料的烘干设备，具有烘干效率高、操作简单、技术先进等优点，三筒烘干机运作过程中在物料的投喂方面还存在一些缺陷，当其温度在某一范围时，投喂物料湿度过大可能会损伤实心滑料盆。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种三筒烘干机物料某一特定温度范围下投喂湿度筛选组件。
本发明是这样实现的。三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，包括一个机体，在机体上设置温度感应模块、物料筛选区、物料水分传感模块、管理模块，物料水分传感模块设置在物料筛选区上，运行时，温度感应模块感应机体的温度情况，当到达某一范围温度数值时，物料水分传感模块感应物料湿度情况，感应到的情况由管理模块处理。
三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，在物料筛选区上设置物料称量模块，检测单次投入物料的重量以及对机体产生的压力情况。
三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，在温度感应模块上设置温度设定模块，设定需要对物料进行水分检测的温度范围。
三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，在物料水分传感模块上设置提示模块，当感应到物料过重或者水分含量过大时，发出提示。
三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，提示模块发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
上述三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，通过测量某一温度范围下，投喂物料的湿度情况，避免水分含量过大而损坏机体。

1.三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，其特征在于包括一个机体(1)，在机体(1)上设置温度感应模块(2)、物料筛选区(3)、物料水分传感模块(4)、管理模块(5)，物料水分传感模块(4)设置在物料筛选区(3)上，运行时，温度感应模块(2)感应机体(1)的温度情况，当到达某一范围温度数值时，物料水分传感模块(4)感应物料湿度情况，感应到的情况由管理模块(5)处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，其特征在于在物料筛选区(3)上设置物料称量模块(6)，检测单次投入物料的重量以及对机体(1)产生的压力情况。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，其特征在于在温度感应模块(2)上设置温度设定模块(7)，设定需要对物料进行水分检测的温度范围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，其特征在于在物料水分传感模块(4)上设置提示模块(8)，当感应到物料过重或者水分含量过大时，发出提示。
5.根据权利要求4所述的三筒烘干机物料投喂湿度筛选组件，其特征在于提示模块(8)发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
