本发明涉及一种锚栓,尤其涉及一种高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓。
背景技术:
在一些大型电器、绝缘板等生产的过程中常常用到绝缘锚栓,传统的绝缘锚栓由绝缘性高的塑料注塑而成,绝缘效果好,但其抗弯曲能力差,外螺纹易损,易老化,使用寿命短,严重影响所在产品的质量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种强度大,抗弯曲能力强,绝缘性好,使用寿命长的高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓,包括绝缘主体、钢芯、金属套管、绝缘塞,在绝缘主体的内部设有钢芯和绝缘塞,绝缘塞在钢芯的外端,在绝缘主体的外部设有金属套管。
所述绝缘主体由柱形体和六楞端头组成,在柱形体的前端设有六楞端头,通过六楞端头可以旋进或旋出整个锚栓。在绝缘主体内部沿轴向线设有一个圆柱形孔,在六楞端头的内侧面设有等距离的四个嵌入孔。
所述钢芯为圆柱形,包在绝缘主体和绝缘塞内,能增强整个锚栓的强度和抗弯曲能力。
所述金属套管的外端设有与六楞端头上的四个嵌入孔相对应的插头,在金属套管上设有外螺纹,金属套管的内经与绝缘主体的柱形体的外径相一致,金属套管的外经小于绝缘主体的六楞端头的直径。
所述绝缘塞为圆柱形,塞在钢芯外端的圆柱形孔内,与绝缘主体组成一个绝缘体,安全性更高。
本发明的有益效果是:强度大,抗弯曲能力强,绝缘性好,安全性高,外螺纹不易损伤,使用寿命长,使用范围广,能提高所在产品的质量。

如图1所示,一种高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓,包括绝缘主体(1)、钢芯(2)、金属套管(3)、绝缘塞(4),在绝缘主体(1)的内部设有钢芯(2)和绝缘塞(4),绝缘塞(4)在钢芯(2)的外端,在绝缘主体(1)的外部设有金属套管(3)。绝缘主体(1)由柱形体(11)和六楞端头(12)组成,在柱形体(11)的前端设有六楞端头(12),通过六楞端头(12)可以旋进或旋出整个锚栓。在绝缘主体(1)内部沿轴向线设有一个圆柱形孔(13),在六楞端头(12)的内侧面设有等距离的四个嵌入孔(14)。钢芯(2)为圆柱形,包在绝缘主体(1)和绝缘塞(4)内,能增强整个锚栓的强度和抗弯曲能力。金属套管(3)的外端设有与六楞端头(12)上的四个嵌入孔(14)相对应的插头(32),在金属套管(3)上设有外螺纹(31),金属套管(3)的内经与绝缘主体(1)的柱形体(11)的外径相一致,金属套管(3)的外经小于绝缘主体(1)的六楞端头(12)的直径。绝缘塞(4)为圆柱形,塞在钢芯(2)外端的圆柱形孔(13)内,与绝缘主体(1)组成一个绝缘体,安全性更高。
高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓在使用后,只有绝缘主体(1)外端六楞端头(12)及绝缘塞(4)裸露在外面,绝缘性好,安全性高。在高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓的内部设有钢芯(2),能增强整个锚栓的强度和抗弯曲能力。在高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓的外部设有带有外螺纹(31)的金属套管(3),外螺纹(31)的强度大,不易损伤,使用寿命长,使用范围广,能提高所在产品的质量。

1.一种高强度绝缘断层外露锚栓,其特征是:包括绝缘主体、钢芯、金属套管、绝缘塞,在绝缘主体的内部设有钢芯和绝缘塞,绝缘塞在钢芯的外端,在绝缘主体的外部设有金属套管。
