Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车涂料及其制备方法,其中涂料包括树脂30—50份;颜料20—40份;助剂2—5份;甲苯4—8份;二甲苯2—4份;丁醇0.5—1份;辛醇0.5—1份;醋酸正丁酯1.5—3份;丙酮1.5—3份;甲基丁酮1.5—3份。本发明采用上述组分制成汽车涂料,不仅可获得附着力较强,而且涂膜平滑光整;本发明制备的涂料与现有涂料相比,耐加速老化和耐自然暴晒的时间能提高30%以上;且涂膜具有硬度高、柔韧性好、耐冲击、耐紫外线等优点。

Description

一种汽车涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车涂料,具体说是汽车涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车涂料是一种使用要求高而且技术含量高的涂料品种,主要包括底漆、中涂漆和面漆。汽车涂料的水性化进程是从底到面逐步进行的,早在20世纪60年代,欧美等发达国家已经率先使用水性电泳底漆,目前底漆已有90%以上采用水性涂料,88%汽车中涂也采用水性阴极电泳漆,但中涂绝大部分还是应用溶剂型涂料。水性面漆由于技术难度相对较大,水性化进程有些缓慢,目前汽车行业上应用很少。
为了适应环保要求,降低汽车涂装的VOC排放,国内外都在积极开发和利用环保型涂料,包括水性涂料、高固体涂料和粉末涂料等。水性涂料是以大量水代替有机溶剂,使在生产和施工过程中有机溶剂的挥发量大为减少,这样不仅改善了生产操作人员的工作环境,也减少了有机溶剂的挥发,是环保涂料的一个重要发展方向。但现有技术的生产的汽车涂料用聚酯水分散体由于在设备和工艺方面的限制,生产的产品性能不够好,质量不够高,迫切需要新的工艺和制备出高新能、环保的产品。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种涂膜鲜艳性好、耐候性较好的汽车涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种汽车涂料,其由以下质量组分组成:
树脂30—50份;颜料20—40份;助剂2—5份;甲苯4—8份;二甲苯2—4份;丁醇0.5—1份;辛醇0.5—1份;醋酸正丁酯1.5—3份;丙酮1.5—3份;甲基丁酮1.5—3份。
作为优选,所述的颜料为二氧化钛、硫酸钡或滑石粉。
作为优选,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂。
作为优选,所述助剂包括消泡剂0.3—0.5份;流平剂0.1—0.3份;润湿剂0.4—0.7份和稳定剂0.2—0.5份。
本发明还提供一种汽车涂料的制备方法,其按以下步骤进行:
(1)按上述质量分数将颜料、甲苯、二甲苯、丁醇、辛醇、醋酸正丁酯、丙酮和甲基丁酮混合搅拌;
(2)再按质量分数投入丙烯酸树脂,并高速搅拌、研磨;
(3)然后入助剂混合均匀,得到汽车涂料。
作为优选,所述混合搅拌是在600—800转/分钟的条件下搅拌1—2小时。
作为优选,所述高速搅拌是在1000—1200转/分钟的条件下搅拌10—15分钟。
本发明采用上述组分制成汽车涂料,不仅可获得附着力较强,而且涂膜平滑光整;本发明制备的涂料与现有涂料相比,耐加速老化和耐自然暴晒的时间能提高30%以上;且涂膜具有硬度高、柔韧性好、耐冲击、耐紫外线等优点。
具体实施方式
下面将详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
一种汽车涂料,其由以下质量组分组成:
树脂30—50份;颜料20—40份;助剂2—5份;甲苯4—8份;二甲苯2—4份;丁醇0.5—1份;辛醇0.5—1份;醋酸正丁酯1.5—3份;丙酮1.5—3份;甲基丁酮1.5—3份;其中树脂为丙烯酸树脂;颜料为二氧化钛、硫酸钡或滑石粉等;甲苯、二甲苯、丁醇、辛醇、醋酸正丁酯、丙酮和甲基丁酮作为溶剂,该溶剂可以较大程度上改善涂层外观质量,避免涂层出现流平、失光及缩孔现象;助剂包括消泡剂0.3—0.5份;流平剂0.1—0.3份;润湿剂0.4—0.7份和稳定剂0.2—0.5份。
本发明的制备方法按以下步骤进行:
首先,按上述质量分数将颜料、甲苯、二甲苯、丁醇、辛醇、醋酸正丁酯、丙酮和甲基丁酮混合搅拌;混合搅拌是在600—800转/分钟的条件下搅拌1—2小时;使颜料和溶剂混合均匀,提高涂料的质量。然后按质量分数投入丙烯酸树脂并高速搅拌、研磨;高速搅拌是在1000—1200转/分钟的条件下搅拌10—15分钟;然后加入助剂混合均匀,得到汽车纳米涂料。
实施例1
将20份二氧化钛、4份甲苯、2份二甲苯、1份丁醇、1份辛醇、1.5份醋酸正丁酯、3份丙酮和1.5份甲基丁酮在600转/分钟的条件下搅拌2小时,再投入30份丙烯酸树脂,并在1000转/分钟的条件下搅拌15分钟后研磨;然后加入0.3份消泡剂、0.3份流平剂、0.4份润湿剂和0.5份稳定剂混匀,得到纳米级汽车涂料,将该涂料喷涂于汽车,可得到固化漆膜硬度超过4H,附着力达ISO等级的0级,漆膜光泽度达82.4°,耐老化达1600小时。
实施例2
将30份硫酸钡、6份甲苯、3份二甲苯、0.8份丁醇、0.7份辛醇、2份醋酸正丁酯、2.5份丙酮和2份甲基丁酮在700转/分钟的条件下搅拌1.5小时,再投入40份丙烯酸树脂并在1100转/分钟的条件下搅拌12分钟后研磨,再加入0.4份消泡剂、0.2份流平剂、0.5份润湿剂和0.3份稳定剂混匀,得到纳米级汽车涂料,将该涂料喷涂于汽车,可得到固化漆膜硬度超过4H,附着力达ISO等级的0级,漆膜光泽度达86.3°,耐老化达1750小时。
实施例3
将40份滑石粉、8份甲苯、4份二甲苯、0.5份丁醇、0.5份辛醇、3份醋酸正丁酯、1.5份丙酮和3份甲基丁酮在800转/分钟的条件下搅拌1小时,再投入50份丙烯酸树脂,并在1200转/分钟的条件下搅拌10分钟后研磨,再加入0.5份消泡剂、0.1份流平剂、0.7份润湿剂和0.2份稳定剂混匀,得到汽车纳米涂料,将该涂料喷涂于汽车,可得到固化漆膜硬度超过4H,附着力达ISO等级的0级,漆膜光泽度达85.4°,耐老化达1700小时。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车涂料,其由以下质量组分组成:
树脂30—50份;颜料20—40份;助剂2—5份;甲苯4—8份;二甲苯2—4份;丁醇0.5—1份;辛醇0.5—1份;醋酸正丁酯1.5—3份;丙酮1.5—3份;甲基丁酮1.5—3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述汽车涂料,其特征在于:所述的颜料为二氧化钛、硫酸钡或滑石粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述汽车涂料,其特征在于:所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述汽车涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂包括消泡剂0.3—0.5份;流平剂0.1—0.3份;润湿剂0.4—0.7份和稳定剂0.2—0.5份。
5.一种权利要求1至4中任意一项所述汽车涂料的制备方法,其按以下步骤进行:
(1)按上述质量分数将颜料、甲苯、二甲苯、丁醇、辛醇、醋酸正丁酯、丙酮和甲基丁酮混合搅拌;
(2)再按质量分数投入丙烯酸树脂,并高速搅拌、研磨;
(3)然后入助剂混合均匀,得到汽车涂料。
6.根据权利要求5所述汽车涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合搅拌是在600—800转/分钟的条件下搅拌1—2小时。
7.根据权利要求5所述汽车涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高速搅拌是在1000—1200转/分钟的条件下搅拌10—15分钟。
