本发明公开了一种电凝镊自适应擦洗支座,包括底座,圆柱形容腔,其关键在于:容腔内设有圆盘,圆盘底部圆心位置与电机相连;圆盘表面四周嵌有多个压力传感器,圆盘上方的容腔内壁上设置有第一液压缸,其活塞杆上连接有推板;容腔内壁与第一液压缸相对的一侧还设置有卡头,卡于容腔内壁的滑动槽内,上方通过拉索与电动卷轴相连;底座顶部还设置有第二液压缸,其活塞杆末端连接有擦拭头;所述容腔底部还设置有超声波清洁仪,底座内还设置有单片机。本发明原理简单,使用方便,只要将需要消毒的镊子随意放入圆盘上,就可以自动完成冲洗和擦拭工作,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

本发明为申请号为2013106186599的发明申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电凝镊自适应擦洗的装置。
背景技术
电凝镊常用于手术止血的操作,在使用时,通过镊尖提供的高频电能实现蛋白质脱水而凝固,从而达到止血的目的。电凝镊的结构一般包括镊尖、镊杆和电极座,电极座尾部有插接头。这种器械具有使用方便、安全的特点,因此,使用非常普遍。
对电凝镊传统的消毒方法一般是:用浸过酒精或蒸馏水的棉球、医用纱布对镊尖进行擦拭,或者使用射线、高温蒸汽、以及消毒液浸泡等方法来实现消毒。这些消毒方法效率较低,需要人工进行操作,一般用于大规模器械的完全消毒,不太适用于手术过程中的临时消毒操作,而且不具有自动化的消毒功能,使用较为不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电凝镊自适应擦洗支座。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种电凝镊自适应擦洗支座,包括底座,底座上具有顶部开口的圆柱形容腔,其特征在于:所述容腔内设置有与之相适应的圆盘,圆盘底部圆心位置与容腔底部的电机相连;所述圆盘表面四周嵌有多个压力传感器,圆盘上方的容腔内壁上设置有第一液压缸,所述第一液压缸的活塞杆上连接有推板;所述容腔内壁与第一液压缸相对的一侧还设置有卡头,所述卡头一侧卡于容腔内壁的滑动槽内,卡头上方通过拉索与容腔顶部的电动卷轴相连,所述卡头朝容腔的一侧设置有卡槽,卡槽开口处设置有弹簧卡销;底座顶部还设置有第二液压缸,其活塞杆末端连接有擦拭头;所述擦拭头包括T型固定块,其两侧通过扭簧连接有活动块,固定块与活动块的内侧均附着有柔性擦拭层;所述容腔底部还设置有超声波清洁仪,底座内还设置有单片机。
所述容腔底部还设置有出液口,出液口上设有阀门。
所述圆盘直径与电凝镊镊杆的长度相等。
所述卡头上的卡槽与电凝镊的电极座相适应。
本发明原理简单,使用方便,只要将需要消毒的镊子随意放入圆盘上,就可以自动完成冲洗和擦拭工作,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1至图4所示,一种电凝镊自适应擦洗支座,包括底座1,底座1上具有顶部开口的圆柱形容腔2,容腔2内设置有与之相适应的圆盘5,圆盘5底部圆心位置与容腔2底部的电机4相连;所述圆盘5表面四周嵌有多个压力传感器6,圆盘5上方的容腔2内壁上设置有第一液压缸7,所述第一液压缸7的活塞杆8上连接有推板9;所述容腔2内壁与第一液压缸7相对的一侧还设置有卡头18,所述卡头18一侧卡于容腔2内壁的滑动槽10内,卡头18上方通过拉索17与容腔2顶部的电动卷16轴相连,所述卡头18朝容腔2的一侧设置有卡槽181,卡槽181开口处设置有弹簧卡销182;底座1顶部还设置有第二液压缸11,其活塞杆12末端连接有擦拭头3;所述擦拭头3包括T型固定块301,其两侧通过扭簧302连接有活动块303,固定块301与活动块303的内侧均附着有柔性擦拭层304;所述容腔2底部还设置有超声波清洁仪19,底座1内还设置有单片机15。
所述容腔2底部还设置有出液口13,出液口13上设有阀门14。
所述圆盘5直径与电凝镊镊杆的长度相等。
所述卡头18上的卡槽181与电凝镊的电极座相适应。
使用前,向容腔内添加足量的消毒液,确保消毒液漫过圆盘上方位置。
使用时,只需将待清洁的电凝镊整个放入容腔内的圆盘中即可,由于圆盘直径与电凝镊长度相等,因此,电凝镊放入时只能沿直径位置放入。
圆盘中放入电凝镊后,由于电凝镊两头的重量不同,因此,圆盘上的各压力传感器能监测到不同的压力值。单片机通过这些压力传感器反馈的压力参数,可以判断电凝镊的电极座位置就处于圆盘的哪一端。接着,单片机首先控制容腔底部的电机转动,带动圆盘转动,将电极座所在的一侧位置转动到卡头所在位置后停止。此时,电凝镊的镊尖朝向第一液压缸的方向。
接下来,第一液压缸开始工作,其活塞杆向前推进,推板推动电凝镊的镊尖,迫使电凝镊的电极座向前运动,直到电极座整个卡入卡头的卡槽内为止,第一液压缸此时停止工作,活塞杆缩回。
然后,单片机控制超声波清洁仪开始消毒工作,消毒完成后,超声波清洁仪停止工作,底座上的电动卷轴则开始工作。电动卷轴卷起拉索,带动卡头沿着滑动槽向上运动,电凝镊会随之向上运动,直到将电凝镊拉至容腔开口位置处,保持不动。
最后,单片机控制第二液压缸开始工作,活塞杆向前推进,使得擦拭头内卡入两个镊杆,然后通过该活塞杆的来回运动,实现对镊杆和镊尖的擦拭功能。擦拭完成后,第二液压缸停止工作,活塞杆缩回。
此时,使用者可以取下镊子。镊子被取下后,单片机控制电动卷轴停止工作,松开拉索,卡头会自动滑至初始位置,以备下次使用。
使用者可以定期打开容腔底部的出液口阀门,释放容腔内的消毒液,并更换新的消毒液。
本发明原理简单,使用方便,只要将需要消毒的镊子随意放入圆盘上,就可以自动完成冲洗和擦拭工作,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

1.一种电凝镊自适应擦洗支座,包括底座,底座上具有顶部开口的圆柱形容腔,其特征在于:所述容腔内设置有与之相适应的圆盘,圆盘底部圆心位置与容腔底部的电机相连;所述圆盘表面四周嵌有多个压力传感器,圆盘上方的容腔内壁上设置有第一液压缸,所述第一液压缸的活塞杆上连接有推板;所述容腔内壁与第一液压缸相对的一侧还设置有卡头,所述卡头一侧卡于容腔内壁的滑动槽内,卡头上方通过拉索与容腔顶部的电动卷轴相连,所述卡头朝容腔的一侧设置有卡槽,卡槽开口处设置有弹簧卡销;底座顶部还设置有第二液压缸,其活塞杆末端连接有擦拭头;所述擦拭头包括T型固定块,其两侧通过扭簧连接有活动块,固定块与活动块的内侧均附着有柔性擦拭层;所述容腔底部还设置有超声波清洁仪,所述卡头上的卡槽与电凝镊的电极座相适应,所述圆盘直径与电凝镊镊杆的长度相等。
