本发明中药组合物各味药材的入经、功能、主治如下：山药--入脾、肺、肾经。功能：补脾肺，益肾，养气益阴。主治：脾虚泄泻，带下，遗精，久痢，消渴，肺虚咳喘等。龙眼肉--心、脾经。功能：补心脾，益气血。主治：心脾两虚，惊悸，怔仲，失眠，健忘，气血不足。大枣--入脾、胃经。功能：补中益气，养血安神，缓和药性。主治：中气不足，脾胃虚弱，体倦乏力，食少便溏，血虚痿黄，妇女脏躁。熟地黄--入肝、肾经。功能：养血滋阴，补精益髓。主治：血虚痿黄，眩晕，心悸，失眠，月经不凋，崩漏，肾阴不足，潮热，盗汗，遗精，消渴。白芍--入肝、脾经。功能：养血敛阴，柔肝止痛，平抑肝阳。主治：月经不调，行经腹痛，崩漏，自汗，盗汗，肝气不和，胁肋脘腹疼痛，四肢拘挛作痛，肝阳上亢，头痛，眩晕等。山茱萸--入肝、肾经。功能：补肝肾，涩精缩尿。主治：肝肾亏虚，头晕眼花，耳鸣，阳痿遗精，腰痛，小便不禁，虚汗不止。仙鹤草---入肺、肝、脾经。功能：收敛止血，止痢。主治：咯血，吐血，鼻血，便血，尿血，腹泻，痢疾，脱力劳伤。藕节--入肺、肝、胃经。功能：收敛止血。主治：咯血，吐血，血崩，便血，尿血。白术--入脾、胃经。功能：健脾益气，化湿利水，止汗，安胎。主治：脾虚泄泻，消化不良，食少倦怠无力，水肿，自汗，胸腹胀满，胎动不安。党参--入脾、肺经。功能：补中益气，生津养血。主治：脾胃虚弱，中气不足，食少便溏，体倦无力，血虚痿黄，头晕心慌，热病伤津，气短口渴等。黄芪--入脾、肺经。功能：补气升阳，益气固表，托毒生肌，利水退肿。主治：脾肺气虚，中气下陷，食少便溏，气短乏力，久泻脱肛，子宫下垂，便血，崩漏，表虚自汗，浮肿尿少等。阿胶--入肝、肺、肾经。功能：补血，止血，滋阴润肺。主治：血虚眩晕，心悸，吐血，衄血，便血，崩漏，阴虚心烦，失眠，虚劳喘咳，阴虚燥咳。菟丝子--入肝、肾经。功能：补肝肾，益精髓，明目止泻。主治：阳痿遗精，小便频数淋沥，耳鸣目眩，腰膝酸痛，目暗不明，脾虚便溏或泄泻。旱莲草--入肝、肾经。功能：滋阴，凉血，止血。主治：肝肾阴虚，头晕，目眩，耳鸣，须发早白，阴虚之血热尿血、便血、崩漏。巴戟天--入肾经。功能：温肾壮阳，祛风除湿。主治：阳痿遗精，尿频，宫冷不孕，月经不调，少腹冷痛，寒湿痹痛，软弱无力。杜仲—入肝、肾经。功能：补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎。主治：肝肾不足，肾虚腰痛，腰膝乏力等。锁阳--入肝、肾、大肠经。功能：补肾阳，润肠。主治：阳痿遗精，不孕，腰膝无力，虚人便秘。当归--入心、肝、脾经。功能：补血，活血止痛，润肠。主治：血虚，月经不调，经闭，痛经，崩漏，风湿痹痛，痈疽疮疡，跌打损伤，肠燥便秘。木香--入脾、胃、大肠、胆经。功能：行气，调中，止痛。主治：气滞腹胀，食欲不振，食积不化，腹痛肠鸣，泄泻痢疾，湿热郁蒸，胁肋胀痛，胃痛呕吐。茯神--入心、脾、肾经。功能：益心脾，利水湿，安神。主治：脾虚腹泻，消化不良，水肿，心悸失眠，小便不利，咳嗽多痰。三七--入肝、胃经。功能：化瘀止血，活血止痛。主治：跌打损伤，内外出血，瘀血疼痛，月经过多。紫草--入肝、心经。功能：凉血，活血，解毒透疹。主治：血热毒盛，斑疹不透，丹毒风疹，疮疡，湿疹等。补骨脂--入脾、肾经。功能：补肾益阳，固精缩尿，温脾止泻。主治：肾虚，阳痿遗精，腰膝冷痛，遗尿，小便次数多，脾肾阳虚泄泻。远志---入肺、心经。功能：安神，化痰，消痈肿。主治：惊悸健忘，神志昏迷，咳嗽痰多，失眠，痈疽肿毒。艾叶—入肝、脾、肾经。功能：温经止血，散寒止痛。主治：月经不调，经行腹痛，白带，崩漏下血，胎动不安。甘草—入心、肺、脾、胃经。功能：和中益气，缓急止痛，缓和药性，解毒，祛痰。主治：中气不足，气短乏力，食少便溏，脾胃不和，腹痛，胃痛，咳嗽痰多，痈疮肿毒，胸腹或四肢挛急作痛。血余炭--入肝、胃经。功能：止血散瘀，补阴利尿。主治：咯血，吐血，衄血，便血，尿血。白及--入肺、肝、胃经。功能：敛肺止血，消肿生肌。主治：肺虚久咳咯血，吐血，肺痈，溃疡痈肿，外伤出血，手足皲裂。蜂蜜--入脾、肺、大肠经。功能：补中缓急，润肺止咳，润肠通便。主治：脾胃虚弱，倦怠食少，脘腹作痛，肺虚久咳，肠燥便秘，解毒，外敷疮疡及烫伤。从上述各味药材的入经、功能、主治可以看出，这些药物对治疗慢性血小板减少病针对性很强。纵观整体组方，按君，臣，佐，使相配伍，在各种药材相互配合下，使其发挥最大效率，用药取叠加方式，可增强药物的疗效。本中药组合物适用于气血两虚型患者服用。

2、制备方法：按上述处方及重量精选原料药材，制成细药粉。将蜂蜜置容器内加热，炼至起大泡后起小泡时停火，加入药粉拌匀，然后制成每丸重9克的蜜丸。

1、一种治疗慢性血小板减少病中药组合物，其特征在于其所用原料药材及重量为：山药30克、龙眼肉30克、大枣30克、熟地黄25克、炒白芍25克、山茱萸25克、仙鹤草25克、藕节20克、白术20克、党参20克、炙黄芪20克、阿胶20克、菟丝子20克、巴戟天15克、旱莲草15克、杜仲15克、锁阳15克、当归15克、木香12克、茯神12克、三七12克、紫草12克、补骨脂12克、远志12克、艾叶10克、甘草10克、血余炭10克、白及10克、蜂蜜500克。

慢性血小板减少病诊断、治疗标准和本发明中药组合物疗效总结。
1、诊断标准：慢性病青年患者较多且女性多于男性，多为急性转变而来，病症特点是起病徐缓，症状较轻。其临床表现：多见于鼻、齿、齿龈、口腔粘膜出血，下肢远端可见皮肤紫癫，出血常反复发作，并伴有头晕、乏力、心悸、气短、自汗、活动后诸症加重等病情。
2、治疗标准：有效--症状减轻，治愈--病症消失。
3、2013-2015年，有22人服用本发明中药组合物，治愈20人，症状减轻者2人。

1.一种治疗慢性血小板减少病中药组合物，其特征在于其所用原料药材及重量为：山药20-30克（25克）、龙眼肉20-30克（25克）、大枣20-30克（25克）、熟地黄15-25克（20克）、炒白芍15-25克（20克）、山茱萸15-25克（20克）、仙鹤草15-25克（20克）、藕节10-20克（15克）、白术10-20克（15克）、党参10-20克（15克）、炙黄芪10-20克（15克）、阿胶10-20克（15克）、菟丝子10-20克（15克）、巴戟天10-15克（12克）、旱莲草10-15克（12克）、杜仲10-15克（12克）、锁阳10-15克（12克）、当归10-15克（12克）、木香8-12克（10克）、茯神8-12克（10克）、三七8-12克（10克）、紫草8-12克（10克）、补骨脂8-12克（10克）、远志8-12克（10克）、艾叶6-10克（8克）、甘草6-10克（8克）、血余炭6-10克（8克）、白及6-10克（8克）、蜂蜜300-500克（400克）。
