Abstract

本发明公开了一种一次性吸收用品，包括透液性顶层，不透液性底层，以及位于透液性顶层和不透液性底层之间的吸收并容纳液体的吸收层，所述吸收层上设有若干均匀分布的孔状结构。在吸收层上开设孔状结构，使液体迅速的渗入吸收层内被吸水材料吸收，提高了产品的渗透性能以及透气性能；同时通过孔状结构将吸水材料固定在上述容纳空间内，并使吸水材料不能在上述容纳空间内相对于上包裹皮和下包裹皮发生相对移动。

一种一次性吸收用品
技术领域
本发明涉及日常吸收用品领域，尤其涉及一种一次性吸收用品。
背景技术
一次性吸收用品，如纸尿裤、纸尿片以及卫生巾等产品，具有透液性顶层、不透液性底层以及位于透液性顶层和不透液性底层之间的吸收并容纳液体的吸收层。一次性吸收用品能够吸收使用者的排泄物，如尿液等，从而为使用者提供舒适的护理。对于一次性吸收物品，其吸收性能对使用者存在极大的影响，如果吸收性能不好，会出现液体泄露；而影响产品吸收性能主要因素是吸收层。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种一次性吸收用品，提高产品的渗透性能以及吸收性能，以提高产品的舒适性能。
为达此目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种一次性吸收用品，包括透液性顶层，不透液性底层，以及位于透液性顶层和不透液性底层之间的吸收并容纳液体的吸收层，所述吸收层上设有若干均匀分布的孔状结构。
进一步的，所述吸收层包括上包裹皮和下包裹皮，所述上包裹皮和下包裹皮形成的密闭的容纳空间内设有吸水材料；所述孔状结构所对应的上包裹皮和下包裹皮压合为一体。
进一步的，所述孔状结构上下两端所对应的上包裹皮和下包裹皮的压合处位于吸收层的端部。
进一步的，所述孔状结构上下两端所对应的上包裹皮和下包裹皮的压合处位于吸收层中部。
进一步的，所述孔状结构为规则集合图形。
进一步的，所述孔状结构为圆形、椭圆形或方形中的任一种。
进一步的，所述孔状结构的直径范围为0.5mm-10mm。
进一步的，所述孔状结构的直径范围为1mm-3mm。
进一步的，所述吸收层的开孔率为1％-30％。
进一步的，所述吸收层的开孔率为1％-15％。
本发明的有益效果：在吸收层上开设孔状结构，使液体迅速的渗入吸收层内被吸水材料吸收，提高了产品的渗透性能以及透气性能；同时通过孔状结构将吸水材料固定在上述容纳空间内，并使吸水材料不能在上述容纳空间内相对于上包裹皮和下包裹皮发生相对移动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种一次性吸收用品，用于纸尿裤、纸尿片以及卫生巾等一次性卫生用品。如图1所示，该一次性吸收用品包括透液性顶层1，不透液性底层2，以及位于透液性顶层1和不透液性底层2之间的吸收并容纳液体的吸收层3。
本实施例中，如图1所示，所述吸收层3上设有若干均匀分布的孔状结构321；所述吸收层包括上包裹皮31和下包裹皮33，所述上包裹皮31和下包裹皮33形成的密闭的容纳空间内设有吸水材料32；通过孔状结构使液体快速的渗入吸收层3内被吸水材料32吸收，并提高产品的透气性能。
本实施例中，如图2所示，所述孔状结构321所对应的上包裹皮31和下包裹皮32压合为一体，进而通过孔状结构321将吸水材料32固定在上述容纳空间内，并使吸水材料32不能在上述容纳空间内相对于上包裹皮31和下包裹皮32发生相对移动。
具体的，如图2所示，所述孔状结构321上下两端所对应的上包裹皮31和下包裹皮33的压合处位于吸收层3的端部。该压合处靠近上包裹皮31或下包裹皮32，如图2所示，本实施例优选的，将压合处设置为靠近下包裹皮32。具体的，如图3所示，在压合前，在吸水材料32上打孔，然后从孔状结构321上端所对应的上包裹皮31一端开始压合，使上包裹皮31接触并与该孔状结构321下端所对应下包裹皮32压合即可，在压合的过程中不产生废料。
本实施例中，在压合的过程中，上包裹皮31会作用于孔状结构321周围的吸水材料32使其压缩，而形成不规则的孔状结构，如图4所示，压合开始端附近的吸水材料32压缩变形较大。
本实施例中，如图2所示，所述孔状结构321为规则的几何图形，如圆形、椭圆形或方形中的任一种，提高其渗透性能。优选的，本实施例的孔状结构321优选选用圆形。
本实施例所述孔状结构321的圆形直径范围为0.5mm-10mm，本实施例优选的选用1mm-3mm，避免选用过小直径的孔状结构321，增大其加工难度；同时避免选用过大直径的孔状结构321，降低其吸收性能。
本实施例所述吸收层3的开孔率为1％-15％，其中开孔率指的是开孔部分的总面积与材料总面积的比值。优选的，本实施例选用1％-15％，保证吸收性能的同时提高渗透性能。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于，如图5所示，所述孔状结构321上下两端所对应的上包裹皮31和下包裹皮33的压合处位于吸收层3中部，其余结构与实施例1相同，在此不再赘述。
如图5所示，在压合时，孔状结构321上下两端所对应的上包裹皮31和下包裹皮32同时沿竖直方向向吸水材料32中部移动，使其在吸水材料32中部压合。

1.一种一次性吸收用品，包括透液性顶层(1)，不透液性底层(2)，以及位于透液性顶层(1)和不透液性底层(2)之间的吸收并容纳液体的吸收层(3)，其特征在于，所述吸收层(3)上设有若干均匀分布的孔状结构(321)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述吸收层(32)包括上包裹皮(31)和下包裹皮(33)，所述上包裹皮(31)和下包裹皮(33)形成的密闭的容纳空间内设有吸水材料(32)；所述孔状结构(321)所对应的上包裹皮(31)和下包裹皮(32)压合为一体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述孔状结构(321)上下两端所对应的上包裹皮(31)和下包裹皮(33)的压合处位于吸收层(3)的端部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述孔状结构(321)上下两端所对应的上包裹皮(31)和下包裹皮(33)的压合处位于吸收层(3)中部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述孔状结构(321)为规则集合图形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述孔状结构(321)为圆形、椭圆形或方形中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述孔状结构(321)的直径范围为0.5mm-10mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述孔状结构(321)的直径范围为1mm-3mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述吸收层(3)的开孔率为1％-30％。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述吸收层(3)的开孔率为1％-15％。
