本发明涉及一种聚能易取电池,本聚能易取电池包括有壳体、储能柱、负极和正极;所述负极连接在储能柱的底部,正极连接在储能柱的顶部;所述正极为呈圆柱形的导电柱,在所述导电柱上套设有盘簧,在所述盘簧的外侧套设有旋转环;所述盘簧的内端固定在导电柱上,外端固定在所述旋转环上;在所述旋转环的外周壁上缠绕有牵拉带,所述牵拉带的内端固定在旋转环的外周面上,所述牵拉带的外端固定在壳体上;在所述壳体正对牵拉带的位置还开设有牵拉口;在所述导电柱上还旋转套设有调节轮,所述调节轮与所述旋转环固定连接;该电池结构新颖,能够方便的取出,同时在不使用时能够有效聚能,防止漏电。

本发明涉及一种储能元件,特别的,是一种电池。
背景技术
电池作为常见的便携式储能元件广泛应用于各个领域,如交通行业中的电瓶、通讯行业中的电源板、玩具业中的小号电池等等;小型电池多置于电池槽中,传统的电池槽为了保证电池的牢固安置,常将电池槽设计的非常紧致,这使得电池在更换、取出时较为困难,甚至可能使手指受损伤;许多用户在抠取电池时使用笔尖翘动,这种做法又容易破坏电池的电极;除此之外,电池在长期放置时会有自放电现象,因此电池的长久电能存储也是电池制造的重点之一;因此,一种能够有效聚能又可以方便取出的电池为大众所急需。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种聚能易取电池,该电池结构新颖,能够方便的取出,同时在不使用时能够有效聚能,防止漏电。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本聚能易取电池包括有壳体、储能柱、负极和正极;所述负极连接在储能柱的底部,正极连接在储能柱的顶部;所述正极为呈圆柱形的导电柱,在所述导电柱上套设有盘簧,在所述盘簧的外侧套设有旋转环;所述盘簧的内端固定在导电柱上,外端固定在所述旋转环上;在所述旋转环的外周壁上缠绕有牵拉带,所述牵拉带的内端固定在旋转环的外周面上,所述牵拉带的外端固定在壳体上;在所述壳体正对牵拉带的位置还开设有牵拉口;在所述导电柱上还旋转套设有调节轮,所述调节轮与所述旋转环固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:将电池正常放入电池槽中,导电柱与负极分别电性连接用电器的阴阳极,从而为电器提供电能;在自然状态下所述盘簧呈紧缩状态,所述牵拉带紧致的缠绕在旋转环上;当需要取出电池时,拨动调节环使旋转环反向转动,缠绕在旋转环上的牵拉带逐渐松弛并从牵拉口中露出;由于旋转环反向转动,盘簧形变一定程度;用户只需轻轻拉动牵拉带即可将电池取出;在将电池取出后,所述盘簧恢复原状并带动旋转环转动,再次将牵拉带紧致的旋进。
本发明结构新颖,为电池装置有隐藏的牵拉带,从而使电池的取出更便捷、简单,既不会损伤指甲又不易磨损电池的正负极,并使得电池具有较长的使用寿命。
作为优选,在所述储能柱的顶部安装有导电弹片;以便于加强导电柱与储能柱之间的电性接触稳定性。
作为优选,在所述调节轮和导电柱相对的周面上开设有相互匹配的螺纹;当调节轮旋转时,所述导电柱能够沿自身轴线做小幅度位移,从而脱离与储能柱的电接触,起到断电节能保护的作用。
作为优选,在所述牵拉带上涂附有干燥剂;以便于保持电池内部的洁净、干燥,从而削弱自放电。

具体实施方式
实施例
在图1至图3所示的实施例中,本聚能易取电池包括有壳体1、储能柱2、负极3和正极;所述负极3连接在储能柱2的底部,正极连接在储能柱2的顶部;在所述储能柱2的顶部还安装有导电弹片21,该导电弹片21能够加强正极与储能柱2之间的电性接触稳定性;
所述正极为呈圆柱形的导电柱4,所述导电柱4伸出壳体1的顶部,在所述壳体1的顶部设有限位扣,以使所述导电柱4仅能够沿自身轴线往复平移;限位扣结构多样且为常见结构,在此不做赘述;在所述导电柱4上套设有盘簧51,在所述盘簧51的外侧套设有旋转环5;所述盘簧51的内端固定在导电柱4上,外端固定在所述旋转环5上;
在所述旋转环5的外周壁上缠绕有牵拉带6,所述牵拉带6的内端固定在旋转环5的外周面上,所述牵拉带6的外端固定在壳体1上;在所述牵拉带6上涂附有干燥剂;在所述壳体1正对牵拉带6的位置还开设有牵拉口11;
在所述导电柱4上还旋转套设有调节轮7,在所述调节轮7和导电柱4相对的周壁上开设有相互匹配的螺纹;所述调节轮7与所述旋转环5固定连接。
将电池正常放入电池槽中,导电柱4与负极3分别电性连接用电器的阴阳极,从而为电器提供电能;在自然状态下所述盘簧51呈紧缩状态,所述牵拉带6紧致的缠绕在旋转环5上;所述导电弹片21呈压扁状态,导电柱4与导电弹片21紧密接触;当需要取出电池时,拨动调节环使旋转环5反向转动,缠绕在旋转环5上的牵拉带6逐渐松弛并从牵拉口11中露出;由于旋转环5反向转动,盘簧51形变一定程度;同时由于调节轮7的转动,所述导电柱4将沿自身轴线位移,从而摆脱与导电弹片21的电性接触;用户只需轻轻拉动牵拉带6即可将电池取出;在将电池取出后,所述盘簧51恢复原状并带动旋转环5转动,再次将牵拉带6紧致的旋进。
在本实施例中,调节轮7能够促使导电柱4小幅度位移,从而自主断电,有效防止电池虚接时损坏电器和电池;在长期不使用电池时将牵拉带6拉出并挂置于导电柱4上,如图3所示,此时导电柱4与导电弹片21成分离状态,电池内部处于断路,电池的自放电现象得到削弱;此外,牵拉带6上的干燥剂能够使电池内部保持干燥、洁净,进一步削弱电池的自放电,因此本发明能够更长时间的存储、蓄能。
本发明结构新颖,为电池装置有隐藏的牵拉带6,从而使电池的取出更便捷、简单,既不会损伤指甲又不易磨损电池的正负极3,并使得电池具有较长的使用寿命、较强的聚能能力。

1.一种聚能易取电池,本聚能易取电池包括有壳体(1)、储能柱(2)、负极(3)和正极;所述负极(3)连接在储能柱(2)的底部,正极连接在储能柱(2)的顶部;其特征在于:所述正极为呈圆柱形的导电柱(4),在所述导电柱(4)上套设有盘簧(51),在所述盘簧(51)的外侧套设有旋转环(5);所述盘簧(51)的内端固定在导电柱(4)上,外端固定在所述旋转环(5)上;在所述旋转环(5)的外周壁上缠绕有牵拉带(6),所述牵拉带(6)的内端固定在旋转环(5)的外周面上,所述牵拉带(6)的外端固定在壳体(1)上;在所述壳体(1)正对牵拉带(6)的位置还开设有牵拉口(11);在所述导电柱(4)上还旋转套设有调节轮(7),所述调节轮(7)与所述旋转环(5)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚能易取电池,其特征在于:在所述储能柱(2)的顶部安装有导电弹片(21)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的聚能易取电池,其特征在于:在所述调节轮(7)和导电柱(4)相对的周面上开设有相互匹配的螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚能易取电池,其特征在于:在所述牵拉带(6)上涂附有干燥剂。
