本发明可安全高效积存沼气罐体,由外设置、内设置中的进气阀、排渣阀、排水阀、凝剂阀、纯气阀、曲滤管、分离罐、提纯罐、凝剂罐、储气罐、提纯管构成,其中进气阀设于储气罐上端一侧,排渣阀设于储气罐下端一侧,排水阀设于储气罐下端一侧,凝剂阀设于储气罐下端一侧,纯气阀设于于储气罐上侧,曲滤管设于储气罐上端内侧和由两组相同曲管组成,分离罐设于储气罐内侧和中间设有微滤网,提纯罐设于分离罐一侧和下侧止回阀与分离罐连通,凝剂罐设于储气罐内下侧并与凝剂阀连通,储气罐设于分离罐、凝剂罐外侧,提纯管设于分离罐一侧并与曲滤管连通。本发明设计结构精巧、技术性能超前、多能实用便捷、滤水排渣提纯、优质净化凝储、高效节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种罐体,特别是一种可安全高效积存沼气罐体。
背景技术
目前,在焊接、切割专用气体生产经营与焊切操作和家居生活及餐饮加工过程中,所使用的燃气大都杂质多纯度低、水分含量大、热效率低和使用效果差及节能环保率低,而所用储气罐亦设计滞后、体质笨重、功能单一、实用不广、搬用不便、产用成本高、节能环保差、安全系数低等弊端。为此,有必要发明一种技术更先进和能综合解决所用气质与储罐技术及其广泛用途问题的可安全高效积存沼气罐体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有相关技术缺陷与需要,提供一种设计结构精巧、技术性能超前、多能实用便捷、滤水排渣提纯、优质净化凝储、高效节能环保、制用成本极低和特别经久耐用的可安全高效积存沼气罐体。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用技术结构方案是:一种可安全高效积存沼气罐体,其特征在于,该储罐包括外设置、内设置两个部分。
所述外设置包括进气阀、排渣阀、排水阀、凝剂阀、纯气阀,所述进气阀设置于储气罐上端一侧,所述排渣阀设置于储气罐下端一侧,所述排水阀设置于储气罐下端一侧,所述凝剂阀设置于储气罐下端一侧,所述纯气阀设置于于储气罐上侧。
所述内设置包括曲滤管、分离罐、提纯罐、凝剂罐、储气罐、提纯管,所述曲滤管设置于储气罐上端内侧和由两组相同曲管组成,且一组管上端与进气阀内侧连通及下端与分离罐内上侧连通和另一组下端与分离罐内上侧连通和上端与提纯管上端连通,所述分离罐设置于储气罐内侧和中间设有气体纳米分离微滤网将有害气体和废渣及水分分层过滤掉,且上侧与曲滤管两分管下侧分别连通和一侧上下端分别与排渣阀和排水阀连通,所述提纯罐设置于分离罐一侧和下侧设有止回阀与分离罐内侧连通及上侧与提纯管下端连通并另设一纯气排孔与储气罐连通,所述凝剂罐设置于储气罐内下侧和一侧与凝剂阀内侧连通及上侧设有散发口与储气罐连通,所述储气罐设置于曲滤管、分离罐、提纯罐、凝剂罐外侧,所述提纯管设置于分离罐一侧和上端与曲滤管上出气管连通及下端与提纯罐上侧连通。
由于采取上述技术结构,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明可安全高效积存沼气罐体采用超前综合设计理念与技术结构,将外设置、内设置两个部分中的进气阀、排渣阀、排水阀、凝剂阀、纯气阀、曲滤管、分离罐、提纯罐、凝剂罐、储气罐、提纯管进行有机综合设置,其中进气阀可注入各种燃气体,排渣阀可排除有害气体和滤渣,排水阀可排除过滤积水,凝剂阀可注入冷却凝结剂或惰性气体,纯气阀可输出纯净燃气,曲滤管可对导入的燃气进行初步进出曲管复式提纯净化,分离罐可对燃气进行废渣分离和水分过滤,提纯罐可对燃气进行进一步提纯净化,凝剂罐可对燃气进行降温凝缩或惰性变态处理,储气罐可设置有关内外设置和储存纯净燃气,提纯管可将初步提纯净化的燃气导入提纯罐。其所形成的特殊技术结构装置可高效快速沉淀、过滤、提纯、净化和安全储存各种燃气,并可为各种生产技术加工和家居餐饮提供各种优质安全燃气,且推广使用可提高节能效率50%左右,并相对降污减排50%左右,其使用综合经济效益与环保效益极为明显。

实施方式
如图所示,本发明可安全高效积存沼气罐体,其包括外设置、内设置两个部分。
所述外设置包括进气阀1、排渣阀4、排水阀5、凝剂阀8、纯气阀10,所述进气阀设置于储气罐9上端一侧,其作用是注入各种燃气体,所述排渣阀4设置于储气罐9下端一侧,其作用是排除有害气体和滤渣,所述排水阀5设置于储气罐9下端一侧,其作用是排除过滤积水,所述凝剂阀8设置于储气罐9下端一侧,其作用是注入冷却凝结剂或惰性气体,所述纯气阀10设置于于储气罐9上侧,其作用是输出纯净燃气。
所述内设置包括曲滤管2、分离罐3、提纯罐6、凝剂罐7、储气罐9、提纯管11,所述曲滤管2设置于储气罐9上端内侧和由两组相同曲管组成,且一组管上端与进气阀1内侧连通及下端与分离罐3内上侧连通和另一组下端与分离罐3内上侧连通和上端与提纯管11上端连通,其作用是对导入的燃气进行初步进出曲管复式提纯净化,所述分离罐3设置于储气罐9内侧和中间设有气体纳米分离微滤网将有害气体和废渣及水分分层过滤掉,且上侧与曲滤管2两分管下侧分别连通和一侧上下端分别与排渣阀4和排水阀5连通,其作用是对燃气进行废渣分离和水分过滤,所述提纯罐6设置于分离罐3一侧和下侧设有止回阀与分离罐3内侧连通及上侧与提纯管11下端连通并另设一纯气排孔与储气罐9连通,其作用是对燃气进行进一步提纯净化,所述凝剂罐7设置于储气罐9内下侧和一侧与凝剂阀8内侧连通及上侧设有散发口与储气罐9连通,其作用是对燃气进行降温凝缩或惰性变态处理,所述储气罐9设置于曲滤管2、分离罐3、提纯罐6、凝剂罐7外侧,其作用是设置有关内外设置和储存纯净燃气,所述提纯管11设置于分离罐3一侧和上端与曲滤管2上出气管连通及下端与提纯罐6上侧连通,其作用是将初步提纯净化的燃气导入提纯罐6。
工作实例:
将可安全高效积存沼气罐体进气阀1、纯气阀10分别与外部供气和用气管阀连通,并从凝剂阀8注入冷凝剂或惰性剂,接着打开进气阀1燃气即进入曲滤管2前一组弯管受初次复式净化并进入分离罐3内,燃气在分离罐3内经纳米微滤网将废渣与水分过滤分离后再进入曲滤管2后一组弯管受二次复式净化又依次进入提纯管11、提纯罐6内,燃气在提纯罐6内进一步沉淀杂质和水分后,所沉淀杂质与水分经一侧止回阀进入分离罐内下侧待排,而纯净燃气则经上侧排孔进入储气罐9内,燃气在储气罐9内即受到凝剂罐7中所备冷凝剂或惰性剂凝缩或变态处存。当需要使用燃气时打开纯气阀10即可实现,而当使用一段时间后分别打开排渣阀4、排水阀5即可将废渣和滤水排除。从而实现快速提纯净化积存燃气和使用高效节能环保的目的。

所述外设置包括进气阀(1)、排渣阀(4)、排水阀(5)、凝剂阀(8)、纯气阀(10),所述进气阀设置于储气罐(9)上端一侧,所述排渣阀(4)设置于储气罐(9)下端一侧,所述排水阀(5)设置于储气罐(9)下端一侧,所述凝剂阀(8)设置于储气罐(9)下端一侧,所述纯气阀(10)设置于于储气罐(9)上侧;
所述内设置包括曲滤管(2)、分离罐(3)、提纯罐(6)、凝剂罐(7)、储气罐(9)、提纯管(11),所述曲滤管(2)设置于储气罐(9)上端内侧和由两组相同曲管组成,且一组管上端与进气阀(1)内侧连通及下端与分离罐(3)内上侧连通和另一组下端与分离罐(3)内上侧连通和上端与提纯管(11)上端连通,所述分离罐(3)设置于储气罐(9)内侧和中间设有气体纳米分离微滤网将有害气体和废渣及水分分层过滤掉,且上侧与曲滤管(2)两分管下侧分别连通和一侧上下端分别与排渣阀(4)和排水阀(5)连通,所述提纯罐(6)设置于分离罐(3)一侧和下侧设有止回阀与分离罐(3)内侧连通及上侧与提纯管(11)下端连通并另设一纯气排孔与储气罐(9)连通,所述凝剂罐(7)设置于储气罐(9)内下侧和一侧与凝剂阀(8)内侧连通及上侧设有散发口与储气罐(9)连通,所述储气罐(9)设置于曲滤管(2)、分离罐(3)、提纯罐(6)、凝剂罐(7)外侧,所述提纯管(11)设置于分离罐(3)一侧和上端与曲滤管(2)上出气管连通及下端与提纯罐(6)上侧连通。
