Abstract

本发明提供带RFID标签的抽油杆装置,其技术方案为:螺纹接头(1)端面中心处设有盲孔(2),盲孔(2)首端设有内槽(3),RFID标签(4)安装放入盲孔(2)底部,将卡簧(5)卡入内槽(3)内,封装体(6)固定在盲孔(2)内,在盲孔(2)和内槽(3)内填充胶质材料(7)。本发明有益效果:便于抽油杆的精细管理,实现一杆一码,解决目前抽油杆管理粗放,自动化信息化程度低的问题。降低了抽油杆断脱事故的发生,且射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,识别工作无须人工干预,可工作于各种恶劣环境,操作快捷方便。

Description

带RFID标签的抽油杆装置
一、技术领域
本发明涉及采油设备技术领域,尤其是带RFID标签的抽油杆装置。
二、背景技术
抽油杆是油田有杆抽油设备的重要部件,它将抽油机的动力传递给井下抽油泵。在采油过程中,抽油杆柱承受不对称循环载荷的作用,工作介质为井液(原油和矿层水),因此,抽油杆的主要失效形式为疲劳断裂或腐蚀疲劳断裂。抽油杆的断脱事故会严重影响原油产量,增加了修井费用,提高了原油成本。为了防止疲劳断杆,加强抽油杆的管理,抽油杆在出厂时在杆端扳手方颈处打有生产厂家标记和钢级等通用信息,但是在油田开采中抽油杆的用量巨大,每一根抽油杆没有唯一的识别编码,人工管理的精细度低,难度大,每一根抽油杆交变使用的次数和频率无法统计,导致抽油杆的疲劳情况不清楚,使大量的疲劳寿命不等的抽油杆处于混用状态,降低了抽油杆柱组合的工作寿命,油井免修期缩短。
三、发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供一种工艺简便、效果明显的带RFID标签的抽油杆。解决抽油杆的精细管理,实现一杆一码,解决目前抽油杆管理粗放,自动化信息化程度低的问题。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
在抽油杆螺纹接头1端面中心处设有盲孔2,盲孔2首端设有内槽3,内槽3设有一个或多个,可以把RFID标签4安装放入盲孔2底部或粘贴于底部,用卡簧5卡入内槽3中,把RFID标签4固定在盲孔2内;也可以把RFID标签4安装于封装体6内后,再把封装体6安装放入盲孔2底部或粘贴于底部,用卡簧5卡入内槽3中,把封装体6固定在盲孔内;或者将RFID标签4安装放入盲孔2底部或粘贴于底部后,在盲孔2和内槽3内填充胶质材料7,把RFID标签4封在盲孔2内。
本发明有益效果:便于抽油杆的精细管理,实现一杆一码,解决目前抽油杆管理粗放,自动化信息化程度低的问题。降低了抽油杆断脱事故的发生,且射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,识别工作无须人工干预,可工作于各种恶劣环境,操作快捷方便。

五、具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,带RFID标签的抽油杆装置,主要由螺纹接头1、盲孔2、内槽3、RFID标签4、卡簧5、封装体6和胶质材料7构成;螺纹接头1端面中心处设有盲孔2,盲孔2首端设有内槽3,RFID标签4安装放入盲孔2底部,将卡簧5卡入内槽3内,封装体6固定在盲孔2内,在盲孔2和内槽3内填充胶质材料7。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,在抽油杆外螺纹接头1端面中心处加工一个盲孔2,在靠近盲孔2首端加工一个或多个内槽3,将RFID标签4安装放入盲孔2底部或粘贴于底部,后将卡簧5卡入内槽3内,使RFID标签4固定在盲孔2内。
实施例2
如图1和图4所示,在抽油杆外螺纹接头1端面中心处加工一个盲孔2,在靠近盲孔2首端加工一个或多个内槽3,将RFID标签4安装放入盲孔2底部或粘贴于底部,后在盲孔2和内槽3内填充胶质材料,使RFID标签4固定在盲孔2内。
实施例3
如图1和图3所示,在抽油杆外螺纹接头1端面中心处加工一个盲孔2,在靠近盲孔2首端加工一个或多个内槽3,将RFID标签4安装于封装体6内,封装体6安装放入盲孔2底部或粘贴于底部,后将卡簧5卡入内槽3,使封装体6固定在盲孔2内,或在盲孔2和内槽3内填充胶质材料7,固定RFID标签4。

1.带RFID标签的抽油杆装置,其特征在于:螺纹接头(1)端面中心处设有盲孔(2),盲孔(2)首端设有内槽(3),RFID标签(4)安装放入盲孔(2)底部,将卡簧(5)卡入内槽(3)内,封装体(6)固定在盲孔(2)内,在盲孔(2)和内槽(3)内填充胶质材料(7)。
