一种腰形搅拌成桩机,动力器一、动力器二、动力器三分别通过其下端的钻杆驱动钻头转动,三个钻头在转动中将其下端的泥土切削与水搅拌成泥浆;两个旋转轴在转动中分别驱动每个旋转轴上的两个连臂带动搅拌臂绕旋转轴转动,搅拌臂在转动过程中将每两个钻头之间小于钻头直径的部分泥土切削与水搅拌成泥浆,泥浆从孔中流出,主杆在向下压进过程中形成腰形孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土形成混凝土腰形桩。

本发明涉及一种成桩机,特别是一种建筑基础工程中使用的腰形搅拌成桩机。
背景技术
建筑基础工程中使用的搅拌成桩机是通过动力驱动多个钻头旋转,多个钻头在旋转过程中将土体切削与水泥浆搅拌成水泥土桩,目前,腰圆搅拌成桩机只能制造腰形的水泥土桩。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点,提供了一种能制造腰形混凝土桩体的腰形搅拌成桩机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种腰形搅拌成桩机,主杆下端固定于电机上端,电机下端固定于动力器三上端;主杆下部左端固定有横臂一,横臂一的左端下部固定有立臂一,立臂一的下端固定有动力器一,主杆下部右端固定有横臂二,横臂二的右端下部固定有立臂二,立臂二的下端固定有动力器二;动力器一、动力器二、动力器三的下端分别设有一个钻杆,每个钻杆的下端分别设有一个钻头;动力器三与动力器一之间、动力器三与动力器二之间分别设有一只旋转轴,每只旋转轴的中间两边分别固定一个连臂,每个连臂的外端分别固定一个搅拌臂。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明三个钻头在转动中将其下端的泥土切削与水搅拌成泥浆;搅拌臂在转动过程中将每两个钻头之间小于钻头直径的部分泥土切削与水搅拌成泥浆,泥浆从孔中流出,主杆在向下压进过程中形成腰形孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土形成混凝土腰形桩。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例主杆1下端固定于电机2上端,电机下端固定于动力器三3上端;主杆下部左端固定有横臂一6,横臂一的左端下部固定有立臂一10,立臂一的下端固定有动力器一4,主杆下部右端固定有横臂二7,横臂二的右端下部固定有立臂二11,立臂二的下端固定有动力器二5;动力器一、动力器二、动力器三的下端分别设有一个钻杆12,每个钻杆的下端分别设有一个钻头13;动力器三与动力器一之间、动力器三与动力器二之间分别设有一只旋转轴8,每只旋转轴的中间两边分别固定一个连臂14,每个连臂的外端分别固定一个搅拌臂9。
本发明还安装有注浆泵,工作时注浆泵对每个钻头分别灌注高压水,电机驱动动力器三运转,动力器三在运转过程中通过旋转轴的转动驱动动力器一、动力器二运转;动力器一、动力器二、动力器三分别通过其下端的钻杆驱动钻头转动,三个钻头在转动中将其下端的泥土切削与水搅拌成泥浆;两个旋转轴在转动中分别驱动每个旋转轴上的两个连臂带动搅拌臂绕旋转轴转动,搅拌臂在转动过程中将每两个钻头之间小于钻头直径的部分泥土切削与水搅拌成泥浆,泥浆从孔中流出,主杆在向下压进过程中形成腰形孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土形成混凝土腰形桩。
