本发明公开了一种反应釜衬里,涉及反应釜制造技术领域,包括设有上封头的壳体,在所述壳体的内表面设有衬里橡胶板,所述衬里橡胶板于近所述上封头的边缘处间隔设有多根竖直的定位条;所述壳体于近所述上封头的内表面上呈圆周分布有多个竖直定位槽。较之现有技术,本发明可以将衬里橡胶板上边缘的定位条逐个放入壳体内表面的竖直定位槽中,即省时又能准确拼装衬里橡胶板。

本发明涉及反应釜制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于反应釜的衬里。
背景技术
在化工业的反应釜类设备,由于一直受到不同化学物质的内外腐蚀,容易出现锈穿等现象,造成设备的损坏,从而影响生产进程。目前,对钢结构材表面的防腐处理一般是在其反应釜内壳体内表面上增加一层衬里橡胶板,将裁好剪衬里橡胶板一块块通过胶浆粘帖在反应釜壳体壳体内表面上,由于衬里橡胶板大块容易出现拼接好而返工现象,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于定位拼接的反应釜衬里。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:这种种反应釜衬里包括设有上封头的壳体,在所述壳体的内表面设有衬里橡胶板,所述衬里橡胶板于近所述上封头的边缘处间隔设有多根竖直的定位条;所述壳体于近所述上封头的内表面上呈圆周分布有多个竖直定位槽。
上述反应釜衬里技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述定位条的底面与所述竖直定位槽底面相抵接,所述定位条外表面与所述壳体的内表面相平齐。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:由于在衬里橡胶板靠近上封头的边缘处间隔设有多根竖直的定位条,并在相应的壳体内表面上呈圆周分布有多个竖直定位槽,粘贴时衬里橡胶板时,可将衬里橡胶板上边缘的定位条逐个放入壳体内表面的竖直定位槽中,即省时又能准确拼装衬里橡胶板。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1和图2所示的反应釜衬里包括设有上封头3的壳体1,在壳体1的内表面设有衬里橡胶板2,衬里橡胶板2于靠近上封头3的边缘处间隔设有多根竖直的定位条2-1;壳体1于近上封头3的内表面上呈圆周分布有多个竖直定位槽1-1;本实施例的定位条2-1的底面与竖直定位槽1-1底面相抵接,定位条2-1外表面与壳体1的内表面相平齐。
粘贴时,先定位衬里橡胶板下部,再将衬里橡胶板2上边缘的定位条2-1逐个放入壳体1内表面的竖直定位槽1-1中,即省时又能准确拼装衬里橡胶板。

1.一种反应釜衬里,包括设有上封头(3)的壳体(1),其特征在于:在所述壳体(1)的内表面设有衬里橡胶板(2),所述衬里橡胶板(2)于近所述上封头(3)的边缘处间隔设有多根竖直的定位条(2-1);所述壳体(1)于近所述上封头(3)的内表面上呈圆周分布有多个竖直定位槽(1-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应釜衬里,其特征在于:所述定位条(2-1)的底面与所述竖直定位槽(1-1)底面相抵接,所述定位条(2-1)外表面与所述壳体(1)的内表面相平齐。
