本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,具体涉及一种智能血液透析装置;包括透析液桶、热水桶、透析桶和控制柜,热水桶内有搅拌结构、保温夹套、电加热器和温度传感器,热水桶与透析液桶、透析桶之间通过管路连接,通过热水泵将热水泵入透析液桶和透析桶的热水夹套中;控制柜含有报警器、触摸屏、按钮、变频器和输入输出端子;由于采用了本发明实现了血液、透析液温度、速度的恒定,有利于透析过程的稳定,并采用智能可编程PLC控制器,将透析过程透析液、血液的温度、速度及相关技术参数实时监控和调整,有利于透析的安全进行和透析的质量保证。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,具体涉及一种智能血液透析装置。
背景技术
通常人体正常的肾脏可将体内多余的水分和无用的溶质排除体外,当肾脏功能出现了病故,不能将体内这些多余水分和无用的溶质(废物如尿素等)排出体外,就会对人体自身产生危害,医学临床上采用血液透析来代替肾脏来净化体内的血液。
血液透析是通过将体内血液引流至体外,血液注入一个血液室内,血液室中部分由具有渗透作用的半透膜组成;透析液注入另一个透析液室内,透析液的浓度与机体浓度相似,通过半透膜两侧之间的压力梯度,可使血中的多余水分和特定大小的溶质通过,离开血液进入透析液,从而净化了血液。
传统的透析装置多不能同时监控血液和渗透液的温度、速度,易造成透析过程不稳定;另外透析过程中的数据不能实时监控,不利于血液透析的安全进行和血液透析的质量保证。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有的技术问题,发明了一种智能血液透析装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:智能血液透析装置,包括透析液桶、热水桶、透析桶和控制柜,所述透析液桶含有电机、搅拌结构、热水夹套和温度传感器,所述透析桶包含血液透析室、透析液室、热水夹套;所述透析液桶设有温度传感器A、热水桶设有温度传感器B、透析桶设有透析液传感器和血液传感器,均通过信号线与控制柜相连接;其特征在于,所述热水桶内有搅拌结构、保温夹套、电加热器和温度传感器B,热水桶与透析液桶、透析桶之间通过管路连接,通过热水泵将热水泵入透析液桶和透析桶的热水夹套中;所述控制柜含有报警器、触摸屏、按钮、变频器和输入输出端子,输入输出端子通过信号线与透析液桶、热水桶、透析桶上的电机、温度传感器、管路上的阀门和泵体相连接。
所述透析液桶有电机A、盖子A、搅拌结构A、热水夹套A、出水口A、温度传感器A、进水口A、电磁阀A、透析液出口A和出口电磁阀;电机A、搅拌结构A和盖子A合为一体。
所述热水桶内有电机B、盖子B、搅拌结构B、保温夹套、进水口B、温度传感器B、加热器、电磁阀B、热水泵和出水口B,电机B、搅拌结构B和盖子B合为一体;所述保温夹套材料为岩棉。
所述透析桶包括血液透析室、透析液室、热水夹套C、进水口C、出水口C、温度传感器C。
所述血液透析室包括血液输入管、血液暂存仓、透析膜、血液汇聚仓、血液输出管、阀门C和血液传感器;透析膜为若干管束状透析膜,将血液暂存仓和血液汇聚仓连通。
所述透析液室包括透析液输出管、透析液传感器、透析液泵和透析液输入管;透析液室包围血液透析室,透析液经由透析液输入管绕过血液汇聚仓、若干透析膜管、血液暂存仓,最后经透析液输出管流出。
所述血液输入管和透析液输出管设置在透析桶的上部,所述血液输出管和透析液输入管设置在透析桶的下部。
所述透析膜为纤维素透析膜。
所述触摸屏包含有智能可编程PLC控制器。
所述变频器可控制搅拌结构A、搅拌结构B、热水泵及透析液泵的转速;通过透析液泵调节透析液在透析液室内的流速,并调控透析力度,防止对透析膜的伤害。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用了智能血液透析装置,实现了血液、透析液温度、速度的恒定,有利于透析过程的稳定,并采用智能可编程PLC控制器,将透析过程透析液、血液的温度、速度及相关技术参数实时监控和调整,有利于透析的安全进行和透析的质量保证。

本发明智能血液透析装置的实现方法如下:
1.制备热水:在热水桶内加入一定量的水,在触摸屏上设置热水需要达到的温度,打开热水桶加热按钮,开启电机B带动热水桶搅拌结构B,开始加热;当水温加热到设定温度时,温度传感器B将信息发送到智能PLC控制器上,使其自动停止加热搅拌并保温。
2.制备透析液:按需要配制好透析液,设置透析液需要的温度,开启透析液桶加热按钮,开启热水泵和电磁阀A,开启电机A带动热水桶搅拌结构A,控制好热水泵的转速,以一定速度加热到需要的温度,温度传感器A将信息发送到智能PLC控制器上,使其自动停止加热、搅拌并保温,待用。
3.透析桶调温:设置好透析桶内需要保持的温度,开启热水泵和电磁阀B,控制好热水泵的转速,以一定速度加热到需要的温度,温度传感器C将信息发送到智能PLC控制器上,使其自动停止加热并保温。
4.血液透析:打开出口电磁阀和透析液泵,将准备好的透析液按一定速度由透析液输入管泵入透析桶中的透析液室内,同时将血液输入管上的阀门C打开,血液流入血液暂存仓内,并充分分散到各个透析膜管束内,血液在血液透析室内由上向下流动,透析液在透析液室内由下向上流动,进行血液的透析,将血液中的多余水分和有害溶质通过透析膜管渗入到透析液内,透析过的血液流入血液汇聚仓内,经血液输出管流出,经血液传感器监测血液温度、速度、浓度及有害的溶质含量,合格后,返回人体;透析液透析血液后经上部的透析液输出管流出。
5.报警:当上述透析过程中血液和透析液的温度、流速、溶质含量等参数偏离设置数值时,报警器响铃。
6.保存:以上透析全过程由智能可编程PLC控制器编程与控制,信息可保存及打印。

1.智能血液透析装置,包括透析液桶、热水桶、透析桶和控制柜,所述透析液桶设有温度传感器A、热水桶设有温度传感器B、透析桶设有透析液传感器和血液传感器,温度传感器A、温度传感器B、透析液传感器和血液传感器均通过信号线与控制柜相连接;其特征在于:热水桶与透析液桶、透析桶之间通过管路连接,通过热水泵将热水泵入透析液桶和透析桶的热水夹套中;所述控制柜含有报警器、触摸屏、按钮、变频器和输入输出端子,输入输出端子通过信号线与透析液桶、热水桶、透析桶上的电机、温度传感器、管路上的阀门和泵体相连接;所述透析液桶有电机A、盖子A、搅拌结构A、热水夹套A、出水口A、温度传感器A、进水口A、电磁阀A、透析液出口A和出口电磁阀;电机A、搅拌结构A和盖子A合为一体;所述热水桶内有电机B、盖子B、搅拌结构B、保温夹套、进水口B、温度传感器B、加热器、电磁阀B、热水泵和出水口B,电机B、搅拌结构B和盖子B合为一体;所述保温夹套材料为岩棉;所述透析桶包括血液透析室、透析液室、热水夹套C、进水口C、出水口C、温度传感器C。
