包括以下制备步骤，
Ⅰ将上述的材料用清水冲洗干净，并且自然晾干；
Ⅱ将材料按照2：3的比例分成两份，将多份的材料放入粉碎设备中粉碎成粉末状，然后加入粉碎设备中材料的量的2.5倍的香油搅拌成糊状，然后涂抹在患处，用纱布包裹，每天3次，每次40分钟；
Ⅲ将少份的材料放入蒸煮器皿中，并且添加器皿中材料的量3.5倍的清水煎煮60分钟，然后滤渣，汤剂口服，每天3次，在外敷时同时内服。
