一种治疗干燥综合征的中药，主要成分配比按重量份计为：
覆盆子、枸杞子、菟丝子各34份，当归、柏子仁、玄参、沙参各29份，车前子、地肤子、炒白芍、炒枣仁、葛根各25份，川穹、麦冬、鸡内金、枸杞子各21份；茯神19份，桑叶、炙甘草各11份。
根据以上工艺处方，具体制备方法如下：
a、按配方比例将川穹、鸡内金粉碎过100目筛制成药粉a备用；
b、按配方比例将覆盆子、枸杞子、菟丝子、当归、柏子仁、玄参、沙参、车前子、地肤子、炒白芍、炒枣仁、葛根、麦冬、枸杞子、茯神、桑叶、炙甘草加6.5倍重量的冷水放入煎药机浸泡90分钟，武火煎制沸腾，再用文火熬制2.7小时，过滤，得滤液b；
c、将药粉a与滤液b搅拌混合均匀后晒干按压制备片剂，重量约80mg。
本发明临床观察的结果如下：
干燥综合征患者共70例，症状均有外分泌腺干燥问题；接受该中药治疗时间为四个疗程；
痊愈：临床症状消失56例，占80%；
显效：临床症状明显得到好转8例，占11.42/%；
无效；临床症状无明显改善，效果不明显6例，占8.58%。
总治愈率高达91.42%。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗干燥综合征的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
覆盆子、枸杞子、菟丝子各28-36份，当归、柏子仁、玄参、沙参各26-32份，车前子、地肤子、炒白芍、炒枣仁、葛根各22-28份，川穹、麦冬、鸡内金、枸杞子各18-25份；茯神16-20份，桑叶、炙甘草各8-13份；
其制备方法具体步骤如下：
a、按配方比例将川穹、鸡内金粉碎过100目筛制成药粉a备用；
b、按配方比例将覆盆子、枸杞子、菟丝子、当归、柏子仁、玄参、沙参、车前子、地肤子、炒白芍、炒枣仁、葛根、麦冬、枸杞子、茯神、桑叶、炙甘草加4-7倍重量的冷水放入煎药机浸泡70-90分钟，武火煎制沸腾，再用文火熬制1.5-3小时，过滤，得滤液b；
c、将药粉a与滤液b搅拌混合均匀后晒干按压制备片剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗干燥综合征的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
覆盆子、枸杞子、菟丝子各28-35份，当归、柏子仁、玄参、沙参各27-32份，车前子、地肤子、炒白芍、炒枣仁、葛根各23-27份，川穹、麦冬、鸡内金、枸杞子各20-22份；茯神18-20份，桑叶、炙甘草各10-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗干燥综合征的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
覆盆子、枸杞子、菟丝子各33份，当归、柏子仁、玄参、沙参各28份，车前子、地肤子、炒白芍、炒枣仁、葛根各25份，川穹、麦冬、鸡内金、枸杞子各21份；茯神18份，桑叶、炙甘草各11份。
4.一种治疗干燥综合征的中药的制备方法，其特征是：具体步骤为：
a、按配方比例将川穹、鸡内金粉碎过100目筛制成药粉a备用；
b、按配方比例将覆盆子、枸杞子、菟丝子、当归、柏子仁、玄参、沙参、车前子、地肤子、炒白芍、炒枣仁、葛根、麦冬、枸杞子、茯神、桑叶、炙甘草加4-7倍重量的冷水放入煎药机浸泡70-90分钟，武火煎制沸腾，再用文火熬制1.5-3小时，过滤，得滤液b；
c、将药粉a与滤液b搅拌混合均匀后晒干按压制备片剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗干燥综合征的中药的制备方法，其特征是：加入冷水量：5-7倍冷水；浸泡时间：80-90分钟；文火熬制时间：2-3小时。
