Abstract

本发明公开了一种带凹槽的接骨板,包括:接骨板,所述接骨板上表面沿接骨板长度方向分布有若干螺钉孔,接骨板上表面两侧缘上开有若干凹槽,凹槽对应螺钉孔之间的位置设置,所述凹槽深度为0.2-0.3mm。通过上述方式,本发明能够在粉碎性骨折固定中,将钢丝或缝线环扎固定小骨块时经过接骨板表面的凹槽,防止钢丝或缝线滑动,提高小骨块固定的稳定性,利于骨折的愈合。

一种带凹槽的接骨板
技术领域
本发明涉及骨折内固定医疗器械领域,特别是涉及粉碎性骨折中利于小骨块稳定固定的带凹槽的接骨板。
背景技术
粉碎性骨折利用接骨板固定后,小骨块往往要用钢丝或者缝线环扎固定,由于接骨板表面光滑,钢丝或者缝线环扎捆绑时容易滑动,不利于碎骨块的稳定固定,容易导致小骨块的滑脱,脱落,导致固定失败。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种带凹槽的接骨板,能够在粉碎性骨折固定中环扎固定骨块时,防止钢丝或缝线滑动,起到稳定骨块的作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种带凹槽的接骨板,包括:接骨板,所述接骨板上表面沿接骨板长度方向分布有若干螺钉孔,接骨板上表面两侧缘上开有若干对凹槽,凹槽对应螺钉孔之间的位置设置,所述凹槽深度为0.2-0.3mm。
优选的,所述螺钉孔为沉头螺钉孔,每两个所述沉头螺钉孔之间设有三对凹槽。
优选的,所述接骨板边缘处设有倒圆。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在粉碎性骨折固定中,将钢丝或缝线环扎固定小骨块时经过接骨板表面的凹槽,防止钢丝或缝线滑动,提高小骨块固定的稳定性,利于骨折的愈合。

一种带凹槽的接骨板,包括:接骨板1,所述接骨板1上表面沿接骨板1长度方向分布有若干沉头螺钉孔2,接骨板1上表面两侧缘上开有若干对凹槽3,凹槽3对应沉头螺钉孔2之间的位置设置,所述凹槽3深度为0.2-0.3mm。每两个所述沉头螺钉孔2之间设有三对凹槽3。在粉碎性骨折固定中,将钢丝或缝线4环扎固定小骨块5时经过接骨板1表面的凹槽3,防止钢丝或缝线滑动,提高小骨块固定的稳定性,利于骨折的愈合。

1.一种带凹槽的接骨板,其特征在于,包括:接骨板,所述接骨板上表面沿接骨板长度方向分布有若干螺钉孔,接骨板上表面两侧缘上开有若干对凹槽,凹槽对应螺钉孔之间的位置设置,所述凹槽深度为0.2-0.3mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹槽的接骨板,其特征在于:所述螺钉孔为沉头螺钉孔,每两个所述沉头螺钉孔之间设有三对凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹槽的接骨板,其特征在于:所述接骨板边缘处设有倒圆。
