Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及包含可水合聚合物和溶解在苯甲醇中的可生物降解的乙酰丙酮锆交联剂的井处理流体及其使用方法。
背景技术
井处理操作的成功通常取决于流体在井下的优化布置。过去主要关注用于改进酸性增产和水力压裂操作中使用的井处理流体的井下布置的方法。这些操作均提高地层内的烃的产出。
在例如通过基质酸化进行酸性增产的过程中,在地层中注入酸或成酸材料并且酸与地层中的矿物反应。因此,通过打开地层内的通道或虫洞从而改进近井眼渗透性。优化井下酸布置的早期尝试集中于将简单酸性溶液注入井眼。然而,当经处理的地层包括具有变化渗透性的段时,注入的酸通常酸化地层内的具有最高渗透性和最高水饱和程度的区域。造成地层内的高渗透性区域(经处理的区域)和低渗透性区域(未处理的区域)之间的渗透性差异。
为了提供处理流体在经处理的区域内的均匀分布,已经开发了化学转向流体,所述化学转向流体增加地层内的流动阻力并且因此允许处理流体从地层的较高渗透性段和/或水饱和段流动至较低渗透性段或含油段。
在水力压裂中,在高压下在井眼中注入增产流体。一旦超过天然储层的压裂梯度,压裂流体引发地层中的裂缝,所述裂缝通常在泵送的过程中继续生长。处理设计通常需要使流体在其进入裂缝时达到最大粘度。
多数增产流体的粘度使用可水合聚合增粘剂产生。这些流体中的交联剂增加流体的粘度并且因此改进经处理的井的增产。当用作压裂流体时,胶凝流体可以包含支撑试剂(即支撑剂)。一旦回收增产流体,支撑剂保留在产生的裂缝中从而防止裂缝完全闭合并且形成从井眼延伸至被处理的地层的导流通道。
增产流体中的常规交联剂包含过渡金属,例如钛、锆、铝、铁和锑及其混合物。所述常规交联剂包括氧氯化锆、乙酸锆、乳酸锆、苹果酸锆、柠檬酸锆、乳酸钛、苹果酸钛、柠檬酸钛等。其它常规交联剂包括过渡金属化合物的络合物,例如锆/三乙醇胺络合物。
虽然常规交联剂能够获得需要的粘度,它们不是特别环境友好。需要如同常规交联剂一样能够有效增加聚合增粘剂的粘度但是环境友好的交联剂,所述交联剂具有本专利的其它部分描述或显示或显而易见的一个或多个属性或能力。

作为本公开的一个实施方案,提供了井处理流体组合物,其中交联剂为乙酰丙酮锆。交联剂可以在淡水和盐水中生物降解。交联剂溶解在环境友好的溶剂中并且可以用在使用各种可水合聚合物的低pH以及高pH流体中,所述可水合聚合物能够在所述交联剂的存在下胶凝。
因此,本文公开的流体提供了包含常规交联剂的处理流体的绿色替代方案。具有可生物降解的乙酰丙酮锆作为交联剂的流体的粘度基本上与包含常规不可生物降解的交联剂的流体的粘度相同。
本文公开的流体可以特别有效地用于增产井,包括气井、油井、水井等。在一个实施方案中,在水力压裂操作或酸化操作的过程中使用本文公开的井处理流体。在后一种情况下,流体能够从地层的高渗透性部分或受损部分转向至地层的低渗透性部分或未受损部分。
特别地,当希望用于欠压井或水敏感区域时,本文公开的流体可以进一步是发泡流体。
在一个实施方案中,乙酰丙酮锆溶解在苯甲醇中。在另一个实施方案中,溶剂可以是苯甲醇和2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4(基)-甲醇的共混物。当使用共混物时,2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4(基)-甲醇在共混物中的量可为10至90体积%,更通常为约40至约60体积%。
通常地,溶解在苯甲醇溶剂(或溶剂共混物)中的乙酰丙酮锆交联剂的量为6至20重量%,更通常为约8至约12重量%。交联剂(溶解在苯甲醇或苯甲醇的混合物中)的量通常为约1.5至约150磅/1,000加仑含水压裂流体。
含水流体中存在的交联剂的量为在目标区域的井下温度或井下温度附近完成流体的胶凝或增粘所需的量。通常地,使用的可水合聚合物的量在约15至约50之间,优选约20至约30磅/1,000加仑流体中的水。
用于本文公开的流体的可水合聚合物可以为合成或天然聚合物并且可以包含一个或多个官能团,例如羟基、羧基、硫酸根、磺酸根、氨基或酰氨基。优选的合成和天然聚合物包括多糖及其衍生物、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸酯(包括(甲基)丙烯酸酯)、聚吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺(包括(甲基)丙烯酰胺)以及2-丙烯酰氨基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸酯及其混合物。
合适的多糖和衍生物包括含有一个或多个半乳糖、果糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖苷、葡萄糖、木糖、树胶醛醣、葡萄糖醛酸和吡喃糖基硫酸酯的单糖单元的那些。它们包括未衍生化和衍生化的瓜尔胶、槐树豆胶、刺梧桐胶、塔拉胶(tara)、黄原胶、琥珀酰聚糖、硬葡聚糖和角叉菜胶。这些多糖包括瓜尔胶和衍生物、淀粉和半乳甘露聚糖胶。
在一个优选的实施方案中,可水合聚合物为未衍生化瓜尔胶或衍生化瓜尔胶,例如羟烷基化瓜尔胶(例如羟丙基瓜尔胶)、羧烷基瓜尔胶(例如羧甲基瓜尔胶)或羧烷基羟烷基瓜尔胶(例如羧甲基羟丙基)。优选的是羧甲基瓜尔胶、羟丙基瓜尔胶、羟乙基瓜尔胶、羟丁基瓜尔胶和羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶。通常更优选CMHPG,因为其容易水合,可获得并且耐受硬质水。
在一个实施方案中,可水合聚合物为分子量约1至约3百万的羟烷基化瓜尔胶。羧化瓜尔胶的取代度(DS)可以在约0.08至约0.18之间,并且羟烷基化瓜尔胶的羟丙基含量可以在约0.2至约0.6之间。
此外,多糖可以是纤维素衍生物例如羟烷基纤维素或烷基羟烷基纤维素,羧烷基纤维素衍生物例如羟乙基纤维素,羟丙基纤维素,羟丁基纤维素,羟乙基甲基纤维素,羟丙基甲基纤维素,羟丁基甲基纤维素,甲基羟乙基纤维素,甲基羟丙基纤维素,乙基羟乙基纤维素,羧乙基纤维素,羧甲基纤维素和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素。
合适的合成聚合物为源自至少一个丙烯酰胺单元和季铵盐基团的单体以及任选地丙烯酸酯和/或氮杂环单体的共聚物。共聚物中的丙烯酰胺单元:季铵盐的摩尔比例通常在约1:5至约5:1之间。
所使用的季铵盐的示例包括通过用阳离子化试剂阳离子化包含叔氨基单体获得的那些,所述单体例如N,N-二甲基氨基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、N,N-二乙基氨基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、N,N-二甲基氨基丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、N,N-二乙基氨基丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、N,N-二甲基氨基乙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基氨基乙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基氨基丙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基氨基丙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、对-二甲基氨基甲基苯乙烯、对-二甲基氨基乙基苯乙烯、对-二乙基氨基甲基苯乙烯或对-二乙基氨基乙基苯乙烯,所述阳离子化试剂例如为卤化烷基例如甲基氯、甲基溴或甲基碘,二烷基硫酸例如二甲基硫酸,表氯醇-加成的叔胺无机酸盐例如N-(3-氯-2-羟丙基)-N,N,N-三甲基氯化铵,无机盐例如盐酸、氢溴酸、硫酸或磷酸,或羧酸例如甲酸、乙酸或丙酸。

其中R为甲基或氢;R4为任选被卤素、羟基或烷氧基(优选乙氧基和甲氧基)取代的C1至C6烷基;最优选R4为–CH2CH2CH2-;X为卤素,优选氯;并且R1、R2和R3独立地选自烷基和烷氧基,优选甲基、乙基、甲氧基和乙氧基,最优选R1、R2和R3各自为甲基。
适合作为“丙烯酰胺”单元的是丙烯酰胺、(甲基)丙烯酰胺、二丙酮丙烯酰胺,和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺。
在一个替代性实施方案中,用于本公开的共聚物为丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和季铵盐的三元聚合物。适合用于丙烯酸酯的是丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸以及丙烯酸或(甲基)丙烯酸的盐。所述盐包括碱金属盐,例如钠盐。丙烯酸或其盐(当存在时)和丙烯酰胺的摩尔比例通常在约2:1至约1:3之间,优选1:1。

可用的合成的可水合聚合物的其它非限制性示例包括聚乙烯醇,聚2-氨基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸,聚丙烯酰胺,部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺和包含丙烯酰胺的共聚物,包含丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸酯和第三类的三元聚合物。正如本文所限定的,聚丙烯酰胺(PA)为具有基本上小于1%的羧酸根基团形式的丙烯酰胺基团的丙烯酰胺聚合物。部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺(PHPA)为具有至少1%但是不为100%的羧酸根基团形式的丙烯酰胺基团的丙烯酰胺聚合物。
在一个优选的模式中,合成聚合物为乳液聚合物,例如丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)的共聚物,例如AMPS和丙烯酰胺的共聚物、丙烯酰氨基-甲基丙烷磺酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物(AMPS/AA)、次膦酸化的马来酸共聚物(PHOS/MA)或聚马来酸/丙烯酸/丙烯酰氨基-甲基丙烷磺酸酯三元聚合物(PMA/AMPS)的钠盐以及其盐,及其组合。
特别优选的共聚物具有下式:
其中m为2至5并且n为4至8。在一个实施方案中,所述乳液共聚物包含呈烃相的聚合物分散体。在另一个实施方案中,乳液聚合物包含微乳液颗粒。在又一个实施方案中,乳液聚合物包含液体聚合物分散体。在一个实施方案中,乳液聚合物具有约20至50%丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)、约2至5%丙烯酸和约45至78%丙烯酰胺的一般组成。更优选地,聚合物包含约35至50%的AMPS。
用于本公开的优选共聚物在美国专利No.8,022,015中列出,所述专利以引用的方式并入本文。所述共聚物包括源自丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸和乙烯基膦酸酯的那些,包括包含如下的那些:约20至约90重量%的丙烯酰胺、约9至约80重量%的丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸,和约0.1至约20重量%的乙烯基膦酸酯;替代性地,约30至约80重量%的丙烯酰胺、约25至约60重量%的丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸,和约0.2至约10重量%的乙烯基膦酸酯;替代性地,约40至约70重量%的丙烯酰胺、约30至约40重量%的丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸,和约1至约3重量%的乙烯基膦酸酯;或替代性地,约50重量%的丙烯酰胺、约30重量%的丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸,约2重量%的乙烯基膦酸酯并且剩余为丙烯酰胺和丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸的共聚物。
本文公开的溶解在溶剂中的乙酰丙酮锆可以进一步缓冲至希望的pH范围从而产生酸性以及碱性流体。流体的pH可以在约3.5至约11.5之间。因此,包含交联剂的流体可以用酸性以及碱性缓冲剂缓冲。
通常地,能够将井处理流体的酸性或碱性pH维持在希望的pH范围内的任何缓冲剂可以用作流体的组分。适合的pH缓冲剂对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。例如,用于维持酸性流体的示例性pH缓冲剂可以为弱有机酸和相关的盐,例如乙酸、冰乙酸、乙酸钠、甲酸及其组合。用于维持碱性流体的合适的pH缓冲剂可以为氢氧化钾、碳酸钾或其混合物。
pH缓冲剂可以以约1加仑/1,000加仑流体至约3加仑/1,000加仑流体的浓度使用。
在一个实施方案中,pH缓冲剂将pH维持在约4.0至约6.5之间,通常在约4.5至约5.5之间。经缓冲的低pH流体通常非常有利于分解可水合聚合物的聚合结构。因此,在清除的过程中低pH流体非常有利。此外,对于低渗透性砂岩地层,经缓冲的低pH流体通常是更优选的,因为它们对所述地层造成更少的渗透性损害。此外,对于低压储层和具有严重粘土问题的井,它们通常是更优选的,因为它们更有效地防止粘土溶胀和粘土迁移。粘土的溶胀和迁移可能损害裂缝导流性。此外,在连同压裂流体使用氮气或二氧化碳的情况下,它们是更优选的。
在另一个实施方案中,pH缓冲剂可以将流体的pH维持在约8.0至约11.0之间,通常在约9.0至约10.5之间。当使用酶破胶剂时,所述流体是特别希望的。例如酶催化剂通常仅在碱性介质中有效。当可水合聚合物为半乳甘露聚糖胶时,特别是这种情况。
除了可水合聚合物、交联剂和缓冲剂或pH调节剂之外,各种添加剂也可以用在本文公开的流体中。用于油气工业的添加剂是本领域已知的,包括但不限于腐蚀抑制剂、防乳化剂、铁控制剂、延迟添加剂、淤泥悬浮剂、回流添加剂、粘土稳定剂、表面活性剂、破胶剂、络合剂、生物杀灭剂、表面张力降低剂、防垢剂、气体水合物抑制剂、酸或其混合物。可用于本公开的其它合适的添加剂对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的并且被认为落入本公开的范围。
本文公开的井处理流体作为压裂流体特别有效,其中在穿透地下地层的井眼中泵入流体从而引发或扩大裂缝。压裂流体以足以压裂地层并且将支撑剂放入裂缝的速率注入。
作为压裂流体,井处理流体可以进一步包含支撑剂。合适的支撑剂包括本领域常规已知的那些,包括石英砂粒、玻璃珠、铝粒料、陶瓷、塑料珠和超轻质(ULW)颗粒例如经研磨或经压碎的如下坚果的壳:胡桃,椰子,山核桃,杏仁,象牙椰子,巴西胡桃等;经研磨和经压碎的如下水果的种的种壳(包括水果核):李子,橄榄,桃子,樱桃,杏子等;经研磨和经压碎的其它植物例如玉米的种壳(例如玉米穗或玉米粒)等;经加工的木质材料例如源自例如橡木、山核桃木、胡桃木、白杨木、红木等的木材那些,包括已经通过研磨、切屑或其它形式的造粒、加工等而进行加工的木材。此外,支撑剂可以包括多孔陶瓷或有机聚合颗粒。多孔颗粒材料可以用无孔渗透材料、涂层或上釉层(glazing layer)处理。也可以使用所述支撑剂的混合物。
当存在时,井处理流体中的支撑剂的量通常在约0.5至约12.0之间,优选在约1至约8.0磅支撑剂/加仑井处理流体之间。
除了用作压裂流体之外,本文公开的pH在约3.5至约6.5之间的流体可以进一步用作增产被井穿透的地下地层的酸化流体,其中阶段的流体可以转向至具有各种渗透性的地层的产出区域。流体能够从地下地层的高渗透性区域转向至低渗透性区域。由于导流性为渗透性乘以注入几何形状,这与本文公开的井处理流体能够从高导流性主要裂缝转向至低导流性次要裂缝的声明同义。此外,由于导流性为相对流入阻力的函数,提到本文使用的导流性裂缝被认为与导流性储层区域同义。
当用作转向剂时,流体可以直接泵入井地层的高渗透性区域。大部分转向流体进入高渗透性区域或未受损区域并且由于流体的增加粘度形成临时性“塞子”或“高粘段塞(viscous pill)”,而低渗透性区域具有较少入侵。该临时性“高粘段塞”造成压力增加并且使流体转向至地层的较低渗透性部分。
通常地,流体在被泵送通过穿透井眼的管的同时受到高剪切。因此希望的是流体具有交联延迟机制从而最小化摩擦,即鉴于所造成的高马力要求而避免泵送高粘性流体。此外,通过高剪切井眼环境的交联的延迟使剪切降解和流体粘度的损失达到最小化。不幸地,非常难以控制低pH流体的延迟,特别是在加入二氧化碳时。本文限定的流体因此提供相对于现有技术流体的优点,因为交联剂提供与可水合聚合物相互作用的延迟机制。
本文公开的交联剂可以在井位进行的分批方法中使用混合容器与流体的其它组分组合,或者可以远离井位分批混合并且运输至井位。在一个优选的实施方案中,使用连续混合方法在井位即时(on the flying)制备流体。
除非另有声明,实施例中列出的所有百分比以重量单位计。
实施例
实施例1.制备包含如下的含水流体:2.5加仑/千(gpt)或3.75gpt的10重量%的乙酰丙酮锆(IV)在苯甲醇中的溶液、7.5gpt的4磅/加仑(ppg)羧甲基瓜尔胶(CMG)在矿物油中的浆料、3gpt的硫代硫酸钠凝胶稳定剂、1gpt的BF-9L(其为购自Baker HughesIncorporated的高pH缓冲剂)和1gpt的粘土稳定剂(作为CLAYTREAT 3CTM购自Baker HughesIncorporated)。作为对比,使用1.5gpt的XLW-14(其为美国专利No.4,534,870中公开并且购自Baker Hughes Incorporated的锆酸盐/三乙醇胺交联剂)代替即时交联剂,苯甲醇中的乙酰丙酮锆。每种流体的pH为约10.0。
然后将流体放入特定的保持杯,所述保持杯附接至50C型号Fann50粘度计。然后在杯中施加氮气压力(300psi),然后将杯降低至热油浴中。然后设定Fann50从而在100sec-1的剪切速率下确定测试流体的粘度。流体的粘度测量显示在图1中。
图1显示了pH为约10并且包含本公开中限定的可生物降解的交联剂的经缓冲的流体提供与现有技术的具有类似pH并且包含不可生物降解的交联剂的流体相当的粘度。
实施例2.制备包含如下的三种经缓冲的流体:10重量%的乙酰丙酮锆(IV)在苯甲醇中的溶液和7.5gpt的4磅/加仑(ppg)羧甲基瓜尔胶(CMG)在矿物油中的浆料。在两种溶液中加入0.5gpt的BF-9L并且用1.5和2gpt的交联剂溶液交联,分别得到约10.0和9.5的经缓冲的pH。使用2gpt的BF-10L,其为购自Baker Hughes Incorporated的乙酸和冰乙酸的共混物的缓冲剂。第三种流体用1.5gpt的交联剂交联,得到约5.0的经缓冲的pH。将缓冲至5.0pH的流体中的乙酰丙酮锆(IV)溶解在苯甲醇:2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4-甲醇的50:50v/v共混物中。
然后将流体放入特定的保持杯,所述保持杯附接至50C型号Fann50粘度计。然后在杯中施加氮气压力(300psi),然后将杯降低至加热至200°F的油浴中。然后设定Fann50从而在100sec-1的剪切速率下确定测试流体的粘度。流体的粘度测量显示在图2中。
图2显示了本公开中限定的可生物降解的交联剂提供缓冲至碱性以及酸性pH条件的压裂流体的需要的粘度。
实施例3.制备包含如下的三种经缓冲的流体:10重量%的乙酰丙酮锆(IV)在苯甲醇中的溶液和7.5gpt的4磅/加仑(ppg)羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(CMHPG)在矿物油中的浆料。在两种溶液中加入0.5gpt的BF-9L并且用1.5和2gpt的交联剂溶液交联,分别得到约10.0和9.5的经缓冲的pH。使用2gpt的BF-10L,其为购自Baker Hughes Incorporated的乙酸和冰乙酸的共混物的缓冲剂。使用BF-10L,其为购自Baker Hughes Incorporated的乙酸和冰乙酸的共混物的缓冲剂,第三种流体用2gpt的交联剂交联,得到约5.5的经缓冲的pH。然后将流体放入特定的保持杯,所述保持杯附接至50C型号Fann50粘度计。然后在杯中施加氮气压力(300psi),然后将杯降低至加热至200°F的油浴中。然后设定Fann50从而在100sec-1的剪切速率下确定测试流体的粘度。流体的粘度测量显示在图3中。
图3显示了本公开中限定的可生物降解的交联剂提供缓冲至碱性以及酸性pH条件的压裂流体的需要的粘度。
实施例4.制备包含如下的含水流体:1.5gpt的10重量%的乙酰丙酮锆(IV)溶解在苯甲醇:2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4-甲醇的50:50v/v共混物中的溶液。流体还包含17.5gpt的美国专利No.8,022,015中公开的丙烯酰氨基-甲基丙烷磺酸酯/丙烯酸(AMPS/AA)和乙烯基膦酸酯的共聚物的反相乳液,以及1gpt的表面活性剂(作为PSA-65L购自BakerHughes Incorporated)并且用BF-10L缓冲至5.5的pH。流体之一还包含4gpt的硫代硫酸钠凝胶稳定剂。
然后将流体放入特定的保持杯,所述保持杯附接至50C型号Fann50粘度计。然后在杯中施加氮气压力(300psi),然后将杯降低至加热至350°F的油浴中。然后设定Fann50从而在100sec-1的剪切速率下确定测试流体的粘度。流体的粘度测量显示在图4中,其显示所述流体为压裂流体中的常规不可生物降解的交联剂的可接受的替代物。

Claims (22)
1.增产被井穿透的地下地层的方法,所述方法包括:
(A)在井中泵入井处理流体,所述井处理流体包含:
(i)包含溶解在苯甲醇溶剂中的乙酰丙酮锆交联剂的交联溶液;和
(ii)可水合聚合物,所述可水合聚合物能够在乙酰丙酮锆交联剂的存在下胶凝,和选自瓜尔胶、瓜尔胶衍生物、槐树豆胶、刺梧桐胶、纤维素衍生物、聚乙烯醇、聚2-氨基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸、丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)的共聚物及其盐,及其组合;和
(B)在井中泵入所述井处理流体之后和当井中的温度为至少100°F时,由(i)和(ii)产生交联的胶凝流体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述流体的pH在约3.5至约11.5之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述流体为压裂流体,和另外其中在足以引发或扩大地下地层中的裂缝的压力下在井中泵入所述压裂流体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述流体的pH在约8.0至约11.0之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述流体的pH在约3.5至约6.5之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述流体为转向流体和其中所述流体的流动从所述地层的高渗透性部分或受损部分转向至所述地层的低渗透性部分或未受损部分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中可水合聚合物选自未衍生化瓜尔胶,羟丙基瓜尔胶,羧甲基瓜尔胶,羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶,羧甲基纤维素和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素及其组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中溶解在苯甲醇溶剂中的乙酰丙酮锆交联剂的量为6至20重量%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中溶剂进一步包含2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4(基)-甲醇。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中苯甲醇:2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4(基)-甲醇的体积比例在约10:90至90:10之间。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法包括:
(C)在酸化操作的过程中在井中泵入井处理流体作为第一酸性阶段;
(D)在地层中泵入第一酸性阶段之后在井中泵入一个或多个后续阶段的井处理流体;和
(E)使一个或多个后续阶段的井处理流体的流动从地层的高渗透性部分或受损部分转向至地层的低渗透性部分或未受损部分。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中溶剂进一步包含2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4(基)-甲醇。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述流体是即时制备的。
14.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述流体是发泡流体和另外其中所述井为欠压井和其中将所述发泡流体泵入所述欠压井或泵入所述井内的水敏感区域中。
15.增产被井穿透的地下地层的方法,所述方法包括:
在井中泵入井处理流体,所述井处理流体包含(i)乙酰丙酮锆,所述乙酰丙酮锆溶解在苯甲醇和2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4(基)-甲醇的混合物中;和(ii)可水合聚合物,所述可水合聚合物能够在乙酰丙酮锆交联剂的存在下胶凝,和选自瓜尔胶,瓜尔胶衍生物,槐树豆胶,刺梧桐胶,纤维素衍生物,聚乙烯醇,聚2-氨基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸,聚丙烯酰胺,部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺和包含丙烯酰胺的共聚物,丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)的聚合物和共聚物及其盐,次膦酸化的马来酸共聚物(PHOS/MA),聚马来酸/丙烯酸/丙烯酰氨基-甲基丙烷磺酸酯三元聚合物(PMA/AMPS)的盐,衍生自丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸和乙烯基膦酸酯的共聚物,及其组合,及其组合;和
延迟井处理流体的交联直至井内的温度为至少100°F。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中井处理流体的pH在约3.5至约11.0之间。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中井处理流体的pH在约3.5至约11.5之间。
18.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中井处理流体进一步包含缓冲剂并且其中井处理流体的pH在约4.0至约6.5之间或在约8.0至约11.0之间。
19.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述溶剂为苯甲醇和另外其中溶解在苯甲醇溶剂中的乙酰丙酮锆的量为约6至约20重量%。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中可水合聚合物选自未衍生化瓜尔胶,羟丙基瓜尔胶,羧甲基瓜尔胶,羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶,羧甲基纤维素,羧甲基羟乙基纤维素,羟乙基纤维素和衍生自丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸、乙烯基膦酸酯的共聚物;及其组合。
21.增产被井穿透的地下地层的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)在井中泵入井处理流体,所述井处理流体包含(i)乙酰丙酮锆,所述乙酰丙酮锆溶解在基本上由苯甲醇或者苯甲醇和2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-4(基)-甲醇的混合物组成的溶剂中;和(ii)可水合聚合物,所述可水合聚合物能够在乙酰丙酮锆交联剂的存在下胶凝,和选自瓜尔胶,瓜尔胶衍生物,槐树豆胶,刺梧桐胶,纤维素衍生物,聚乙烯醇,聚2-氨基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸,聚丙烯酰胺,部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺和包含丙烯酰胺的共聚物,丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)的聚合物和共聚物及其盐,次膦酸化的马来酸共聚物(PHOS/MA),聚马来酸/丙烯酸/丙烯酰氨基-甲基丙烷磺酸酯三元聚合物(PMA/AMPS)的盐,衍生自丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰氨基甲基丙烷磺酸和乙烯基膦酸酯的共聚物,及其组合,及其组合;和
(b)延迟井处理流体的交联直至井内的温度为至少100°F。
