本发明公开了一种安装方便的LED节能灯,包括灯壳体,所述灯壳体的下部内侧壁上具有环形限位凸起圈,LED灯主板插套在灯壳体中并压靠在环形限位凸起圈上,灯壳体的顶端螺接有灯罩体,灯罩体的中间顶部固定有螺纹接口座,灯罩体的底面具有向下延伸的环形连接部,环形连接部压靠在LED灯主板的边部顶面上,灯罩体的顶面具有多个通气孔;所述灯壳体的底端外侧壁上螺接有多个定位球头柱塞,底部透明配光镜压靠在灯壳体的底端面上,底部透明配光镜的边部有向上延伸的环形侧壁。它耗电量小,而且其各个部件安装拆卸方便,部件损坏即可进行更换,无需将整个更换,节约成本,减少浪费,环保。

本发明涉及节能灯技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种安装方便的LED节能灯。
背景技术:
现有节能灯一般安装麻烦,其内部的部件均采用固定连接,一旦有部件损坏就需要整个更换,增加成本,效果差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种安装方便的LED节能灯,它耗电量小,而且其各个部件安装拆卸方便,部件损坏即可进行更换,无需将整个更换,节约成本,减少浪费,环保。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种安装方便的LED节能灯,包括灯壳体,所述灯壳体的下部内侧壁上具有环形限位凸起圈,LED灯主板插套在灯壳体中并压靠在环形限位凸起圈上,灯壳体的顶端螺接有灯罩体,灯罩体的中间顶部固定有螺纹接口座,灯罩体的底面具有向下延伸的环形连接部,环形连接部压靠在LED灯主板的边部顶面上,灯罩体的顶面具有多个通气孔;
所述灯壳体的底端外侧壁上螺接有多个定位球头柱塞,底部透明配光镜压靠在灯壳体的底端面上,底部透明配光镜的边部有向上延伸的环形侧壁,灯壳体的底端插套在环形侧壁中,定位球头柱塞的钢球嵌套在环形侧壁的内侧壁上具有的环形凹槽中。
所述灯壳体的底端面中嵌套有永磁铁环,底部透明配光镜的顶面固定有环形铁块,永磁铁环与环形铁块相吸附。
所述LED灯主板的顶面中部固定有散热铝板,散热铝板的顶面固定有多个竖直铝板。
所述灯壳体的上部侧壁具有多个透气孔,环形连接部上具有多个内部通气孔。
所述灯罩体的中部具有中部轴向通孔,灯罩体的顶面具有环形凹槽,螺纹接口座的下端插套在环形凹槽中并焊接固定在环形凹槽中。
所述螺纹接口座的内部上方固定有弹性绝缘块。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它耗电量小,而且其各个部件安装拆卸方便,部件损坏即可进行更换,无需将整个更换,节约成本,减少浪费,环保。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种安装方便的LED节能灯,包括灯壳体10,所述灯壳体10的下部内侧壁上具有环形限位凸起圈11,LED灯主板12插套在灯壳体10中并压靠在环形限位凸起圈11上,灯壳体10的顶端螺接有灯罩体13,灯罩体13的中间顶部固定有螺纹接口座14,灯罩体13的底面具有向下延伸的环形连接部131,环形连接部131压靠在LED灯主板12的边部顶面上,灯罩体13的顶面具有多个通气孔132;
所述灯壳体10的底端外侧壁上螺接有多个定位球头柱塞15,底部透明配光镜16压靠在灯壳体10的底端面上,底部透明配光镜16的边部有向上延伸的环形侧壁161,灯壳体10的底端插套在环形侧壁161中,定位球头柱塞15的钢球嵌套在环形侧壁161的内侧壁上具有的环形凹槽162中。
进一步的说,所述灯壳体10的底端面中嵌套有永磁铁环17,底部透明配光镜16的顶面固定有环形铁块163,永磁铁环17与环形铁块163相吸附。
进一步的说,所述LED灯主板12的顶面中部固定有散热铝板18,散热铝板18的顶面固定有多个竖直铝板181。
进一步的说,所述灯壳体10的上部侧壁具有多个透气孔101,环形连接部131上具有多个内部通气孔132。
进一步的说,所述灯罩体13的中部具有中部轴向通孔133,灯罩体13的顶面具有环形凹槽134,螺纹接口座14的下端插套在环形凹槽134中并焊接固定在环形凹槽134中。
进一步的说,所述螺纹接口座14的内部上方固定有弹性绝缘块141。
本实施,通过卸下灯罩体13,即可将LED灯主板12卸下,而用力向下拉动底部透明配光镜16,即可将底部透明配光镜16从灯壳体10中卸下,其安装拆卸方便,各个部件可以进行更换,而散热铝板18、通气孔132、透气孔101和内部通气孔132可以方便LED灯主板12的散热,其散热效果好,大大提高其使用寿命。

1.一种安装方便的LED节能灯,包括灯壳体(10),其特征在于:所述灯壳体(10)的下部内侧壁上具有环形限位凸起圈(11),LED灯主板(12)插套在灯壳体(10)中并压靠在环形限位凸起圈(11)上,灯壳体(10)的顶端螺接有灯罩体(13),灯罩体(13)的中间顶部固定有螺纹接口座(14),灯罩体(13)的底面具有向下延伸的环形连接部(131),环形连接部(131)压靠在LED灯主板(12)的边部顶面上,灯罩体(13)的顶面具有多个通气孔(132);
所述灯壳体(10)的底端外侧壁上螺接有多个定位球头柱塞(15),底部透明配光镜(16)压靠在灯壳体(10)的底端面上,底部透明配光镜(16)的边部有向上延伸的环形侧壁(161),灯壳体(10)的底端插套在环形侧壁(161)中,定位球头柱塞(15)的钢球嵌套在环形侧壁(161)的内侧壁上具有的环形凹槽(162)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种安装方便的LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳体(10)的底端面中嵌套有永磁铁环(17),底部透明配光镜(16)的顶面固定有环形铁块(163),永磁铁环(17)与环形铁块(163)相吸附。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种安装方便的LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯主板(12)的顶面中部固定有散热铝板(18),散热铝板(18)的顶面固定有多个竖直铝板(181)。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种安装方便的LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳体(10)的上部侧壁具有多个透气孔(101),环形连接部(131)上具有多个内部通气孔(132)。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种安装方便的LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩体(13)的中部具有中部轴向通孔(133),灯罩体(13)的顶面具有环形凹槽(134),螺纹接口座(14)的下端插套在环形凹槽(134)中并焊接固定在环形凹槽(134)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种安装方便的LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述螺纹接口座(14)的内部上方固定有弹性绝缘块(141)。
