一种楔形插口桩搅拌钻机,主钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左端带有凸楔形端头、右端带有凹楔形端头的楔形插口桩,在此个楔形插口桩的右侧、紧靠这个楔形插口桩再形成第二个楔形插口桩,使第二个楔形插口桩左端的凸楔形端头吻合于第一个楔形插口桩右端的凹楔形端头,如此形成多个相互插扣的楔形插口桩,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

本发明涉及一种搅拌钻机,特别是一种建筑基础工程中使用的楔形插口桩搅拌钻机。
背景技术
水泥土搅拌钻机是通过钻头的转动将土体切削与水泥浆搅拌成桩,目前,其它型式的水泥土搅拌钻机所成的桩体都是多个水泥土圆柱的组合体,不是相互插口的的水泥土桩墙。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点,提供了一种能制造桩体相互插扣的楔形插口桩搅拌钻机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种楔形插口桩搅拌钻机,主钻杆下端固定于电机上端,电机下端固定于驱动器三上端;主钻杆下部左端固定有横臂一,横臂一的左端下部固定有立杆一,立杆一的下端固定有驱动器一,主钻杆下部右端固定有横臂二,横臂二的右端下部固定有立杆二,立杆二的下端固定有驱动器二;驱动器一、驱动器二、驱动器三的下端分别设有一个分钻杆,每个分钻杆的下端分别设有一个钻头;驱动器三与驱动器一之间、驱动器三与驱动器二之间分别设有一只驱动轴一,每只驱动轴一的中间两边分别固定一个连臂,每个连臂的外端分别固定一个搅动刀;驱动器二的右后方和右前方分别输出一个驱动轴二,每个驱动轴二的右端分别固定一个梯形刀一;驱动器一的左端输出一个驱动轴三,驱动轴三的左端固定一个梯形刀二。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例主钻杆1下端固定于电机2上端,电机下端固定于驱动器三3上端;主钻杆下部左端固定有横臂一6,横臂一的左端下部固定有立杆一10,立杆一的下端固定有驱动器一4,主钻杆下部右端固定有横臂二7,横臂二的右端下部固定有立杆二11,立杆二的下端固定有驱动器二5;驱动器一、驱动器二、驱动器三的下端分别设有一个分钻杆12,每个分钻杆的下端分别设有一个钻头13;驱动器三与驱动器一之间、驱动器三与驱动器二之间分别设有一只驱动轴一8,每只驱动轴一的中间两边分别固定一个连臂16,每个连臂的外端分别固定一个搅动刀9;驱动器二的右后方和右前方分别输出一个驱动轴二14,每个驱动轴二的右端分别固定一个梯形刀一15;驱动器一的左端输出一个驱动轴三,驱动轴三的左端固定一个梯形刀二;梯形刀一的截面为梯形,梯形刀二的截面为梯形。
本发明还安装有灌注泵,工作时灌注泵对每个钻头分别灌注水泥浆,电机驱动驱动器三运转,驱动器三在运转过程中通过驱动轴一的转动驱动驱动器一、驱动器二运转,驱动器二在运转过程中分别驱动右后方的驱动轴二和右前方的驱动轴二相对同步转动;驱动器一在运转中驱动驱动轴三转动;驱动器一、驱动器二、驱动器三分别通过其下端的分钻杆驱动钻头转动,三个钻头在转动中将其下端的泥土与水泥浆搅拌;两个驱动轴一在转动中分别驱动每个驱动轴一上的两个连臂带动搅动刀绕驱动轴一转动,搅动刀在转动过程中将每两个钻头之间小于钻头直径的部分泥土与水泥浆搅拌,两个驱动轴二在转动中分别驱动驱动轴二上的梯形刀一转动,梯形刀一在转动中将右部的端头的土体与水泥浆搅拌成凹楔形端头,驱动轴三在转动中驱动驱动轴三上的梯形刀二转动,梯形刀二在转动中将左部的端头的土体与水泥浆搅拌成凸楔形端头;右部的凹楔形端头与左部的凸楔形端头相吻合;主钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左端带有凸楔形端头、右端带有凹楔形端头的楔形插口桩,在此个楔形插口桩的右侧、紧靠这个楔形插口桩再形成第二个楔形插口桩,使第二个楔形插口桩左端的凸楔形端头吻合于第一个楔形插口桩右端的凹楔形端头,如此形成多个相互插扣的楔形插口桩,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

1.一种楔形插口桩搅拌钻机,主钻杆1下端固定于电机2上端,电机下端固定于驱动器三3上端;主钻杆下部左端固定有横臂一6,横臂一的左端下部固定有立杆一10,立杆一的下端固定有驱动器一4,主钻杆下部右端固定有横臂二7,横臂二的右端下部固定有立杆二11,立杆二的下端固定有驱动器二5;驱动器一、驱动器二、驱动器三的下端分别设有一个分钻杆12,每个分钻杆的下端分别设有一个钻头13;驱动器三与驱动器一之间、驱动器三与驱动器二之间分别设有一只驱动轴一8,每只驱动轴一的中间两边分别固定一个连臂16,每个连臂的外端分别固定一个搅动刀9;驱动器二的右后方和右前方分别输出一个驱动轴二14,每个驱动轴二的右端分别固定一个梯形刀一15;驱动器一的左端输出一个驱动轴三,驱动轴三的左端固定一个梯形刀二;梯形刀一的截面为梯形,梯形刀二的截面为梯形;其特征在于:搅拌钻机工作时灌注泵对每个钻头分别灌注水泥浆,电机驱动驱动器三运转,驱动器三在运转过程中通过驱动轴一的转动驱动驱动器一、驱动器二运转,驱动器二在运转过程中分别驱动右后方的驱动轴二和右前方的驱动轴二相对同步转动;驱动器一在运转中驱动驱动轴三转动;驱动器一、驱动器二、驱动器三分别通过其下端的分钻杆驱动钻头转动,三个钻头在转动中将其下端的泥土与水泥浆搅拌;两个驱动轴一在转动中分别驱动每个驱动轴一上的两个连臂带动搅动刀绕驱动轴一转动,搅动刀在转动过程中将每两个钻头之间小于钻头直径的部分泥土与水泥浆搅拌,两个驱动轴二在转动中分别驱动驱动轴二上的梯形刀一转动,梯形刀一在转动中将右部的端头的土体与水泥浆搅拌成凹楔形端头,驱动轴三在转动中驱动驱动轴三上的梯形刀二转动,梯形刀二在转动中将左部的端头的土体与水泥浆搅拌成凸楔形端头;右部的凹楔形端头与左部的凸楔形端头相吻合;主钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左端带有凸楔形端头、右端带有凹楔形端头的楔形插口桩,在此个楔形插口桩的右侧、紧靠这个楔形插口桩再形成第二个楔形插口桩,使第二个楔形插口桩左端的凸楔形端头吻合于第一个楔形插口桩右端的凹楔形端头,如此形成多个相互插扣的楔形插口桩,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。
