本发明公开了一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂,包括如下重量百分比的各组分:4-羟基苯乙胺15-25份、异丙醇胺10-18份、去氢木香内酯9-14份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚7-12份、苯丙三氮唑4-10份、冰醋酸10-20份、邻乙酰水杨酸20-30份、2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼12-18份、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍5-10份、蒸馏水80-150份。该整理剂具备良好的抗氧化、抗黄变效果,且制备工艺简单,可适用于大部分纺织品。

技术领域
本发明属于整理剂领域,特别涉及一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常穿着的纺织品由于灯光、紫外线、尾气排放以及大气污染物等影响,常常会出现不同程度的变黄,特别是对于浅色系的纺织品更为明显。而随着对纺织品清洗、暴晒次数的增加,其变黄程度也会有所加深。现有市面上存在的抗热黄边效果整理剂虽然抗黄变效果有一定成效,但是存在成本较高、对产品有针对性,缺乏普适性的抗黄变整理剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂及其制备方法,该整理剂具备良好的抗氧化、抗黄变效果,且制备工艺简单,可适用于大部分纺织品。
技术方案:一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂,包括如下重量百分比的各组分:4-羟基苯乙胺15-25份、异丙醇胺10-18份、去氢木香内酯9-14份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚7-12份、苯丙三氮唑4-10份、冰醋酸10-20份、邻乙酰水杨酸20-30份、2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼12-18份、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍5-10份、蒸馏水80-150份。
优选的,所述4-羟基苯乙胺18-22份、异丙醇胺13-16份、去氢木香内酯10-12份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚8-10份、苯丙三氮唑6-9份、冰醋酸13-16份、邻乙酰水杨酸23-28份、2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼14-17份、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍6-8份、蒸馏水120-140份。
优选的,所述4-羟基苯乙胺20份、异丙醇胺15份、去氢木香内酯11份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚9份、苯丙三氮唑8份、冰醋酸15份、邻乙酰水杨酸25份、2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼16份、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍7份、蒸馏水135份。
一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺15-25份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚7-12份、苯丙三氮唑4-10份、邻乙酰水杨酸20-30份和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼12-18份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯9-14份,升高温度至40-50℃,搅拌20-40min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺10-18份和蒸馏水80-150份,保持温度60-70℃下,静置反应10-15min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中依次滴加2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍5-10份和冰醋酸10-20份,滴加完毕后,在温度70-80℃下搅拌30-50min,即可得到所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂。
优选的,步骤S1中所述温度为45℃,搅拌速率为300-400r/min,搅拌35min。
优选的,步骤S2中所述温度为68℃,静置反应13min。
优选的,步骤S3中所述2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍的滴加时间为5-8min;所述冰醋酸的滴加时间为10-15min;所述温度为75℃,搅拌速率为80-120r/min,搅拌42min。
有益效果:
本发明所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂的制备方法,在制作过程中融入去氢木香内酯、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼,通过加热、搅拌等工艺获得整理剂;该整理剂具有良好的抗氧化、抗黄变性能,且适用于大部分纺织品,具有较强的普适性;制备工艺简便,适于规模化推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺15份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚7份、苯丙三氮唑4份、邻乙酰水杨酸20份和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼12份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯9份,升高温度至40℃,以300r/min速率搅拌20min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺10份和蒸馏水80份,保持温度60℃下,静置反应10min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中依次滴加2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍5份和冰醋酸10份,2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍的滴加时间为5min,冰醋酸的滴加时间为10min;滴加完毕后,在温度70℃下,以80r/min速率搅拌30min,即可得到所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂。
对比例1
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺15份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚7份、苯丙三氮唑4份和邻乙酰水杨酸20份加入搅拌器中搅拌,升高温度至40℃,以300r/min速率搅拌20min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺10份和蒸馏水80份,保持温度60℃下,静置反应10min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中滴加冰醋酸10份,冰醋酸的滴加时间为10min;滴加完毕后,在温度70℃下,以80r/min速率搅拌30min,即可得到所述整理剂。
实施例2
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺25份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚12份、苯丙三氮唑10份、邻乙酰水杨酸30份和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼18份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯14份,升高温度至50℃,以400r/min速率搅拌40min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺18份和蒸馏水150份,保持温度70℃下,静置反应15min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中依次滴加2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍10份和冰醋酸20份,2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍的滴加时间为8min,冰醋酸的滴加时间为15min;滴加完毕后,在温度80℃下,以120r/min速率搅拌50min,即可得到所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂。
对比例2
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺25份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚12份、苯丙三氮唑10份和邻乙酰水杨酸30份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯14份,升高温度至50℃,以400r/min速率搅拌40min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺18份和蒸馏水150份,保持温度70℃下,静置反应15min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中滴加冰醋酸20份,冰醋酸的滴加时间为15min;滴加完毕后,在温度80℃下,以120r/min速率搅拌50min,即可得到整理剂。
实施例3
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺18份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚8份、苯丙三氮唑6份、邻乙酰水杨酸23份和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼6份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯10份,升高温度至40℃,以400r/min速率搅拌30min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺13份和蒸馏水120份,保持温度60℃下,静置反应15min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中依次滴加2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍6份和冰醋酸13份,2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍的滴加时间为8min,冰醋酸的滴加时间为15min;滴加完毕后,在温度80℃下,以120r/min速率搅拌50min,即可得到所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂。
实施例4
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺22份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚10份、苯丙三氮唑9份、邻乙酰水杨酸28份和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼8份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯12份,升高温度至50℃,以350r/min速率搅拌40min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺16份和蒸馏水140份,保持温度70℃下,静置反应10min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中依次滴加2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍8份和冰醋酸16份,2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍的滴加时间为5min,冰醋酸的滴加时间为13min;滴加完毕后,在温度75℃下,以100r/min速率搅拌40min,即可得到所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂。
实施例5
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺20份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚9份、苯丙三氮唑8份、邻乙酰水杨酸25份和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼16份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯11份,升高温度至45℃,以350r/min速率搅拌35min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺15份和蒸馏水135份,保持温度68℃下,静置反应13min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中依次滴加2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍7份和冰醋酸15份,2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍的滴加时间为6min,冰醋酸的滴加时间为12min;滴加完毕后,在温度75℃下,以100r/min速率搅拌42min,即可得到所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂。
测试各个实施例和对比例中得到整理剂的产品性能,结果如下:

1.一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的各组分:4-羟基苯乙胺15-25份、异丙醇胺10-18份、去氢木香内酯9-14份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚7-12份、苯丙三氮唑4-10份、冰醋酸10-20份、邻乙酰水杨酸20-30份、2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼12-18份、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍5-10份、蒸馏水80-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂,其特征在于,所述4-羟基苯乙胺18-22份、异丙醇胺13-16份、去氢木香内酯10-12份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚8-10份、苯丙三氮唑6-9份、冰醋酸13-16份、邻乙酰水杨酸23-28份、2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼14-17份、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍6-8份、蒸馏水120-140份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂,其特征在于,所述4-羟基苯乙胺20份、异丙醇胺15份、去氢木香内酯11份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚9份、苯丙三氮唑8份、冰醋酸15份、邻乙酰水杨酸25份、2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼16份、2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍7份、蒸馏水135份。
4.一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将4-羟基苯乙胺15-25份、4-氯-2-硝基苯甲醚7-12份、苯丙三氮唑4-10份、邻乙酰水杨酸20-30份和2-硝基-3-氨基苯肼12-18份加入搅拌器中搅拌,随后加入去氢木香内酯9-14份,升高温度至40-50℃,搅拌20-40min;
S2:向步骤S1中加入异丙醇胺10-18份和蒸馏水80-150份,保持温度60-70℃下,静置反应10-15min;
S3:随后向步骤S2中依次滴加2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍5-10份和冰醋酸10-20份,滴加完毕后,在温度70-80℃下搅拌30-50min,即可得到所述纺织品抗氧化整理剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述温度为45℃,搅拌速率为300-400r/min,搅拌35min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述温度为68℃,静置反应13min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织品抗氧化整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述2-硝基-3-氯苯基胍的滴加时间为5-8min;所述冰醋酸的滴加时间为10-15min;所述温度为75℃,搅拌速率为80-120r/min,搅拌42min。
