Abstract
本发明公开了一种拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,包括由A层、B层、C层复合的板材层,B层为中间层,A层的厚度为板材层厚度的25-30%,B层的厚度为板材层厚度的50-60%,C层厚度为板材层厚度的10-15%,A层由共聚PP经纳米级无机材料共混改性后制成,B层由共聚PP制成,C层由共聚PP经共聚物改性后制成。A层经共混改性后制成,表面硬度高,具有良好的吸塑性能和稳定性以及与其他塑料膜(片)的热复合性能,B层具有良好的强度、刚度以及吸塑延展性,可混有一定比例的边角料等破碎料,不影响该层的强度、刚度以及延展性,起到废旧物可再利用,节约原材料、降低成本的效果,C层经共聚物改性后制成,与化纤、织物等之间具有良好的热复合性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于新型塑料板材技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材。
背景技术
拉杆箱多以各类塑料挤出板材经真空吸塑成型制成箱体,再装配在各类金属及非金属配件上,目前制作箱体用的塑料板材主要有PC、ABS、PC/ABS合金及PC与ABS复合材料等,用这些板材制作的拉杆箱主要有以下缺陷:一是箱体太重,不利于携带和航空旅行;二是价格较高,因此,箱子的轻量化和低价位是目前箱包行业的主要发展趋势,所以,国内外的箱包生产厂家及设计单位都不断的在采用各种办法,力求箱包的轻量化,采用的办法和措施有:选用密度低的材料、降低箱体的厚度、减轻金属配件的重量及各类轻量化设计,但这些措施和方法有的因技术原因无法实现,有的又以牺牲箱子的轻度和质量为代价。
PP塑料是所有通用塑料中密度最低的,且强度等综合性能优良,是箱包用板材的理想选择,但是由于纯的PP因其结晶型的材料成型特点和分子结构,使得板材在达到一定厚度后难以用真空吸塑成型方法制造合格的箱体,吸塑后的箱体存在着厚度不匀。起皱、应力发白、变形、定型困难等缺陷,无法实现工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,采用层式结构,每层经相应的改性处理,使其满足箱包生产的需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,包括由A层、B层、C层复合的板材层,B层为中间层,A层的厚度为板材层厚度的25-30%,B层的厚度为板材层厚度的50-60%,C层厚度为板材层厚度的10-15%,A层由共聚PP内加入1-10%的纳米级无机材料共混改性后制成,B层由共聚PP制成,C层由共聚PP加入3-10%的共聚物改性后制成。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:共聚物为乙烯-丙烯。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:A层的共聚PP的MI为1g/10min的共聚PP。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:B层的共聚PP的MI为0.1-0.5g/10min的共聚PP。
其中,B层的共聚PP也可采用经玻璃纤维改性后的共聚PP。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:C层的共聚PP的MI为5-7g/10min的共聚PP。
本发明有益的技术效果是:A层厚度为板材层厚度的25-30%,由MI为1g/10min的共聚PP加入纳米级无机材料共混改性后制成,表面硬度高,具有良好的吸塑性能和稳定性以及与其他塑料膜(片)的热复合性能,B层厚度为板材层厚度的50-60%,由MI为0.1-0.5g/10min的共聚PP制成,具有良好的强度、刚度以及吸塑延展性,其中可混有一定比例的边角料等破碎料,不影响该层的强度、刚度以及延展性,起到废旧物可再利用,节约原材料、降低成本的效果,C层厚度为板材层厚度的10-15%,由MI为5-7g/10min的共聚PP加入乙烯-丙烯共聚物改性后制成,与化纤、织物等之间具有良好的热复合性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1;
一种拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,包括由A层、B层、C层复合的板材层,B层为中间层,A层的厚度为板材层厚度的25-30%,B层的厚度为板材层厚度的50-60%,C层厚度为板材层厚度的10-15%,A层由MI为1g/10min的共聚PP加入1-10%的纳米级无机材料共混改性后制成,表面硬度,具有良好的吸塑成型性能、稳定性以及与其他塑料膜(片)的热复合性能,B层由MI为0.1-0.5g/10min的共聚PP制成,该层的共聚PP内可加入少量的玻璃纤维作改性处理,赋予板材一定的强度、刚度,具有良好的吸塑延展性,C层由MI为5-7g/10min的共聚PP加入3-10%的乙烯-丙烯共聚物改性后制成,与化纤、织物等之间具有良好的热复合性能。
在制造时,B层可混有一定比例的边角料等破碎料,破碎料的材料为共聚PP,可节约原材料,实现废旧物回收再利用。
PP的密度比PC低30%,比ABS低15%,比PC/ABS合金/复合材料低20%左右,加上PP原料的价格明显低于PC和ABS等,PC的综合性能完全能满足箱包的要求,并可进一步降低箱包的价格,是箱包更轻量化,使用更普及、更经济。
PP是最具环保特性的塑料材料之一,生产PP板过程中无任何废物、废水、废气的产生,且材料可多次循环使用。
经改性处理的A层、B层、C层的具体技术指标如下:
A层:
收缩率(%)≦1.5;
拉伸强度(Mpa)≧27;
弯曲模量(Mpa)≧80;
伸长率(%)50-70%
B层:
表面硬度(洛氏)95-105;
收缩率(%)≦1.5;
拉伸强度(Mpa)≧25;
断裂伸长率(%)≧60;
简支梁冲击强度(KJ/m2)≧50。
C层:维卡软化温度:100摄氏度。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,其特征在于,包括由A层、B层、C层复合的板材层,B层为中间层,A层的厚度为板材层厚度的25-30%,B层的厚度为板材层厚度的50-60%,C层厚度为板材层厚度的10-15%,A层由共聚PP内加入1-10%的纳米级无机材料共混改性后制成,B层由共聚PP制成,C层由共聚PP加入3-10%的共聚物改性后制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,其特征在于:共聚物为乙烯-丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,其特征在于:A层的共聚PP的MI为1g/10min的共聚PP。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,其特征在于:B层的共聚PP的MI为0.1-0.5g/10min的共聚PP。
5.根据权利要求4所述的拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,其特征在于:B层的共聚PP为加入玻璃纤维改性后的共聚PP。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的拉杆箱用聚丙烯复合改性挤出板材,其特征在于:C层的共聚PP的MI为5-7g/10min的共聚PP。
