Abstract

本发明提供一种弹性磨块,一种弹性磨块,包括底座,设置在该底座上的弹性体,其特征在于:还包括一个以上磨头单元,所述磨头单元由至少一限位件安装在所述弹性体上,所述磨头单元侧面设有外凸并与所述限位件配合的卡件,所述限位件与所述底座固定连接。本发明采用在弹性体上设置纵向活动的磨头单元,在使用过程中,磨头单元可以依靠弹性体的弹性贴紧陶瓷材料的表面,更好地达到打磨抛光的效果,所使用的磨头单元磨损后可更换,经济实用。

一种弹性磨块
技术领域
本发明涉及打磨抛光领域,特别是一种弹性磨块。
背景技术
在陶瓷加工领域,大块的板材生产出来后需要进一步的抛光打磨,在陶瓷抛光线上用到一种弹性磨块,现在使用的弹性磨块采用的是磨块粘在橡胶体上,再装入底座用于打磨,如附图1,打磨的过程中,橡胶体的弹性可使磨块根据陶瓷板材的外形贴紧打磨,一般磨块采用的是树脂材料,在打磨过程中容易磨损,耗用大,现在市面还出现一种金属材料的磨块,但整个金属块整体成型,打磨过程中,磨块不能贴紧陶瓷板材的表面打磨,打磨效果差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明提供一种弹性磨块,结构简单、耐磨、打磨过程中磨头单元能贴紧被打磨材料表面,打磨效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种弹性磨块,包括底座,设置在该底座上的弹性体,其特征在于:还包括一个以上磨头单元,所述磨头单元由至少一限位件安装在所述弹性体上,所述磨头单元侧面设有外凸并与所述限位件配合的卡件,所述限位件与所述底座固定连接。
优选地,所述限位件与所述底座之间采用螺钉固定连接。
优选地,所述螺钉从所述底座顶面方向固定所述限位件。
优选地,所述螺钉从所述底座侧面方向固定所述限位件。
优选地,所述限位件与所述底座之间采用卡扣方式连接。
进一步地,所述限位件为压条或压板或扣钉。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用限位件固定两个以上单独的磨块,磨块只能沿着磨块的纵向移动,磨块底部装设着弹性块,在使用过程中,既耐磨,又可以依靠弹性体的弹性贴紧陶瓷材料的表面,更好地达到打磨抛光的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的描述:
本发明提供一种弹性磨块,包括底座1,设置在该底座1上的弹性体2,还包括一个以上磨头单元4,上述磨头单元4由至少一限位件3安装在上述弹性体2上,上述磨头单元4侧面设有外凸并与上述限位件3配合的卡件41,上述限位件3与上述底座1固定连接。
实施例1:
参照图2至图3,上述限位件3为压板,上述限位件3与上述底座1之间采用螺钉固定连接,上述螺钉从上述底座1顶面方向固定上述限位件3,上述限位件3设有供螺钉穿过的螺孔,本实施例当中限位件3为金属板。
实施例2:
再参照图4,上述限位件3为压板,上述限位件3与上述底座1之间采用螺钉固定连接,上述限位件3两侧设有延长块,上述螺钉从上述底座1侧面方向固定上述限位件3,上述延长块上设有供螺钉穿过的螺孔,本实施例当中限位件3与延长块为一体成型的金属板。
实施例3:
再参照图5,上述限位件3为压板,上述限位件3与上述底座1之间采用卡扣方式连接,卡勾设在上述限位件3侧面上,卡勾卡在上述底座1上,上述底座1设有对应的卡孔,卡扣可采用内扣或者外扣的方式。
实施例4:
再参照图6,上述限位件3为压条,压条压在上述磨头单元4侧面的卡件41上,用于防止上述磨头单元4脱落。这里需要说明的是:除了压板与压条外,还可以用带有帽子的扣钉代替。
使用的过程中,需要打磨的板材表面有凹凸面,上述磨头单元4在弹性体2的作用下往板材表面压,可以很好得对凹凸面进行加工到位,同时,上述磨头单元4磨损后可进行更换,其他部件可重复使用,节约成本。

1.一种弹性磨块,包括底座(1),设置在该底座(1)上的弹性体(2),其特征在于:还包括一个以上磨头单元(4),所述磨头单元(4)由至少一限位件(3)安装在所述弹性体(2)上,所述磨头单元(4)侧面设有外凸并与所述限位件(3)配合的卡件(41),所述限位件(3)与所述底座(1)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性磨块,其特征在于:所述限位件(3)与所述底座(1)之间采用螺钉固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弹性磨块,其特征在于:所述螺钉从所述底座(1)顶面方向固定所述限位件(3)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种弹性磨块,其特征在于:所述螺钉从所述底座(1)侧面方向固定所述限位件(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性磨块,其特征在于:所述限位件(3)与所述底座(1)之间采用卡扣方式连接。
6.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的一种弹性磨块,其特征在于:所述限位件(3)为压条或压板或扣钉。
