comparing the first timing result with a second time threshold;
when the first timing result is larger than the second time threshold, generating a second control instruction, and sending the second control instruction to the electronic equipment, so that the electronic equipment gives an alarm according to the second control instruction;
when second weight information sent by a second motion prompting device is received and the identity of the user determined according to the second weight information is the same as the identity of the user determined according to the first weight information, whether a time value from the moment when the first weight information is not received to the moment when the second weight information is received is larger than a third time threshold value is judged;
if the time is not greater than the preset time, accumulating and summing a first timing result sent by the first motion prompting device and a second timing result sent by the second motion prompting device to obtain a third timing result; and when the third timing result is larger than the second time threshold, generating a second control instruction, and sending the second control instruction to the electronic equipment, so that the electronic equipment gives an alarm according to the second control instruction.

the first receiving unit is used for receiving a first timing result sent by the first motion prompting device;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the first weight information sent by the first motion prompting device;
the user identity determining unit is used for searching a pre-stored weight information table according to the first weight information and determining the identity of the user;
the second comparison unit is used for comparing the first timing result with a second time threshold;
the second control instruction generating and sending unit is used for generating a second control instruction when the first timing result is larger than the second time threshold value, and sending the second control instruction to the electronic equipment so that the electronic equipment gives an alarm according to the second control instruction;
the judging unit is used for judging whether a time value from the moment that the second receiving unit does not receive the first weight information to the moment that the second weight information is received is larger than a third time threshold value or not when the second receiving unit receives the second weight information sent by the second motion prompting device, the user identity determining unit determines the identity of the user according to the second weight information and the identity of the user determined by the second receiving unit according to the first weight information are the same;
