Abstract
The invention relates to an electric water heater and an assembling method thereof. Specifically, the invention provides an electric water heater, which comprises a shell, a display box with a display screen and a decorative plate. Particularly, the display box is fixed on the inner surface of the decorative plate, and the display surface of the display screen faces the inner surface of the decorative plate; the decorative plate is fixed on the outer surface of the shell. In addition, the invention also provides an assembly method of the electric water heater. In the electric water heater and the assembling method thereof, the display box is fixed on the decorative plate, so that the display screen and the decorative plate can be kept at the preset position, and the display definition of the electric water heater is obviously improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an electric water heater, in particular to an electric water heater and an assembling method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the living standard of people's materials is increasingly improved, and users put forward higher requirements on the appearance refinement of the water heater. Many users reflect that existing water heater displays are not clear enough. The inventor finds that the display box of the water heater on the market is often fastened to the front shell through screws, then the outer decoration piece is mounted on the front shell, the gap between the display box and the outer decoration piece is not easy to control, the corresponding display area between the display box and the outer decoration piece is not perfect, and the display of the water heater is not clear enough if the distance between the display surface of the display screen and the corresponding area of the outer decoration piece is too large, the included angle between the display surface of the display screen and the corresponding area of the outer decoration piece is too large, and the like.
In addition, the display box of the water heater on the market at present is often fastened to the front case by screws and then the outer decoration is mounted on the front case. Preceding shell and display box need two screw fastening at least, leads to production line staff's equipment speed slow, and production efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of a first aspect of the present invention to overcome at least one of the disadvantages of the existing electric water heaters and to provide a novel electric water heater which is capable of clearly displaying hot water information.
It is a further object of the first aspect of the invention to maximize the speed of assembly of the electric water heater.
It is an object of the second aspect of the present invention to provide an assembly method for assembling the above electric water heater.
According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided an electric water heater comprising a housing, a display box having a display screen, and a decorative panel. Particularly, the display box is fixed on the inner surface of the decorative plate, and the display surface of the display screen faces the inner surface of the decorative plate; the decorative plate is fixed on the outer surface of the shell.
Optionally, the display box is fixed to the inner surface of the decorative plate by clamping.
Optionally, the display box further comprises a bottom plate and two side plates extending from part or all of the edge sections of two opposite edges of the bottom plate toward the decorative plate, respectively.
Optionally, the inner surface of the decorative plate extends towards the housing with two mounting plates provided respectively corresponding to the two side plates, the two side plates and the two mounting plates being arranged such that: the display box can be inserted between the two mounting plates, and at least part of the outer surface of each side plate is in contact with and abutted against the corresponding mounting plate.
Optionally, each side plate extends from a partial edge section of the corresponding length edge of the bottom plate, and each side plate has a plurality of bent portions protruding toward the outside of the display box.
Optionally, the display box further includes a plurality of buckles, each buckle is located inside one corresponding bending portion and configured to fix the display screen to the bottom plate; and each of the buckles has:
clamping posts extending from respective length edges of the base plate in a direction perpendicular to the base plate towards the trim panel; and
and the wedge-shaped bulge extends from the tail end of the corresponding clamping column to the inside of the display box so as to be clamped on the edge of the display surface of the display screen.
Optionally, each side panel outer surface extends outwardly with at least one projection; and each mounting plate is provided with a clamping groove or a clamping hole which is respectively matched with the at least one bulge.

mounting the display box to the trim panel to form a pre-assembly;
mounting the pre-assembly to the housing.
Optionally, the display box is mounted on the decorative plate in a clamping manner.
Optionally, mounting the pre-assembly to the housing comprises:
step A: inserting each locking block of the trim panel into a respective slide of the housing;
and B: and moving the decorative plate along the protruding direction of the locking convex column of the decorative plate so as to enable each locking block to move to a respective preset position in the corresponding slide way.
Optionally, mounting the pre-assembly to the housing further comprises:
step C: and screwing a screw into the shell through a screw hole of the fixing plate of the decorative plate to fix the fixing plate to the shell.
Optionally, before forming the pre-assembly, further comprising: and clamping the display screen on the bottom plate of the display box.
In the electric water heater and the assembling method thereof, the display box is fixed on the decorative plate, so that the display screen and the decorative plate can be kept at the preset position, and the display definition of the electric water heater is obviously improved.
Furthermore, the display box is clamped on the decorative plate in the electric water heater and the assembling method thereof, so that the mounting speed of the display box is obviously improved.
Furthermore, because of the special matching structure of the decorative plate and the shell in the electric water heater and the assembling method thereof, the speed of installing the decorative plate on the shell is obviously improved, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a schematic partial block diagram of an electric water heater according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, and with reference to fig. 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electric water heater. The electric water heater can include a housing 10, an inner container located in the housing 10, an electric heating rod located in the inner container, a display box 20 and a decorative plate 30. The display box 20 has a display screen 21 to display hot water information such as temperature, amount of water, etc. The decorative plate 30 may be fixed to an outer surface of the case 10. Specifically, the display box 20 of the electric water heater in the embodiment of the present invention is fixed to the inner surface of the decorative plate 30, and the display surface of the display screen 21 faces the inner surface of the decorative plate 30. Because the display box 20 is fixed on the decorative plate 30, the display screen 21 and the decorative plate 30 can be kept in a preset position relation, so that hot water information can be clearly displayed, and the problem that the display of the electric water heater is fuzzy due to the fact that the decorative plate is not installed in place can be avoided.
In order to further improve the installation efficiency of the electric water heater, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, the display box 20 of the electric water heater in the embodiment of the present invention is fixed to the inner surface of the decorative plate 30 by clamping. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the display box 20 further includes a bottom plate and two side plates 22 extending from part or all of edge sections of two opposite edges of the bottom plate toward the decorative plate 30, respectively. The inner surface of the decorative plate 30 extends toward the housing 10 with two mounting plates 31 provided respectively in correspondence with the two side plates 22, the two side plates 22 and the two mounting plates 31 being arranged such that: the display box 20 can be inserted between two mounting plates 31 with at least part of the outer surface of each side plate 22 in contact against the respective mounting plate 31. For example, display box 20 may be inserted between two mounting plates 31 in a form fit. Further, at least one protrusion 25 may extend outward from an outer surface of each side plate 22, and each mounting plate 31 is provided with a slot or a hole for engaging with the at least one protrusion. The protrusions 25 are engaged with the corresponding locking holes or locking grooves to improve the fixing strength of the display box 20. The projection 25 may be a wedge-shaped projection having a guide slope. The projections 25 may also be rib segments extending parallel to the base plate.
To facilitate insertion of the display box, a portion of the distal edge of each mounting plate 31 is a guide having a guide slope. Specifically, at least the end of the mounting plate 31 corresponding to each card hole or card slot has a guide portion. The straight surface is connected with the guide inclined surface, so that at least part of the straight surface of the installed installation plate 31 is pressed against the corresponding side plate, and the installation firmness is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the display box may further include a side plate extending from a part or all of an edge section of one width edge of the bottom plate toward the decorative plate. The inner surface of the decorative plate extends toward the housing to a mounting plate 31 provided correspondingly to the side plate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, each side panel 22 protrudes from a partial edge section of the corresponding length edge of the bottom panel, and each side panel 22 has a plurality of bent portions 23 protruding toward the outside of the display case 20. The cross section of the bending part can be in a U shape, a three-side rectangle or a triangle shape. The bent portion 23 may be used for positioning so that the display box 20 is accurately inserted between the two mounting plates 31.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the display box 20 further comprises a plurality of fasteners 24, each fastener 24 being located inside a corresponding bent portion 23 and configured to fix the display screen 21 to the bottom plate; and each catch 24 may have: snap-fit posts extending from respective lengthwise edges of the base plate in a direction perpendicular to the base plate toward the decorative plate 30; and wedge-shaped projections extending from the ends of the respective snap-fit posts toward the inside of the display box 20 to be snapped to the edge of the display surface of the display screen 21. The rear portion of the display screen 21 may be in contact with the inner surface of the bottom plate of the display box 20, or the rear portion of the display screen 21 may abut against a support rib extending from the bottom plate of the display box 20.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the trim panel 30 may include a panel body and a plurality of locking blocks 32. Each locking block 32 has a support post extending from the inner surface of the panel-type body toward the housing 10, and a locking boss extending from an end of each support post toward one end of the panel-type body in a length direction of the panel-type body. The housing 10 includes a plurality of slideways 11, each slideway 11 corresponds to a corresponding locking block 32, so that each locking block 32 moves along the slideway after extending into the corresponding slideway 11, and after each locking block 32 moves to a respective predetermined position, the housing 10 is matched with the locking convex column of each locking block 32 to block the decorative plate 30 from being separated from the housing 10 along the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the electric water heater. In the embodiment of the present invention, the slideway 11 may be a strip-shaped hole formed on the housing 10.
In order to facilitate the fixing of the decorative plate after the decorative plate is laterally pushed and inserted into the shell, the decorative plate further comprises a fixing plate 33, a longitudinal buckle 34 and a limiting block 35 which extend from the inner surface of the other end of the plate-type body to the shell 10. Further, a screw hole is opened at the end of the fixing plate 33 so that the decorative plate 30 is fixed to the case 10 by a screw. The longitudinal position-limiting catches 34 and the position-limiting blocks 35 prevent the decorative plate 30 from moving in the width direction thereof for position limitation and fixation.
As shown in fig. 8, the present invention also provides an assembling method of the electric water heater, which can make the electric water heater clearly show. The electric water heater comprises a shell, a display box with a display screen and a decorative plate. Specifically, the assembly method of the electric water heater in the embodiment of the present invention may include: mounting the display box to the decorative plate to form a pre-assembly; and mounting the pre-assembly to the housing.
In some embodiments of the invention, the display box is mounted to the decorative panel by snap-fitting. Prior to forming the pre-assembly may also include: the display screen is clamped on the bottom plate of the display box.
In some embodiments of the invention, mounting the pre-assembly to the housing includes steps A, B and C performed sequentially. Step A: each locking block of the trim panel is inserted into a corresponding slide of the housing. And B: the decorative plate is moved along the protruding direction of the locking convex column of the decorative plate, so that each locking block moves to a respective preset position in the corresponding slide way. Step C: the fixing plate is fixed to the casing by screwing screws into the casing through screw holes of the fixing plate of the decorative plate. The decorative plate is connected to the shell in a side-pushing mode, on one hand, a worker can conveniently assemble the pre-assembly component to the shell, and on the other hand, the decorative plate can be connected with the shell more firmly by conveniently adopting side buckling connection (connection of the locking block and the shell), so that the situation that the decorative plate is separated from the shell due to carrying and shaking is reduced, and the connection reliability is improved.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
Claims (9)
1. An electric water heater comprises a shell, a display box with a display screen and a decorative plate, and is characterized in that,
the display box is fixed on the inner surface of the decorative plate, and the display surface of the display screen faces the inner surface of the decorative plate;
the decorative plate is fixed on the outer surface of the shell;
the display box is fixed on the inner surface of the decorative plate through clamping;
the display box further comprises a bottom plate and two side plates extending from part or all of edge sections of two opposite edges of the bottom plate towards the decorative plate;
the inner surface of the decorative plate extends toward the housing with two mounting plates provided respectively in correspondence with the two side plates, the two side plates and the two mounting plates being arranged such that: the display box can be inserted between the two mounting plates, and at least part of the outer surface of each side plate is in contact with and abutted against the corresponding mounting plate;
each side plate extends out of a partial edge section of the corresponding length edge of the bottom plate, and each side plate is provided with a plurality of bending parts protruding towards the outer side of the display box;
the display box further comprises a plurality of buckles, each buckle is located on the inner side of one corresponding bending part and is configured to fix the display screen on the bottom plate; and each of the buckles has:
clamping posts extending from respective length edges of the base plate in a direction perpendicular to the base plate towards the trim panel; and
and the wedge-shaped bulge extends from the tail end of the corresponding clamping column to the inside of the display box so as to be buckled on the edge of the display surface of the display screen.
2. The electric water heater of claim 1,
each side plate outer surface extends outwards to form at least one bulge; and also

5. A method of assembling an electric water heater according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising a housing, a display box having a display screen, and a decorative panel, the method comprising:
mounting the display box to the trim panel to form a pre-assembly;
mounting the pre-assembly to the housing.
6. The method of assembling of claim 5,
the display box is arranged on the decorative plate in a clamping mode.
7. The method of assembling of claim 5,
mounting the pre-assembly to the housing comprises:
step A: inserting each locking block of the trim panel into a respective slide of the housing;
and B, step B: and moving the decorative plate along the protruding direction of the locking convex column of the decorative plate so as to enable each locking block to move to a respective preset position in the corresponding slide way.
8. The method of assembling of claim 7, wherein mounting the pre-assembly to the housing further comprises:
step C: and screwing a screw into the shell through a screw hole of the fixing plate of the decorative plate to fix the fixing plate to the shell.
9. The method of assembly of claim 5, further comprising, prior to forming the pre-assembly:
