Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the field of range hoods, in particular to a shell for containing a multi-blade centrifugal impeller of a range hood, a fan comprising the shell and the range hood comprising the fan.
[ background of the invention ]
The range hood, also known as a range hood, removes oil smoke and water vapor generated during cooking and purifies the kitchen environment. One of the important parts of the range hood for sucking oil smoke is a fan which comprises an impeller and a volute casing for containing the impeller, wherein the motor drives the impeller to rotate to generate negative pressure to suck the oil smoke and discharge the oil smoke outdoors, so that the impeller is a key part of the fan and plays a role in energy conversion. The existing volute casing for containing the impeller comprises a peripheral wall which circumferentially surrounds the impeller, the whole peripheral wall is an arc surface, a spiral surface or other curved surfaces, but the section of the peripheral wall passing through the axial direction of the impeller is linear without exception no matter how the shape of the impeller contained in the casing is, and the casing has the defects that the occupied space is large, and some redundant space exists between the casing and the impeller; such a housing is disadvantageous for the impeller, which in the use state has an axial direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity, in that the grease centrifuged by the rotation of the impeller is collected, collected and returned.
Unless otherwise supported by sufficient evidence, the prior art described herein is not meant to be an admission that such prior art is widely known to those of ordinary skill in the art to which the invention pertains prior to the filing date of the present application.
[ summary of the invention ]
The present invention is directed to solve at least one of the above technical problems, and therefore, to provide an improved casing for containing a multi-blade centrifugal impeller of a range hood, a fan including the casing, and a range hood including the fan.
In order to achieve one of the above purposes, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a casing for holding the multi-blade centrifugal blade wheel of fume exhauster is composed of a casing body with a broken or curved line part on its axial cross-section, and a casing body with a shape defined by the external contour of said blade wheel. The casing of the technical scheme of the invention has the shape determined according to the outer contour of the impeller, and occupies a smaller space as much as possible, so that the impeller which plays a role in energy conversion occupies a larger relative proportion of space, and the effective utilization rate of the whole fan space is improved. Since the impeller is a hollow body including a plurality of blades, the "outer contour of the cross section of the impeller in the axial direction" means that the impeller rotates once in the axial direction and forms a three-dimensional shape passing through the outer contour of the cross section in the axial direction.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the outer contour of the cross section of the housing and the impeller taken through the same axial plane has substantially the same shape. The term "substantially the same shape" includes the exact same shape, but also includes minor adaptations due to manufacturing or other practical needs.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the casing includes an air inlet and an air outlet, and is formed in a volute shape as a whole.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the housing includes a peripheral wall circumferentially surrounding the impeller, the peripheral wall having a shape determined according to an outer contour of the impeller accommodated therein. The structure can better conform to the airflow coming out from the radial direction of the impeller, reduce the airflow disorder and is beneficial to noise reduction.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, an outer diameter of a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the impeller has a tendency of increasing and then decreasing along the axial direction, and an outer diameter of a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the peripheral wall has a tendency of increasing and then decreasing along the axial direction. For the multi-wing centrifugal impeller with single-side air inlet or double-side air inlet, the oil smoke amount is not evenly distributed along the axial direction of the impeller, the oil smoke amount at the middle part of the axial direction of the impeller is higher than that at two ends of the axial direction, and the outer diameter of the section of the impeller, which is perpendicular to the axial direction, has a trend of increasing and then decreasing along the axial direction, so that the impeller has a larger cutting area at a place with larger oil smoke amount, can process larger oil smoke amount at the same rotating speed, can effectively prevent the oil smoke from leaking and improve the oil smoke processing capacity of the impeller.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a cross section of the peripheral wall passing through the axial direction is a curved line or a broken line formed by connecting at least two line segments end to end in sequence.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, a cross-section of the peripheral wall in the axial direction is axially symmetric. It is easier to manufacture.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the section of the peripheral wall in the axial direction is "in", "or" [ ", which facilitates the collection, collection and return of the grease centrifuged by the rotation of the impeller.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the axial direction of the impeller is perpendicular to the gravity direction in the use state.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the number of the air inlets is two. The impeller not only can be used for double-sided air inlet, but also is suitable for single-sided air inlet.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a fan of the range hood, which comprises the multi-wing centrifugal impeller and the shell. The technical scheme of the invention ensures that the shell occupies smaller space, increases the relative proportion of the space occupied by the impeller and improves the effective utilization rate of the space of the whole fan.
The invention further provides a range hood, which comprises the fan. The technical scheme of the invention is beneficial to obtaining a more compact appearance of the range hood.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a fan of a range hood according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a perspective view of a multi-blade centrifugal impeller of a range hood for containing the housing according to an embodiment of the present invention. A casing 4 for holding the multi-blade centrifugal impeller 2 of a range hood, the profile of the cross section of the impeller 2 passing through the axial direction A-A includes broken lines or curved lines, the casing 4 has a shape determined according to the profile of the impeller 2 accommodated therein, so that the casing occupies a smaller space as much as possible, the relative proportion of the space occupied by the impeller is increased, and the effective utilization rate of the whole fan space is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the outer diameter of the cross section of the impeller 2 perpendicular to the axial direction a-a thereof has a tendency to increase and then decrease along the axial direction a-a. From another point of view, the impeller 2 of the present embodiment has a cross-section taken along the axial direction a-a thereof and has a "plus" shape. It should be noted that the impeller 2 is a hollow body composed of a plurality of blades 100, and the "outer contour of the cross section through the axial direction a-a" may be "or" from a different perspective ", here, the shape shown on the left side of fig. 2 and the cross section toward the viewer is taken as an example.
The housing 4 includes two air inlets 41 and one air outlet 42, and is formed in a volute shape as a whole. The two air inlets 41 are symmetrically located on both sides, and for reasons of view, fig. 2 shows only one air inlet 41, and in fact there is also one air inlet 41 on the other side. The housing 4 and the impeller 2 have substantially the same shape in the outer contour of a cross section taken through the same plane as the axial direction a-a. The casing 4 comprises in particular a peripheral wall 40 circumferentially surrounding the impeller 2, the peripheral wall 40 having a shape determined according to the outer contour of the impeller 2 housed therein, i.e. the outer diameter of a section of the peripheral wall 40 perpendicular to the axial direction a-a of the impeller 2 has, like the impeller 2, a trend of increasing and then decreasing along the axial direction a-a. The cross section of the peripheral wall 40 passing through the axial direction a-a is "a" shape, and the cross section is axially symmetric. When the impeller 2 is in use, the axial direction A-A is perpendicular to the gravity direction. The section of the peripheral wall 40 of the housing 4 passing through the axial direction A-A is in a shape of a 'T' (plus minus) so as to be more beneficial to the concentration and collection of grease centrifuged by the rotation of the impeller 2. To illustrate this more clearly, it is attempted to observe from another angle, as shown in fig. 1, that the impeller 2 is in operation, the peripheral wall 40 at the bottom of the housing 4 is cut across the plane of the axial direction a-a to obtain an "﹀" shape (the section is toward the viewer), the grease is concentrated toward the middle of the peripheral wall 40 in the axial direction a-a, therefore, the oil leakage hole at the bottom of the housing 40 only needs to be provided at the middle portion of the peripheral wall 40 in the axial direction A-A, moreover, the dimension of the oil receiving box or the oil receiving cup arranged at the bottom of the shell 40 along the axial direction A-A can be completely smaller than the dimension of the peripheral wall 40 along the axial direction A-A, the oil receiving box or the oil receiving cup only needs to be arranged at the middle part of the peripheral wall 40 along the axial direction A-A, because the grease is naturally concentrated towards the middle part, the structure is more beneficial to the backflow of the grease and more convenient for collecting the grease.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a fan 1 of the range hood, which comprises a multi-wing centrifugal impeller 2 and the shell 4.
In addition, the invention also provides a range hood which comprises the fan 1.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention. For example, the outer contour of the cross section of the impeller 2 in the axial direction thereof comprises a broken line or a curved portion, and correspondingly, the cross section of the peripheral wall 40 in the axial direction of the impeller 2 comprises a curved line or a broken line formed by at least two line segments which are connected end to end in sequence. For another example, the outer contour of the cross section of the impeller 2 in the axial direction thereof is "(" or ""), and correspondingly, the cross section of the peripheral wall 40 in the axial direction thereof is "(" or "").
