本发明的目的是提供一种建筑门窗与洞口缝隙的封堵方法,其包括密封圈、环氧树脂胶水、聚氨酯泡沫、聚合物防水砂浆、硅酮耐候胶。在窗框凹槽处安装与之相匹配的密封圈,密封圈内充入惰性气体,外部涂抹环氧树脂胶水保证密封圈与外墙及门窗框能够紧密结合,待胶水黏接牢固后再用聚氨酯泡沫涂抹密封圈四周,最后用聚合物防水砂浆涂抹找平,待防水砂浆稳定后用硅酮耐候胶勾缝。此发明安装方法简单,密闭性好,能得到广泛的推广应用。

一种建筑门窗防渗漏封堵方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑施工工艺领域,尤其涉及一种建筑门窗框与洞口缝隙的封堵方法。
技术背景
目前,建筑能耗在全国能源消耗中所占比例最大,而北方供暖能耗又占建筑能耗的一半以上,在建筑外围护结构中,门窗缝隙是冷风渗透的主要通道,通常也是能源浪费最多的一部分,提高门窗的气密性是建筑节能及提高热舒适性的一个重点。
现有建筑门窗安装方法仍然是先留洞口然后安装门窗框,门窗的外框与墙体之间的缝隙通常采用水泥砂浆或者软填料塞填,但是门窗框与墙体间的缝隙很小,采用水泥砂浆塞填往往很难塞密实,存在空洞和塞填的砂浆易开裂等问题,软填料吸水率高,易形成一个含水层,造成边框附近的内墙面出现潮湿发霉等问题。
硅胶管具有硅胶管是一种特种综合性能广泛良好的橡胶,具有耐老化性、抗氧化耐候性,耐高低温,可在-60℃~250℃长期使用。此发明施工方法简单,密闭性好,能得到广泛的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种建筑门窗与洞口缝隙的封堵方法,其包括门窗框、密封圈、环氧树脂胶水、聚氨酯泡沫、聚合物防水砂浆、硅酮耐候胶。所述门窗框边缘带有一定弧度的凹槽,在窗框外侧根据窗框尺寸在窗框凹槽处安装与之相匹配的密封圈,所述密封圈是闭合中空环型硅胶管,硅胶管具有一定厚度,硅胶管上带有一个气门芯,将门窗放入洞口后,用充气泵充入惰性气体氩气,并在硅胶管外部涂抹环氧树脂胶水,所述环氧树脂胶水能够保证密封圈与外墙及门窗框能够紧密结合,待胶水黏接牢固后再用聚氨酯泡沫涂抹密封圈四周,最后用聚合物防水砂浆涂抹找平,待防水砂浆稳定后用硅酮耐候胶勾缝。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明的封堵方法是:首先在建筑外门窗框凹槽1套入未充气的密封圈3并将门窗框安置在建筑外墙2中间位置,用充气泵向密封圈气门芯5充入氩气6,并在密封圈周围涂抹环氧树脂胶水4,使密封圈与窗框墙体紧密结合,随后在墙体内外密封圈四周喷涂聚氨酯泡沫7,最后用聚合物防水砂浆8找平,待聚合物防水砂浆稳定后用硅酮耐候胶9打胶勾缝。

1.本发明的目的是提供一种建筑门窗与洞口缝隙的封堵方法,其包括门窗框、外墙、密封圈、环氧树脂胶水、聚氨酯泡沫、聚合物防水砂浆、硅酮耐候胶。所述门窗框是带有一定弧度的凹槽,在窗框外侧根据窗框尺寸在窗框凹槽处安装与之相匹配的密封圈,所述密封圈是闭合中空环型硅胶管,硅胶管具有一定厚度,硅胶管上带有一个气门芯,用充气泵充入惰性气体氩气,并在硅胶管外部涂抹环氧树脂胶水,再用聚氨酯泡沫涂抹密封圈四周,最后用聚合物防水砂浆涂抹最外层,待防水砂浆稳定后用硅酮耐候胶勾缝。
