Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合板结构,包括纤维增强聚合物层与木材层运用模压工艺结合而成的复合板结构;所述复合板结构的每一基本单元包括:FRP片料或团料与片状的实木。本发明可成型为各种形状,可作为建筑用装饰板材,本发明其一实施例应用于发热地板的表面板材,具有美观、机械强度高、防水、质轻而硬、不导电、耐腐蚀的特性;无胶合剂,在使用时不会因温度高而产生胶合剂挥发物质,环保性好。本发明另一实施例应用於水暖地板的表面板材,可避免传统胶合木板因地板发热使胶合地板产生有机溶剂挥发的环保问题。

Description

一种复合板结构
技术领域
本发明属于建筑板材领域,尤其涉及纤维增强聚合物(FRP)与木材运用模压工艺结合而成的材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纤维增强复合材料(FiberReinforcedPolymer/Plastic,简称FRP),FRP复合材料是由纤维材料与基体材料(树脂)按一定的比例混合后形成的高性能型材料。质轻而硬,不导电,机械强度高,耐腐蚀。以FRP复合材料应用于表面装饰的板材,多使用三聚氰胺纸做为表面装饰材,但是其多样性与质感不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合板结构,旨在改善纤维增强复合材料表面装饰的多样性与质感。
本发明是这样实现的,一种复合板结构,包括纤维增强聚合物层与木材层运用模压工艺结合而成的复合板结构;所述复合板结构的每一基本单元包括:FRP片料或团料与片状的实木;将片状的实木与FRP片料或团料放入模压机的模具内,利用模具温度将FRP片料或团料在模具内流动与木片紧密结合在一起。
进一步,所述复合板结构运用模压工艺一体成型,依模具成形各式各样形状,作为建筑用结构或装饰板材。
本发明可成型为各种形状,可作为建筑用装饰板材,本发明其一实施例应用于发热地板的表面板材,具有美观、机械强度高、防水、质轻而硬、不导电、耐腐蚀的特性;无胶合剂,在使用时不会因温度高而产生胶合剂挥发物质,环保性好。
本发明另一实施例应用於水暖地板的表面板材,可避免传统胶合木板因地板发热使胶合地板产生有机溶剂挥发的环保问题。

具体实施方式

一种复合板结构为模压结构,包括纤维增强聚合物层与木材结构层。
进一步,所述复合板结构的每一基本单元包括:FRP片料或团料、片状的实木。
将片状的实木材料与FRP片料或团料放入模压机的模具内,利用模具温度将FRP片料或团料在模具内流动与木片紧密结合。
图1所示为本发明的木材结构层的结构示意图;
图2所示为本发明的纤维增强聚合物层单独模压后成型结构;
本发明可成型为各种形状,可作为建筑用装饰板材,,本发明其一实施例应用于发热地板的表面板材,具有美观、机械强度高、防水、质轻而硬、不导电、耐腐蚀的特性;无胶合剂,在使用时不会因温度高而产生胶合剂挥发物质,环保性好。本发明另一实施例应用於水暖地板的表面板材,可避免传统胶合木板因地板发热使胶合地板产生有机溶剂挥发的环保问题。

1.一种复合板结构,其特征在于,包括纤维增强聚合物层与木材层运用模压工艺结合而成的复合板结构;所述复合板结构的每一基本单元包括:FRP片料或团料与片状的实木;将片状的实木与FRP片料或团料放入模压机的模具内,利用模具温度将FRP片料或团料在模具内流动与木片紧密结合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述复合板结构,其特征在于,所述复合板结构运用模压工艺一体成型,依模具成形各式各样形状,作为建筑用结构或装饰板材。
