Detailed Description
Fig. 1 and 2 are schematic sectional views of an automatic laundry detergent dispensing device for a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic laundry detergent dispenser 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes at least one detergent buffer box 31 and at least one detergent bottle holder 32. Each of the laundry agent temporary storage boxes 31 is configured to temporarily store laundry agent and controllably output the temporarily stored laundry agent. The laundry detergent may be, for example, a detergent for removing dirt from clothes, a softening agent for caring clothes, a detergent for disinfecting clothes, or the like.
In some embodiments, each of the temporary laundry agent storage boxes 31 may have a structure opened at the upper side so as to receive the laundry agent flowing out from the liquid outlet of the laundry agent bottle 20. In some embodiments, each of the laundry agent buffer boxes 31 may be provided with an outlet so that the laundry agent in the laundry agent buffer box 31 flows out of the corresponding laundry agent buffer box 31 by gravity. Further, an outlet of the laundry agent buffer box 31 may be provided at the bottom thereof. Each laundry detergent temporary storage box 31 can temporarily store different laundry detergents. When the automatic laundry detergent dispenser 30 is installed in a washing machine, an outlet of the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 may be connected to a washing tub of the washing machine through a pipe to supply the temporary laundry detergent stored therein to the washing tub.
Each bottle holder 32 serves to hold one bottle 20 containing a laundry detergent. Each of the laundry agent bottle holders 32 is configured to: the outlet of the corresponding detergent bottle 20 is located in the corresponding temporary storage box 31, so that when the detergent bottle 20 contains detergent, the detergent flows into the temporary storage box 31 from the outlet of the detergent bottle 20 until the detergent in the temporary storage box 31 covers the outlet of the detergent bottle 20, and stops flowing out from the outlet.
Due to the atmospheric pressure, after the liquid level of the laundry detergent in the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 covers the liquid outlet of the laundry detergent bottle 20, the laundry detergent in the laundry detergent bottle 20 does not flow out from the liquid outlet, so that the liquid level of the laundry detergent in the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 does not rise continuously; only when the temporary storage box 31 for laundry detergent outputs the laundry detergent to the outside to lower the liquid level of the laundry detergent therein, the laundry detergent in the bottle 20 flows out again from the liquid outlet. When the temporary storage box 31 for laundry detergent continuously outputs the laundry detergent, the laundry detergent in the laundry detergent bottle 20 continuously flows out from the liquid outlet to the temporary storage box 31 for laundry detergent by its gravity.
In a further embodiment, the laundry bottle holder 32 is further configured to: so that the liquid outlet of the detergent bottle 20 held by it is located at the lowest position of the detergent bottle 20.
In some embodiments, the top end of the laundry agent bottle 20 may be provided with a bottle mouth 21. The detergent bottle holder 32 holds the detergent bottle 20 in an inverted state; at this time, the mouth 21 of the bottle 20 is the outlet. In an alternative embodiment, an opening may be provided on the peripheral wall of the laundry agent bottle 20, and the laundry agent bottle holding device 32 holds the laundry agent bottle 20 in a horizontal state with the opening at the lowest position of the laundry agent bottle 20; at this time, the opening of the bottle 20 is the liquid outlet. Of course, the detergent bottle 20 may be held in an inclined state by the detergent bottle holding device 32.
In some embodiments, the laundry bottle holder 32 may have a hollow structure with upper and lower openings matching with the laundry bottle 20 to be held, so as to facilitate the placement and more stable holding of the laundry bottle 20 therein. When the laundry agent bottle holder 32 holds the laundry agent bottle 20 upside down, the laundry agent bottle holder 32 may include a truncated cone cylinder portion tapering upward, and a cylinder portion vertically extending upward from an upper end of the truncated cone cylinder portion. When the detergent bottle holder 32 holds the detergent bottle 20 horizontally, the detergent bottle holder 32 may include an arc-shaped groove extending in a horizontal direction and having an upper opening, and the bottom of the arc-shaped groove is provided with an opening communicating with the corresponding temporary storage box 31 for laundry detergent, so that the liquid outlet of the detergent bottle 20 protrudes downward from the opening and into the temporary storage box 31 for laundry detergent.
In some embodiments, each bottle holder 32 may be formed as a unitary structure with its corresponding laundry agent buffer case 31. For example, when the detergent bottle holder 32 holds the detergent bottle 20 upside down, the detergent bottle holder 32 may be formed by extending upward from the peripheral wall edge of the detergent temporary storage box 31 while tapering to form the truncated cone cylinder portion and the cylinder portion extending upward from the upper end of the truncated cone cylinder portion. In some embodiments, adjacent bottle retainers 32 may also share a portion of the cylindrical portion. In some embodiments, the entire laundry agent bottle holder 32 and the entire laundry agent buffer case 31 may be integrally formed.
In some embodiments, the automatic laundry detergent dispensing device 30 further includes a flow switching device 33 having an outlet and at least one inlet, and the at least one inlet is respectively connected to the outlets of the laundry detergent temporary storage boxes 31. The flow path switching device 33 is configured to: controllably communicating one of the inlet ports with the outlet port to allow the laundry detergent in the corresponding temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 to flow out of the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 under the action of gravity; or controllably shut off, to prevent the laundry agent in the laundry agent buffer box 31 from flowing out of the laundry agent buffer box 31 under the action of gravity.
In some embodiments, the flow path switching device 33 is further configured to: the corresponding inlet port and outlet port are kept open for a predetermined time to allow a predetermined amount of the corresponding laundry agent to flow out of the laundry agent temporary storage box 31. With the automatic laundry detergent dispensing device 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention, if the pipe resistance and flow path from the outlet of the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 to the detergent outlet port are constant (i.e., certain constant), the flow rate of the laundry detergent flowing out from the detergent outlet port is also substantially constant, and the output laundry detergent amount can be controlled relatively accurately by controlling the conduction time of the flow path switching device 33. The embodiment of the invention does not need to additionally arrange a quantitative pump to quantitatively output the washing agent, and has lower cost and simpler control process.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, there are two at least one temporary laundry detergent storage boxes 31 for storing detergent and washing aid, respectively; accordingly, the flow path switching device 33 may be an electrically controlled three-way valve. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the at least one temporary storage box 31 for laundry detergent is three and can be used for temporarily storing a detergent and two kinds of washing aids with different functions, such as a disinfectant and a softener, respectively; accordingly, the flow path switching device 33 may be an electrically controlled three-way valve. Of course, the at least one temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 may be provided in three or more numbers as needed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after all the laundry detergent in the laundry detergent bottle 20 flows out of the laundry detergent bottle 20, the laundry detergent needs to be added. In order to remind the user to add the laundry detergent, in the embodiment of the present invention, the automatic laundry detergent dispensing device 30 may further include at least one liquid level detecting device and an alarm device electrically connected to each of the liquid level detecting devices. At least one level detection device is configured to detect the level of the laundry agent in each laundry agent buffer container 31. The alarm device is configured to give a visual and/or audible signal to remind the user to replace the corresponding laundry agent bottle 20 when the laundry agent level of any one of the temporary laundry agent storage boxes 31 is lower than the preset level of the corresponding laundry agent.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each of the level detecting means may comprise two electrode probes, each extending from the top down into the corresponding laundry agent buffer container 31. The upper ends of the two electrode probes of each liquid level detection device are respectively electrically connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a power supply, and the lower ends of the two electrode probes are respectively positioned at the preset liquid level of the corresponding washing agent in each temporary storage box 31 of the washing agent. Or the lower end of one electrode probe of each liquid level detection device is positioned at the preset liquid level of the corresponding washing agent, and the lower end of the other electrode probe is not higher than the preset liquid level of the corresponding washing agent. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the predetermined level of the respective detergent in each of the temporary storage boxes 31 is lower than the level capable of covering the outlet of the detergent bottle 20, i.e. when the level of the detergent in the temporary storage box 31 is at its predetermined level, the outlet of the respective detergent bottle 20 is not covered by the detergent.
Generally, when the laundry agent bottle 20 contains the laundry agent, the liquid level in the temporary laundry agent storage box 31 is higher than its corresponding preset liquid level (even when the temporary laundry agent storage box 31 is outputting the laundry agent, the liquid level in the temporary laundry agent storage box 31 is kept higher than its corresponding preset liquid level). At this time, the lower ends of both electrode probes of the liquid level detection device are immersed in the detergent. Because the washing agent has conductivity, the two electrode probes form a closed loop with the power supply through the washing agent. When the laundry detergent in the detergent bottle 20 flows out from the detergent outlet, the liquid level in the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 will decrease as the laundry detergent is discharged outwards. When the liquid level of the washing agent is reduced to be below the lower end of the electrode probe (namely the electrode probe is above the liquid level of the washing agent), the closed loop between the two electrode probes and the power supply is disconnected, and at the moment, the alarm device sends out visual and/or auditory signals to remind a user.
In other embodiments, the liquid level detection device may have other forms of electrode probes, or be a liquid level sensor.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the signal sent by the alarm device may send a specific music or ring or voice prompt through the sound-producing device, and/or send a text prompt through the display device, and/or remind the user by lighting or flashing the indicator light, etc., for example. In some embodiments, the signal may only alert the user that the detergent bottle 20 needs to be replaced, but does not indicate which detergent buffer 31 corresponds to the detergent bottle 20. In other embodiments, the signal may indicate which laundry agent buffer 31 corresponds to the laundry agent bottle 20.
In some embodiments, a corresponding laundry detergent from a commercial source may be refilled into the laundry detergent bottle 20 and retained again in the corresponding laundry detergent bottle retaining device 32 to continue adding laundry detergent to the corresponding laundry detergent buffer.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, when the laundry in the laundry bottle 20 is exhausted, the laundry bottle 20 containing the corresponding laundry and having the same or similar shape and size as the exhausted laundry bottle 20 may be replaced again to continue adding the corresponding laundry to the corresponding laundry bottle holder 32. Specifically, the used laundry detergent bottle 20 may be taken out of the corresponding laundry detergent bottle holding device 32, the laundry detergent bottle 20 to be replaced may be placed in the corresponding laundry detergent bottle holding device 32 to be held, and the liquid outlet of the laundry detergent bottle 20 may be manually or automatically opened before or during the placement of the laundry detergent bottle 20 to be replaced in the laundry detergent bottle holding device 32.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the case of some laundry detergent bottles 20 having a sealing film at the outlet, in order to automatically open the outlet of the laundry detergent bottle 20 while placing the laundry detergent bottle 20 in the laundry detergent bottle holding device 32, a spur post 35 may be provided in each laundry detergent buffer case 31. Preferably, the piercing post 35 is configured to pierce a sealing membrane at the outlet of the corresponding bottle 20, so that the laundry detergent contained in the bottle 20 flows out of the outlet and into the corresponding temporary storage box 31 under the action of gravity.
In a further embodiment, the spur post 35 may be a spur tube having a hollow structure with an opening provided on a lower peripheral wall thereof. Thus, when the detergent bottle 20 is placed in the detergent bottle holder 32, the spur pole 35 extends into the detergent bottle 20 through the sealing film sheet at the outlet, and the detergent in the detergent bottle 20 can flow into the detergent buffer box 31 by gravity through the hollow structure of the spur pole 35 and the gap between the spur pole 35 and the sealing film sheet. Preferably, an opening may be provided on the lower circumferential wall of the hollow structure of the spur post 35 to communicate with the corresponding temporary storage box 31 for laundry, so that the laundry flowing into the hollow structure of the spur post 35 flows into the temporary storage box 31 for laundry.
In other embodiments, the spur post 35 may be a solid cross bar. When the spur rod 35 extends into the detergent bottle 20 through the sealing film at the liquid outlet, the cross bar is structured to tear the sealing film to form tear seams through which the detergent in the detergent bottle 20 can flow under gravity into the detergent buffer box 31.
Fig. 3 to 5 show a laundry detergent bottle 20 adapted to the automatic laundry detergent dispenser 30. Referring to fig. 3-5, the laundry agent bottle 20 may have a stopper 22 and a resilient return member 23. The stopper 22 is used to controllably close the mouth 21 of the bottle 20. The elastic restoring member 23 is connected to the stopper 22 to allow the stopper 22 to be retracted into the detergent bottle 20 to open the mouth 21 (see fig. 3) of the detergent bottle 20 when the stopper 22 receives a force directed into the detergent bottle 20 greater than an initial elastic force of the elastic restoring member 23, and to allow the stopper 22 to be restored into the mouth 21 to close the mouth 21 (see fig. 4) of the detergent bottle 20 when the stopper 22 receives a force directed into the detergent bottle 20 withdrawn or less than the initial elastic force of the elastic restoring member 23. In particular, the elastic return element 23 may be a compression spring or the like.
Referring to fig. 5, in a further embodiment, the laundry agent bottle 20 may include a mounting base 24 for mounting the resilient return element 23 in the laundry agent bottle 20. The mounting base 24 may be provided in the laundry agent bottle 20, and has an open cavity recessed toward the bottom of the bottle, the open cavity being open toward the bottle mouth 21, and the open edge of the cavity being fixedly connected to the laundry agent bottle 20. An elastic return element 23 is located in the cavity and has one end connected to the bottom wall of the cavity and the other end connected to the stopper 22. Further, at least one communication hole 241 is formed in the circumferential side wall of the mounting base 24 to communicate the bottle mouth 21 with the inside of the bottle body, so that when the stopper 22 receives a force toward the inside of the detergent bottle 20 greater than the initial elastic force of the elastic restoring member 23, the stopper 22 moves upward away from the bottle mouth 21, and the detergent in the detergent bottle 20 flows from the communication hole 241 to the bottle mouth 21 to flow out of the detergent bottle 20. The mounting base 24 may have an open cavity that tapers from its opening to its bottom wall. In some embodiments, the mounting base 24 may be blow molded integrally with the bottle body.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the detergent bottle 20 may include a truncated cone portion tapering from the mouth 21 toward the bottom, and a cylindrical portion extending from the truncated cone portion toward the bottom. The stopper 22 may have a first end portion sealingly engaged with the mouth 21 and a second end portion gradually extending from the first end portion toward the bottom of the bottle, so that when the stopper 22 is not subjected to a force toward the inside of the detergent bottle 20 or the force is smaller than the initial elastic force of the elastic restoring member 23, the first end portion of the stopper 22 extends into the mouth 21 to close the mouth 21 of the detergent bottle 20, and the detergent bottle 20 is not ejected from the mouth 21 due to the initial elastic force of the elastic restoring member 23.
When the detergent bottle 20 is held by the detergent bottle holder 32, the stopper 22 is pushed upward by the plunger 35, and the mouth of the bottle is opened, so that the detergent in the detergent bottle 20 flows from the communication hole 241 to the mouth 21, and the detergent bottle 20 flows out. The detergent bottle 20 of the embodiment of the invention can prevent the detergent for washing from flowing out from the bottle mouth 21 in the process of putting the detergent bottle 20 into the detergent bottle holding device 32, and can automatically open the bottle mouth 21 of the detergent bottle 20 by the pricking rod column 35 after putting the detergent bottle 20 into the detergent bottle holding device 32, thereby being very convenient.
As can be seen from the above description of the structure of the automatic laundry detergent dispensing device 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention, if the pipeline resistance and flow from the outlet of the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 to the detergent outlet port are constant (i.e. certain constant), the flow rate of the laundry detergent flowing out from the detergent outlet port is substantially constant, and the output laundry detergent amount can be controlled relatively accurately by controlling the on-time of the flow switching device 33. The embodiment of the invention does not need to additionally arrange a quantitative pump to quantitatively output the washing agent, and has lower cost and simpler control process.
In some embodiments, the present invention further provides a washing machine having the automatic laundry detergent dispenser 30 according to any one of the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 6 and 7 are schematic and schematic views of a washing machine according to various embodiments of the present invention, respectively. Fig. 7 differs from fig. 6 only in that the automatic dispensing device 30 for a washing agent in fig. 6 does not comprise a spur rod column 35, whereas the automatic dispensing device 30 for a washing agent in fig. 7 comprises a spur rod column 35. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the outlet of the laundry agent bottle 20 is opened and then placed in the laundry agent bottle holding device 32; in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the sealing film at the outlet of the laundry bottle 20 is pierced by the piercing-rod column 35 during the process of placing the laundry bottle 20 in the laundry bottle holder 32, so that the laundry in the bottle flows to the corresponding laundry buffer box 31. The washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below by taking the washing machine shown in fig. 6 as an example.
Referring to fig. 6, the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention may include a washing tub 12, an automatic laundry detergent dispenser 30, and a dispenser box 14. The washing tub 12 is generally composed of an outer tub and an inner tub rotatable within the outer tub. The upper part of the washing barrel 12 is provided with a water inlet. Dispenser box 14 may be provided with an outlet in communication with the inlet of wash cartridge 12. In some embodiments, the outlet of the dispenser box 14 may be disposed at the bottom thereof. The water outlet of the dispenser box 14 may be in communication with the water inlet of the wash drum 12 via a hose. The washing machine of the embodiment of the present invention may further include a water inlet line 11 communicating with the washing tub 12 through the dispenser box 14. When the water inlet valve 13 is opened, the water inlet pipe 11 is connected to inject the washing water into the distributor box 14, and the washing water flows into the washing drum 12 through the water outlet at the bottom of the distributor box 14. The automatic laundry detergent dispensing device 30 is configured to controllably dispense laundry detergent into the dispenser box 14 to flow into the washing tub 12 with the wash water flowing through the dispenser box 14. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the automatic dispensing device 30 is activated to dispense laundry detergent into the dispenser box 14, typically during the time that the water inlet line 11 is filling the dispenser box with laundry water.
Specifically, the agent outlet port of the flow path switching device 33 of the automatic laundry agent dispensing device 30 may communicate with the dispenser box 14 through a pipe. The automatic laundry detergent dispenser 30 is preferably arranged above the dispenser box, or at least above the water outlet of the dispenser box, so that the laundry detergent flows towards the dispenser box under the influence of gravity. The washing machine can control the flow path switching device 33 of the automatic laundry detergent feeding device 30 to conduct the corresponding temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 and the distributor box 14, so that the corresponding laundry detergent flows into the distributor box 14 under the action of gravity; and further, the putting amount of the corresponding laundry detergent can be controlled more accurately by controlling the conduction time of the flow path switching device 33.
In a specific embodiment, the washing machine starts to work after the user adds the laundry to be washed and selects the washing program. The washing machine firstly measures the weight of clothes, and matches the water inflow and the input amount of the washing agent according to the weight of the clothes. Tests have shown that in the present embodiment, the liquid level of the temporary laundry detergent storage box 31 is constant (excluding the case where the laundry detergent in the detergent bottle 20 is used up), and thus the flow rate of the laundry detergent flowing through the flow path switching device 33 is also constant. The amount of laundry detergent to be put in can be accurately controlled by accurately controlling the time for which the flow switching device 33 is turned on. Taking the detergent as an example, 10ml of the detergent is required for washing each kilogram of clothes, and when the weight of the clothes added by a user is 3kg, the amount of the detergent required to be added is 30 ml. Assuming that the flow rate of the detergent flowing through the flow path switching device 33 is 2ml/s, the flow path switching device 33 is opened for 15 s. By the mode, the accurate quantitative addition of the washing agents can be realized, the enough dosage of each washing agent can be ensured, and the excessive addition and waste can be avoided. Meanwhile, the automatic laundry detergent feeding device 30 of the washing machine does not need a liquid inlet pump, a dosing pump or other devices with complex structures, and has the advantages of simple system, reliable work, low cost and strong practicability.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
