本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀耐磨润滑油脂,包括下列重量份述的物质:聚乙二醇10-35、齐墩果酮酸40-60、硫代磷酸盐1-3、二烷基二硫代磷酸辛酯0.5-2、硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐2-5、纳米硼酸盐2-4、植物油3-8、氯化石蜡3-6、聚丙烯酰胺4-8、苯基硅油1-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯迷硫酸钠2-6、聚甲基丙烯酸酯2-4、动物油4-8。通过上述方式,本发明所述的耐腐蚀耐磨润滑油脂,提高了油脂吸附性的同时,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其清洁功能、成膜性能、耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂,能够较好的应用于高性能设备的润滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油脂,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀耐磨润滑油脂。
背景技术
润滑油脂是各种机械运动部件、旋转部件或其他摩擦部件之间不可缺少的用于保护设备的起润滑性能的一种产品。润滑油一般由基础油结合添加剂两部分组成。现有技术中的润滑油或润滑脂涂抹后均能偶满足设备的润滑性能要求,但其耐腐蚀性及耐磨性能比较差,尤其是在高温条件下,容易造成油品变质,影响设备的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐腐蚀耐磨润滑油脂,提高了油脂吸附性的同时,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其清洁功能、成膜性能、耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂,能够较好的应用于高性能设备的润滑。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐腐蚀耐磨润滑油脂,包括下列重量份述的物质:聚乙二醇10-35、齐墩果酮酸40-60、硫代磷酸盐1-3、二烷基二硫代磷酸辛酯0.5-2、硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐2-5、纳米硼酸盐2-4、植物油3-8、氯化石蜡3-6、聚丙烯酰胺4-8、苯基硅油1-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯迷硫酸钠2-6、聚甲基丙烯酸酯2-4、动物油4-8。
