本发明揭示了一种耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺,所述耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺由聚酰胺、填充剂、抗静电剂、增韧剂、耐候剂、润滑剂以及偶联剂组成,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述抗静电剂为聚醚酯酰胺,所述增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述耐候剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸丁酯,所述偶联剂为异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯。本发明由聚氨酯、填充剂、抗静电剂、增韧剂、耐候剂、润滑剂以及偶联剂组成,制得的产品耐磨性高、摩擦系数低、强度大、成本低、抗静电性好、抗老化、使用寿命长。

本发明涉及一种塑料领域,具体涉及一种耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺。
背景技术
聚酰胺塑料是在聚酞胺纤维基础上发展起来的,是最早出现能够承受负荷的热塑性塑料,也是五大通用工程塑料中产量最大、品种最多、用途最广的品种。聚酰胺塑料具有良好的综合性能,包括力学性能、耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性和自润滑性,且摩擦系数低,有一定的阻燃性,易于加工,适于用玻璃纤维和其它填料填充增强改性,提高性能和扩大应用范围。但是当下使用的聚酰胺塑料已无法满足当下的使用需求,尤其是在耐磨性、强度、成本以及使用寿命等方面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由聚氨酯、填充剂、抗静电剂、增韧剂、耐候剂、润滑剂以及偶联剂组成,制得的产品耐磨性高、摩擦系数低、强度大、成本低、抗静电性好、抗老化、使用寿命长的耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺。
本发明的技术方案是,一种耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺,所述耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺由聚酰胺、填充剂、抗静电剂、增韧剂、耐候剂、润滑剂以及偶联剂组成,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述抗静电剂为聚醚酯酰胺,所述增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述耐候剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸丁酯,所述偶联剂为异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,所述耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚酰胺占80-90份,所述滑石粉占35-40份,所述聚醚酯酰胺占6-9份,所述苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占21-25份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占4-7份,所述硬脂酸丁酯占3-6份,所述异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯占7-10份。

另外,可通过调节产品各成分的不同重量份数,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种耐磨高性能改性聚酰胺,由聚氨酯、填充剂、抗静电剂、增韧剂、耐候剂、润滑剂以及偶联剂组成,制得的产品耐磨性高、摩擦系数低、强度大、成本低、抗静电性好、抗老化、使用寿命长。
