背景技术
通过有效地组合两个不同种类的动力源的混合动力车辆通常使用发动机和电动机发电机。
使用在高速下具有良好扭矩特征的发动机以及在低速下具有良好扭矩特征的电动机发电机的那些混合动力车辆主要通过来自电动机发电机的动力进行驱动以用于低速行驶,并且主要通过来自发动机的动力进行驱动以用于高速行驶。
此外,混合动力车辆以较高燃料效率维持充足的驱动动力,同时它们通过有效地组合来自发动机的动力和来自电动机发电机的动力而在各种驱动条件下运行。

因此,本发明已经考虑发生在相关技术中的以上问题和/或其他问题,并且本发明旨在提供一种混合动力车辆的动力系,其可以提供各种驱动模式以驱动混合动力车辆,并且允许根据各种驱动条件有效地进行驱动。

如图1所示,根据各个实施方案的混合动力车辆的动力系包括:行星齿轮组PG,第一电动机单元MG1以及第二电动机单元MG2,其中,行星齿轮组PG包括三个旋转构件,在所述三个旋转构件中,三个旋转构件的任意一个连接到发动机E,并且其它两个旋转构件的任意一个连接到前部驱动轴A1;第一电动机单元MG1连接到行星齿轮组PG的剩下的旋转构件;第二电动机单元MG2连接到后部驱动轴A2,并且为后部驱动轴A2提供动力。
在本发明中,来自发动机E和第一电动机单元MG1的动力可以通过行星齿轮组PG传输至前部驱动轴A1,并且来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力可以传输至后部驱动轴A2,从而车辆可以根据驱动条件通过前车轮、后车轮或者所有车轮进行驱动。
也即,发动机E和第一电动机单元MG1得以通过行星齿轮组PG连接到前部驱动轴A1,从而车辆可以通过前车轮进行驱动,所述前车轮由来自发动机E和第一电动机单元MG1的动力操作。第二电动机单元MG2连接到后部驱动轴A2,从而车辆可以通过后车轮进行驱动,所述后车轮由来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力操作。
因此,可以通过控制发动机E、第一电动机单元MG1以及第二电动机单元MG2利用前车轮或后车轮来驱动车辆,并且也可以四轮驱动,因此车辆可以根据各种驱动条件以各种方式进行驱动。
行星齿轮组PG可以由太阳轮S、行星架C以及齿圈R组成。也即,第一电动机单元MG1可以连接到行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S,发动机E可以连接到行星架C,并且前部驱动轴A1可以连接到齿圈R。
行星齿轮组PG可以根据太阳轮S、行星架C以及齿圈R的齿轮比来改变并传输来自发动机E和第一电动机单元MG1的扭矩,并且齿轮比可以根据设计而设定为适当的值。
第一电动机单元MG1以及第二电动机单元MG2可以为电动机发电机,所述电动机发电机为驱动车辆提供动力,并且可以发电。
本发明的混合动力车辆的动力系可以以各种驱动模式来驱动车辆,驱动模式包括如下模式或由如下模式组成:EV1驱动模式、EV2驱动模式、EV3驱动模式、HEV1驱动模式、HEV2驱动模式、HEV3驱动模式以及HEV4驱动模式。
为此,详细而言,本发明的动力系进一步包括:第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2,其中,在行星齿轮组PG中,第一离合器CL1设置在连接到第一电动机单元MG1的旋转构件和连接到发动机E的旋转构件之间;第二离合器CL2设置在连接到在行星齿轮组PG中的前部驱动轴A1的旋转构件和前部驱动轴A1之间。
也即,在行星齿轮组PG中,第一离合器CL1设置在连接到第一电动机单元MG1的太阳轮S和连接到发动机E的行星架C之间,并且选择性地将太阳轮S和行星架C彼此接合或使太阳轮S和行星架C彼此脱离,第二离合器CL2设置在行星齿轮组PG的齿圈R和前部驱动轴A1之间,并且选择性地连接/脱开来自发动机E和第一电动机单元MG1的动力。
第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2的操作受到控制器的控制,并且用于控制混合动力车辆的动力系的各种离合器的控制器可以与现有技术中的控制器相同或相似,因此在本文中不对其进行描述。
如本文中所描述的,由于驱动模式根据在第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2之间的接合状态来改变,因此可以实现各种驱动模式。
如图2所示,在EV1驱动模式中,接合第一离合器CL1,接合第二离合器CL2,并且操作第一电动机单元MG1,因此车辆能够由前车轮进行驱动,所述前车轮通过来自第一电动机单元MG1的动力进行操作。
可替代地,如图3所示,在EV2驱动模式中,脱离第一离合器CL1以及第二离合器CL2,并且操作接合第二电动机单元MG2,因此车辆能够由后车轮进行驱动,所述后车轮通过来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力进行操作。
在EV1驱动模式中,来自第一电动机单元MG1的动力得以通过仅操作第一电动机单元MG1,脱离第一离合器并接合第二离合器来传输至前部驱动轴A1。
在EV2驱动模式中,来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力得以通过脱开第一离合器以及第二离合器并仅操作第二电动机单元MG2来传输至后部驱动轴A2。由于第一离合器以及第二离合器脱开,正在行驶的车辆的驱动力通过前部驱动轴A1被传输至发动机E和第一电动机单元MG1,因此动力不会丢失。
EV1驱动模式和EV2驱动模式分别适用于车辆的起动和低速驱动,并且车辆可以根据驱动条件通过前车轮或后车轮选择性地被驱动。
图4为显示EV3驱动模式的图示。在EV3驱动模式中,脱离第一离合器CL1,接合第二离合器CL2并且操作第一电动机单元MG1以及第二电动机单元MG2,从而车辆通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自第一电动机单元MG1以及第二电动机单元MG2的动力进行操作。
也即,EV1驱动模式和EV2驱动模式都在EV3驱动模式中执行,在EV3驱动模式中,来自第一电动机单元MG1的动力被传输至前部驱动轴A1,并且来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力被传输至后部驱动轴A2,从而执行四个车轮驱动,在所述四个车轮驱动中,车辆的前车轮和后车轮被同时操作。这适合于在EV模式中的高速驱动。
图5为显示HEV1驱动模式的图示。在HEV1驱动模式中,接合第一离合器CL1,脱离第二离合器CL2,并且操作发动机E,从而第一电动机单元MG1使用来自发动机E的动力发电并且操作第二电动机单元MG2,并且因此车辆的后车轮可以通过来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力进行操作。
也即,由于第一离合器接合,来自发动机E的动力被传输至第一电动机单元MG1,从而发动机E和第一电动机单元MG1的RPM得以同步。此外,由于第二离合器脱开,来自发动机E的动力不被传输至前部驱动轴A1,从而来自发动机E的动力仅被传输至第一电动机单元MG1,并且车辆通过后车轮进行驱动,所述后车轮通过第二电动机单元MG2进行操作。
由于来自发动机E的动力被传输至第一电动机单元MG1,第一电动机单元MG1通过发动机E进行操作,因此可以发电。
在HEV1驱动模式中,由于操作第二电动机单元MG2并且经过后部驱动轴A2通过后车轮驱动车辆,因此实施了一系列混合动力模式,在所述一系列混合动力模式中,第一电动机单元MG1使用来自发动机E的动力发电,并且车辆由第二电动机单元MG2进行驱动。
图6为显示HEV2驱动模式的图示。在HEV2驱动模式中,脱离第一离合器CL1,接合第二离合器CL2并且操作发动机E以及第二电动机单元MG2,从而车辆通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自发动机E以及第二电动机单元MG2的动力进行操作。
也即,由于脱离第一离合器,所以来自发动机E的动力不被传输至第一电动机单元MG1,同时由于接合第二离合器,所以来自发动机E的动力通过行星齿轮组PG而被传输至前部驱动轴A1。此外,由于操作第二电动机单元MG2,所以来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力被传输至后部驱动轴A2,从而车辆可以通过四个车轮进行驱动,其中前车轮和后车轮被同时操作。
在HEV2驱动模式中,根据车辆的行驶状态,也可以操作第一电动机单元MG1,以便来自第一电动机单元MG1的动力与来自发动机E的动力一起被传输至前部驱动轴A1。
因此,由于利用发动机E的操作来操作第一电动机单元MG1,所以前部驱动轴A1通过来自发动机E的动力和来自第一电动机单元MG1的动力的适当水平来旋转。特别地,来自第一电动机单元MG1的动力和来自发动机E的动力改变在行星齿轮组PG中的转数,因此可以根据第一电动机单元MG1的操作状态以适当水平来控制在行星齿轮组PG中的转数。
图7为显示HEV3驱动模式的图示。在HEV3驱动模式中,接合第一离合器CL1以及第二离合器CL2并且操作发动机E以及第二电动机单元MG2,从而车辆可以通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自发动机E以及第二电动机单元MG2的动力进行操作。
由于第一离合器和第二离合器被接合,来自发动机E的动力被传输至行星齿轮组PG和第一电动机单元MG1,从而发动机E的转数、行星齿轮组PG的齿圈R的转数以及第一电动机单元MG1的转数变得相同。
也即,由于发动机E利用接合的第一离合器和第二离合器来操作,因此来自发动机E的动力被传输至前部驱动轴A1,并且车辆被驱动。此外,动力也被传输至第一电动机单元MG1并且第一电动机单元MG1被操作,从而发电。
在这种情况下,来自发动机E的动力被分布至第一电动机单元MG1以及前部驱动轴A1,并且操作第二电动机单元MG2以旋转后部驱动轴A2,从而可以实现四个车轮驱动,在所述四个车轮驱动中,可以执行前车轮和后车轮同时操作。
图8为显示HEV4驱动模式的图示。HEV4驱动模式适合于行驶在超速传动模式下的车辆,并且对于该模式,进一步设置了在行星齿轮组PG中选择性地限制连接到第一电动机单元MG1的旋转构件的制动器B。
也即,由于制动器B得以操作,第一电动机单元MG1的旋转受到限制,所以来自发动机E的动力被传输至第一电动机单元MG1,并且没有由于第二电动机单元MG2造成的动力损失。
因此,在HEV4驱动模式中,脱离第一离合器CL1,分别接合并操作第二离合器CL2以及制动器B,并且操作发动机E以及第二电动机单元MG2,从而车辆可以通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自发动机E以及第二电动机单元MG2的动力进行操作。
如本文中所描述的,由于脱离第一离合器并操作制动器B,第一电动机单元MG1的旋转受到限制,同时接合第二离合器,所以来自发动机E的动力被传输至前部驱动轴A1,而没有由于第一电动机单元MG1造成的动力损失。此外,由于操作第二电动机单元MG2,所以来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力被传输至后部驱动轴A2,从而车辆可以通过四个车轮进行驱动,其中前车轮和后车轮被同时操作。HEV4驱动模式适合于高速驱动。

当车辆通过来自第二电动机单元MG2的动力进行驱动时,车辆可以通过接合电动机离合器CL3的后车轮进行驱动,并且可以根据驱动状态通过调整接合来使惯性的损失最小化。
单向离合器OWC可以设置在发动机E和行星齿轮组PG之间。由于单向离合器OWC设置在发动机E和行星齿轮组PG之间,所以来自发动机E的动力通过行星齿轮组PG传输至驱动轴,然而可以阻塞来自驱动轴的反向地传输至发动机E的扭矩,因此可以阻止发动机E的反向旋转。
本发明的混合动力车辆的动力系可以提供用于驱动车辆的各种驱动模式,所以其使车辆能够根据各种驱动条件有效地行驶。
特别地,通过控制行星齿轮组和多个离合器,在前车轮或后车轮驱动中的经过动力系的动力损失得以最小化,并且其可以使用为前车轮和后车轮提供的所有电动机来实现EV模式和再生制动两者,从而能量效率较高。

Claims (13)

1.一种混合动力车辆的动力系,包括:
行星齿轮组,所述行星齿轮组包括三个旋转构件,其中一个旋转构件连接到发动机,并且另一个旋转构件连接到前部驱动轴;
第一电动机单元,所述第一电动机单元连接到所述三个旋转构件中的剩余的旋转构件;
第二电动机单元,所述第二电动机单元连接到后部驱动轴并且将动力供应至所述后部驱动轴;
第一离合器,在所述行星齿轮组中,所述第一离合器设置在连接到所述第一电动机单元的旋转构件和连接到所述发动机的旋转构件之间;以及
第二离合器,在所述行星齿轮组中,所述第二离合器设置在所述前部驱动轴和连接到所述前部驱动轴的旋转构件之间,
其中驱动模式根据所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器的接合状态来进行改变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中所述行星齿轮组包括太阳轮、行星架以及齿圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中第一电动机单元连接到所述行星齿轮组的太阳轮,所述发动机连接到所述行星架,并且所述前部驱动轴连接到所述齿圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中在EV1驱动模式中,脱离所述第一离合器,接合所述第二离合器并且操作所述第一电动机单元,从而所述车辆通过前车轮进行驱动,所述前车轮通过来自所述第一电动机单元的动力进行操作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中在EV2驱动模式中,脱离所述第一离合器以及所述第二离合器,并且操作所述第二电动机单元,从而所述车辆通过后车轮进行驱动,所述后车轮通过来自所述第二电动机单元的动力进行操作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中在EV3驱动模式中,脱离所述第一离合器,接合所述第二离合器并且操作所述第一电动机单元以及所述第二电动机单元,从而所述车辆通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自所述第一电动机单元以及所述第二电动机单元的动力进行操作。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中在HEV1驱动模式中,接合所述第一离合器,脱离所述第二离合器,并且操作所述发动机,从而所述第一电动机单元使用来自所述发动机的动力发电,操作所述第二电动机单元,并且所述车辆通过后车轮进行驱动,所述后车轮通过来自所述第二电动机单元的动力进行操作。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中在HEV2驱动模式中,脱离所述第一离合器,接合所述第二离合器并且操作所述发动机以及所述第二电动机单元,从而所述车辆通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自所述发动机以及所述第二电动机单元的动力进行操作。
9.根据权利要求8所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中在所述HEV2驱动模式中,所述第一电动机单元根据车辆的驱动状态进行操作,从而来自所述第一电动机单元的动力与来自所述发动机的动力一起被传输至所述前部驱动轴。
10.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中在HEV3驱动模式中,接合所述第一离合器以及所述第二离合器,并且操作所述发动机以及所述第二电动机单元,从而所述车辆通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自所述发动机以及所述第二电动机单元的动力进行操作。
11.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,进一步包括:
制动器,在所述行星齿轮组中,所述制动器选择性地限制连接到所述第一电动机单元的旋转构件,
其中在HEV4驱动模式中,脱离所述第一离合器,分别接合并操作所述第二离合器以及所述制动器,并且操作所述发动机以及所述第二电动机单元,从而所述车辆通过四个车轮进行驱动,所述四个车轮通过来自所述发动机以及所述第二电动机单元的动力进行操作。
12.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中电动机离合器设置在所述第二电动机单元以及所述后部驱动轴之间。
13.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力系,其中单向离合器设置在所述发动机以及所述行星齿轮组之间。
