Abstract

本发明涉及交通设施领域,特别公开了一种用于混合动力汽车发动机的电辅助增压控制系统。它包括电路连接的动力电池组、第一AC/DC转换器、电子单元ECU和辅助能量储存单元;电子单元ECU还分别与第二AC/DC转换器和混合动力电机电路连接,混合动力电机、第二AC/DC转换器和辅助能量储存单元依次电路连接;热力发动机与电辅助涡轮增压器气动连接,电辅助涡轮增压器中的涡轮增压辅助电机与第一AC/DC转换器电路连接,热力发动机和混合动力电机之间通过机械耦合器机械连接。本发明可使涡轮增压器在不带放气阀和可变喷嘴控制系统的条件下避免阻塞和喘振现象的发生,以及实现在任何工况下对增压压力的精确控制。响应时间可以缩短50%左右。

Description

一种用于混合动力汽车发动机的电辅助增压控制系统
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及交通设施领域,特别涉及一种用于混合动力汽车发动机的电辅助增压控制系统。
(二)背景技术
目前,在车辆中,需要具有短响应时间的供电的该类型设备特别包括:
-所谓的“电-涡轮(e-turbo)”电辅助涡轮压缩机(turbo-compressor),或所谓的“电-增压器(e-charger)”增压器(supercharger),该设备典型地需要持续1至2秒的1至2KW的电力水平。这些电力水平和持续时间可以更高,但是分别不超过3KW和3秒。供电的响应时间通常必须小于数十毫秒;
-电辅助转向器,其可在瞬态条件下持续1至2ms消耗25至100A的电流;
-电动泵单元,其可需要持续约200ms的约100A的电流;和
-电磁控制阀,其可需要持续1至140ms的约40A的电流。
机动车的传统供电网通常包括两个电流源,即电池(一般为铅电池)和交流混合动力电机。但是,这些电流源都不适于以短响应时间为可对电流或电压产生强需求的电设备供电。
实际上,传统交流混合动力电机的响应时间大约为数百毫秒,对于满足该类型需求来说太长了。
铅电池还不适于短响应时间的高电流峰值周期性供应,特别是由于其随后进行的放电循环加速了其老化。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种结构简单、操作简单的用于混合动力汽车发动机的电辅助增压控制系统。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种用于混合动力汽车发动机的电辅助增压控制系统,其特征是:包括电路连接形成闭合回路的动力电池组、第一AC/DC转换器、电子单元ECU和辅助能量储存单元;其中,电子单元ECU还分别与第二AC/DC转换器和混合动力电机电路连接,混合动力电机、第二AC/DC转换器和辅助能量储存单元依次电路连接;还包括热力发动机,所述热力发动机与电辅助涡轮增压器气动连接,所述电辅助涡轮增压器中的涡轮增压辅助电机与第一AC/DC转换器电路连接,所述热力发动机和混合动力电机之间还通过机械耦合器机械连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可运行于涡轮轴超速能量回收和电动辅助增压模式中。电辅助增压模式中,在发动机输出功率较大而使涡轮增压器工作在靠近阻塞线时,可使电动机工作在发电模式下,向大容量电池充电;在涡轮轴超速能量回收模式中,所述混合动力系统的可逆旋转电机回收的能量被储存在汽车所载大容量电池中,即在发动机冷启动、加速、爬坡等需要瞬时增加发动机充气量或者较大功率输出的条件下,车载大容量电池向电辅助涡轮增压器供电;该增压系统可使涡轮增压器在不带放气阀和可变喷嘴控制系统的条件下避免阻塞和喘振现象的发生,以及实现在任何工况下对增压压力的精确控制。本发明的响应时间可以缩短50%左右。

(五)具体实施方式
附图为本发明的具体实施例。如图1和图2所示(图中电路上的箭头表示电流方向),该种用于混合动力汽车发动机的电辅助增压控制系统,包括电路连接形成闭合回路的动力电池组5、第一AC/DC转换器2、电子单元ECU1和辅助能量储存单元6;其中,电子单元ECU1还分别与第二AC/DC转换器7和混合动力电机8电路连接,混合动力电机8、第二AC/DC转换器7和辅助能量储存单元6依次电路连接;还包括热力发动机9,热力发动机9与电辅助涡轮增压器4气动连接,电辅助涡轮增压器4中的涡轮增压辅助电机3与第一AC/DC转换器2电路连接,热力发动机9和混合动力电机8之间还通过机械耦合器10机械连接,第一AC/DC转换器2和第二AC/DC转换器7均为可逆AC/DC转换器。
热力发动机9和混合动力电机8合称为混合动力系统;混合动力电机8为旋转电机;
热力发动机9以及混合动力电机8的启动及停止可根据具体混合动力系统的控制策略决定。
当混合动力电机8运行于交流混合动力电机模式中时,第二AC/DC转换器7把混合动力电机8供应的三相电压转换为被整流的直流电压,基于该直流电压,动力电池组5被充电。
当混合动力电机8运行于起动机模式中时,则其通过第二AC/DC转换器7产生的交流三相电压供电。
基于当混合动力电机8运行于交流混合动力电机模式中时由第二AC/DC转换器7供应的被整流的直流电压,以及基于辅助能量储存单元6的端子处存在的电压,第二AC/DC转换器7可以获得直流电压Vb,该直流电压Vb用于为车辆的动力电池组5充电,该动力电池组5的端子处的电压Vb被用于为车辆的一定数目的车载电设备供电。
动力电池组5和第二AC/DC转换器7形成混合动力系统的电源组。
与用于控制和指挥发动机的运行的电子单元ECU结合,电子单元ECU1控制热力发动机及电辅助增压系统的工作。。
辅助能量储存单元6中的超级电容器适用于以短响应时间供应峰值电流。
在车辆启动、加速、爬坡等高负荷运转时,热力发动机9需要较多的新鲜充量,此时在电子单元ECU1的控制下,动力电池组5通过第一AC/DC转换器2向电辅助涡轮增压器4上的涡轮增压器辅助电机3供电,依靠电力驱动使更多新鲜充量进入热力发动机9。
在车辆减速、低负荷以及发动机转速过高而导致涡轮增压器堵塞时,需要降低涡轮增压器的转速,此时在电子单元ECU1的控制下,电辅助涡轮增压器4上的涡轮增压器辅助电机3工作在交流混合动力电机模式,并经过第一AC/DC转换器2向动力电池组5供电。
除说明书所述技术特征外,其余技术特征均为本领域技术人员已知技术。

1.一种用于混合动力汽车发动机的电辅助增压控制系统,其特征是:包括电路连接形成闭合回路的动力电池组(5)、第一AC/DC转换器(2)、电子单元ECU(1)和辅助能量储存单元(6);其中,电子单元ECU(1)还分别与第二AC/DC转换器(7)和混合动力电机(8)电路连接,混合动力电机(8)、第二AC/DC转换器(7)和辅助能量储存单元(6)依次电路连接;还包括热力发动机(9),所述热力发动机(9)与电辅助涡轮增压器(4)气动连接,所述电辅助涡轮增压器(4)中的涡轮增压辅助电机(3)与第一AC/DC转换器(2)电路连接,所述热力发动机(9)和混合动力电机(8)之间还通过机械耦合器(10)机械连接。
