本发明涉及模具，名称是开启式电气保护罩制造模具，包括外模具和内模具，所述的内模具包括两个分体，分别是左分体和右分体，左分体和右分体一侧的外面安装有手柄，左分体和右分体在这一侧的相对处有铰接部件并且铰接连接，和一侧相对的是第二侧，在左分体和右分体的第二侧里面有空缺的部位，所述的左分体和右分体的第二侧的外面还有罩体，左分体上的罩体和右分体上的罩体啮合，所述的罩体张开后经过橡胶套和外模具配合。这样的电气保护罩制造模具具有内模具容易套在橡胶套里面，容易安装和卸下的优点，还具有制造的电气保护罩规范的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具，具体地说是涉及电气保护罩制造模具。
背景技术
电气护罩是橡胶套成型的，它是保护电气的部件，它的成型是在模具中成型的，所使用的模具包括外模具和内模具，制造防护套时，内模具套在橡胶套里面，在橡胶套外面放置外模具并按压外模具，电气保护套就成型了；现有技术中，所使用的内模具不能变换形状，其外部的形状和尺寸不会变化，这样所加工的橡胶套就不易套接在内模具的外面取下模具，具有使用不便的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目就是针对上述缺点，提供一种内模具容易套在橡胶套里面、电气护罩成型后内模具容易取下的开启式电气保护罩制造模具。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：开启式电气保护罩制造模具，包括外模具和内模具，其特征是：所述的内模具包括两个分体，分别是左分体和右分体，左分体和右分体一侧的外面安装有手柄，左分体和右分体在这一侧的相对处有铰接部件并且铰接连接，和一侧相对的是第二侧，在左分体和右分体的第二侧里面有空缺的部位。
进一步地讲，所述的左分体和右分体的第二侧的外面还有罩体，左分体上的罩体和右分体上的罩体啮合，所述的罩体张开后经过橡胶套和外模具配合。
本发明的有益效果是：这样的电气保护罩制造模具具有内模具容易套在橡胶套里面，容易安装和卸下的优点；所述的左分体和右分体的第二侧的外面还有罩体，左分体上的罩体和右分体上的罩体啮合，所述的罩体张开后经过橡胶套和外模具配合，还具有制造的电气保护罩规范的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示，开启式电气保护罩制造模具，包括外模具1和内模具，其特征是：所述的内模具包括两个分体，分别是左分体2和右分体3，左分体和右分体一侧的外面安装有手柄4，左分体和右分体在这一侧的相对处有铰接部件5并且铰接连接，和一侧相对的是第二侧，在左分体和右分体的第二侧里面有空缺的部位6。
这样，在将橡胶套8套在内模具上时，可以张开手柄，使第二侧在空缺的部位6缩小，便于套接，套接好后，手柄合拢，内模具成为橡胶套成型状态，可以成型本保护套，完成后重新张开手柄，便于取出内模具，具有本发明的效果。
进一步地讲，所述的左分体和右分体第二侧的外面还有罩体7，左分体上的罩体和右分体上的罩体啮合，所述的罩体张开后经过橡胶套和外模具配合。这样在第二侧有顶着橡胶套的部件，保证了产品质量。

1.开启式电气保护罩制造模具，包括外模具和内模具，其特征是：所述的内模具包括两个分体，分别是左分体和右分体，左分体和右分体一侧的外面安装有手柄，左分体和右分体在这一侧的相对处有铰接部件并且铰接连接，和一侧相对的是第二侧，在左分体和右分体的第二侧里面有空缺的部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气保护罩制造模具，其特征是：所述的左分体和右分体的第二侧的外面还有罩体，左分体上的罩体和右分体上的罩体啮合，所述的罩体张开后经过橡胶套和外模具配合。
