一种密封阀压紧检测装置，包括安装臂和基座连为一体，安装臂上端端部连有汽缸，汽缸的阀杆的下端连有带密封圈的压盖，汽缸密封压盖内连有通气管，基座面上设置有一层橡胶垫。优点是测量精度高，测量速度快，若配有机械手或传动链条就可实现自动检测，降低工人的劳动强度。

本发明涉及阀门检测技术领域，具体地说就是密封阀压紧检测装置。
背景技术
现在的检测都是采用常用的人工通气检测的方法，这样工人的劳动强度大，检测效果差，检测速度慢，不适应现在生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种检测质量高，检测速度快，劳动强度低的密封阀压紧检测装置。
本发明密封阀压紧检测装置，包括安装臂和基座连为一体，安装臂上端端部连有汽缸，汽缸的阀杆的下端连有带密封圈的压盖，汽缸密封压盖内连有通气管，基座面上设置有一层橡胶垫。
本发明密封阀压紧检测装置的优点是测量精度高，测量速度快，若配有机械手或传动链条就可实现自动检测，降低工人的劳动强度。

根据图1所示，一种密封阀压紧检测装置，包括安装臂1和基座2连为一体，安装臂上端端部连有汽缸3，汽缸3的阀杆的下端连有带密封圈6的压盖4，汽缸3密封压盖4内连有通气管7，基座2面上设置有一层橡胶垫5。

1.一种密封阀压紧检测装置，其特征在于：包括安装臂和基座连为一体，安装臂上端端部连有汽缸，汽缸的阀杆的下端连有带密封圈的压盖，汽缸密封压盖内连有通气管，基座面上设置有一层橡胶垫。
