本发明提供一种搅拌装置，它包括有电机、减速箱、搅拌轴，其中，电机安装在减速箱顶部，电机传动轴垂直向下与减速箱输出端连接，减速箱底部的输出端与搅拌轴连接，搅拌轴外周上设有若干条长连杆和短连杆，长连杆外端部设有螺旋状的外搅拌叶片，短连杆外端部设有内搅拌叶片，所述的外搅拌叶片为三条，以搅拌轴为中心均布在长连杆外端部，内搅拌叶片底部低于外搅拌叶片底部使两者之间形成倒锥状,且内搅拌叶片宽度小于外搅拌叶片的宽度。采用本方案后的结构稳定、搅拌效果好、实用性强。

一种搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌器技术领域，尤其是指一种搅拌装置。
背景技术
保健品大体可以分为一般保健食品、保健药品、保健化妆品、保健用品等。保健食品具有食品性质，如茶、酒、蜂制品、饮品、汤品、鲜汁、药膳等，具有色、香、形、质要求，一般在剂量上无要求；保健药品具有营养性、食物性天然药品性质，应配合治疗使用，有用法用量要求，目前带“健”字批号的药品；保健化妆品具有化妆品的性质，不仅有局部小修饰作用，且有透皮吸收、外用内效作用，如保健香水、霜膏、漱口水等；保健用品具有日常生活用品的性质，如健身器、按摩器、磁水器、健香袋、衣服鞋帽、垫毯等。随着大家健康保健意识的不断增强，保健食品市场也空前的火爆起来。保健品在生产时需要用到搅拌器，现有大多采用的都是普通搅拌器，其只有一组旋转状的叶片，这种搅拌器搅拌速度慢，搅拌时间长，不利于加工生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构稳定、搅拌效果好、实用性强的搅拌装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明所提供的技术方案为：一种搅拌装置，它包括有电机、减速箱、搅拌轴，其中，电机安装在减速箱顶部，电机传动轴垂直向下与减速箱输出端连接，减速箱底部的输出端与搅拌轴连接，搅拌轴外周上设有若干条长连杆和短连杆，长连杆外端部设有螺旋状的外搅拌叶片，短连杆外端部设有内搅拌叶片，所述的外搅拌叶片为三条，以搅拌轴为中心均布在长连杆外端部，内搅拌叶片底部低于外搅拌叶片底部使两者之间形成倒锥状,且内搅拌叶片宽度小于外搅拌叶片的宽度。
所述的三条外搅拌叶片相对旋转固定在长连杆外端部。
所述的减速箱一侧侧壁上设有检修窗。
本发明在采用上述方案后，电机通过减速箱带动搅拌轴旋转，通过外搅拌叶片与内搅拌叶片相配合对物料进行搅拌，采用内、外双层叶片及多条外搅拌叶片绕成环状，可以有效降低搅拌时间，采用本方案后的结构稳定、搅拌效果好、实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明，本发明的较佳实施例为：参见附图1，本实施例所述的一种搅拌装置包括有电机1、减速箱2、搅拌轴3，其中，电机1安装在减速箱2顶部，电机1传动轴垂直向下与减速箱2输出端连接，所述的减速箱2一侧侧壁上设有检修窗4，减速箱2底部的输出端与搅拌轴3连接，搅拌轴3外周上设有若干条长连杆5和短连杆7，长连杆5外端部设有螺旋状的外搅拌叶片6，短连杆7外端部设有内搅拌叶片8，所述的外搅拌叶片6为三条，以搅拌轴3为中心均布在长连杆5外端部，内搅拌叶片8底部低于外搅拌叶片6底部使两者之间形成倒锥状,且内搅拌叶片8宽度小于外搅拌叶片6的宽度，所述的三条外搅拌叶片6相对旋转固定在长连杆5外端部。本实施例的电机通过减速箱带动搅拌轴旋转，通过外搅拌叶片与内搅拌叶片相配合对物料进行搅拌，采用内、外双层叶片及多条外搅拌叶片绕成环状，可以有效降低搅拌时间。

1.一种搅拌装置，其特征在于：它包括有电机（1）、减速箱（2）、搅拌轴（3），其中，电机（1）安装在减速箱（2）顶部，电机（1）传动轴垂直向下与减速箱（2）输出端连接，减速箱（2）底部的输出端与搅拌轴（3）连接，搅拌轴（3）外周上设有若干条长连杆（5）和短连杆（7），长连杆（5）外端部设有螺旋状的外搅拌叶片（6），短连杆（7）外端部设有内搅拌叶片（8），所述的外搅拌叶片（6）为三条，以搅拌轴（3）为中心均布在长连杆（5）外端部，内搅拌叶片（8）底部低于外搅拌叶片（6）底部使两者之间形成倒锥状,且内搅拌叶片（8）宽度小于外搅拌叶片（6）的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置，其特征在于：三条外搅拌叶片（6）相对旋转固定在长连杆（5）外端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置，其特征在于：减速箱（2）一侧侧壁上设有检修窗（4）。
