Abstract
本发明公开了一种无创腹腔压测量装置,属于医疗设备技术领域;它包含底座、通槽、滑动槽、滑动杆、传感器;所述的底座的中间设有一个通槽;所述的通槽的四周设有滑动槽;所述的滑动杆的两端镶嵌在滑动槽中;滑动杆的空心交叉处设有传感器;所述的传感器为压力传感器与位移传感器的结合装置。它结构设计合理,操作方便,灵活性好,可以在避免感染的情况下,在体外施压为临床及个人的监控和诊断提供一定的参考意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,具体涉及一种无创腹腔压测量装置。
背景技术:
IAP的检测方法主要分两大类:直接测量法和间接测量法。直接测量法是通过腹腔穿刺引流管连进行测压,测量值准确,但此方法为有创操作,加之大多数患者腹腔情况复杂,故临床少用。间接测量法即通过测量腹腔内器官的压力间接反映腹腔内压力。包括测量膀胱压、胃内压、上腔静脉压或下腔静脉压、无创测量法、结肠或子宫放置带气囊的管测量囊内压等,临床上最常用的方法为膀胱测量法。目前使用的方法都有一定量的创口,均需向腹腔或腹腔内器官置入管道,增加患者感染概率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理、使用方便、灵活性好的一种无创腹腔压测量装置。
本发明的一种无创腹腔压测量装置,它包含底座、通槽、滑动槽、滑动杆、传感器;所述的底座的中间设有一个通槽;所述的通槽的四周设有滑动槽;所述的滑动杆的两端镶嵌在滑动槽中;滑动杆的空心交叉处设有传感器;所述的传感器为压力传感器与位移传感器的结合装置。
其中,所述的通槽为矩形槽;所述的滑动杆的两端为圆柱体;所述的圆柱体与滑动槽相互配合;两个圆柱体之间设有两根伸缩连接条。
本发明操作时,结合压力传感器与位移传感器,通过腹腔外部对应六点;六点为A:胸骨尾部上方5cm;B:脐上方5cm;C:B点右侧5cm;D:B点右侧10cm;E:耻骨上方5cm;F:E点右侧5cm(附加点)施压来达到使其产生位移的效果,测量位移,从而通过线性关系得到腹腔压的范围;通过建立腹腔压和腹壁张力的线性关系,使用间接方法得到腹腔压的数值;通过可调节长度的杆装置将结合装置上的压力贴片送至被测者腹腔表面,通过凹槽内的固定方向滑动来调整各被测者所需的对应施压位置,启动结合测量装置,完成数据分析并记录,得到腹腔压力的数值。
本发明的有益效果:它结构设计合理,操作方便,灵活性好,可以在避免感染的情况下,在体外施压为临床及个人的监控和诊断提供一定的参考意义。

如图1至图4所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含底座1、通槽2、滑动槽3、滑动杆4、传感器5;所述的底座1的中间设有一个通槽2;所述的通槽2的四周设有滑动槽3;所述的滑动杆4的两端镶嵌在滑动槽3中;滑动杆4的空心交叉处设有传感器5;所述的传感器5为压力传感器与位移传感器的结合装置。
作为优选,所述的通槽2为矩形槽。
作为优选,所述的滑动杆4的两端为圆柱体41;所述的圆柱体41与滑动槽3相互配合;两个圆柱体41之间设有两根伸缩连接条42。
