Abstract

本发明提供一种发现信号与蜂窝信号的共存装置、方法及系统,通过发现信号与蜂窝信号的共存装置接收用户设备UE发送的通信模式请求指示;其中,通信模式请求指示用于指示UE需要采用的通信模式;通信模式包括:终端对终端D2D通信或者蜂窝通信;该装置根据通信模式请求指示,确定UE采用的通信模式;该装置向UE发送确定的UE采用的通信模式的信息。从而实现了根据UE上报的通信模式请求指示,指示UE在进行发现信号的通信或蜂窝信号的通信的其中一种,从而避免UE两种通信方式发生冲突,提高了UE的D2D通信和蜂窝通信的稳定性。
