本发明涉及一种灯泡,具体涉及一种厚玻壳灯泡。
背景技术
传统灯泡玻壳厚度均在1~2mm,较薄质轻,包装和运输当中易破损,使用时更不能有效阻挡紫外线的辐射。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种厚玻壳灯泡,不易破损,且能有效阻挡紫外线的辐射。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种厚玻壳灯泡,包括灯头、玻壳、灯丝、内导丝和外导丝,所述灯头上部设有裙边,所述裙边上部与玻壳连接,所述裙边下部为绝缘体,所述绝缘体与灯头连接;所述玻壳厚度为2~10mm。
作为一种优选,所述玻壳与裙边之间采用螺纹连接,所述裙边上部内设有螺纹,并与玻壳下部螺纹匹配。
作为一种优选,所述玻壳与裙边之间采用直插式连接,并采用灯头泥固定。
本发明的有益效果是:将玻壳厚度定制为2~10mm,与灯头连接之间增设裙边连接,结构简单,包装和运输当中不易破损,使用时更能有效阻挡紫外线的辐射。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如附图1所示,一种厚玻壳灯泡,包括灯头1、玻壳2、灯丝3、内导丝和外导丝,所述灯头1上部设有裙边4,所述裙边4上部与玻壳2连接,所述裙边4下部为绝缘体,所述绝缘体与灯头1连接;所述玻壳2厚度为6mm。
所述玻壳2与裙边4之间采用螺纹连接,所述裙边4上部内设有螺纹,并与玻壳2下部螺纹匹配。
实施例2:如附图2所示,另一种厚玻壳灯泡,所述玻壳2厚度为8mm。所述玻壳2与裙边4之间采用直插式连接,并采用灯头泥固定。其它与实施例1相同。

1.一种厚玻壳灯泡,包括灯头(1)、玻壳(2)、灯丝(3)、内导丝和外导丝,其特征在于:所述灯头(1)上部设有裙边(4),所述裙边(4)上部与玻壳(2)连接,所述裙边(4)下部为绝缘体,所述绝缘体与灯头(1)连接;所述玻壳(2)厚度为2~10mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种厚玻壳灯泡,其特征在于:所述玻壳(2)与裙边(4)之间采用螺纹连接,所述裙边(4)上部内设有螺纹,并与玻壳(2)下部螺纹匹配。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种厚玻壳灯泡,其特征在于:所述玻壳(2)与裙边(4)之间采用直插式连接,并采用灯头泥固定。
