Abstract
一种移动拖曳电缆,包括若干股线芯、包裹于每根线芯上的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层、编织屏蔽层外的橡胶护套以及外护套,还增设有若干根直径为8~10mm的尼龙束,所述尼龙束与线芯数量比例为1:10~13,线芯与尼龙束绞合设置,所述外护套包裹于尼龙束与线芯的绞合线上,并在间隙内填充有聚醚醚酮,所述外护套为丁晴橡胶。大大提高了电缆的使用寿命,有效防止电缆因移动拖曳而产生断裂的现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工业自动化用电缆制作领域,尤其涉及一种移动拖曳电缆。
背景技术
中国专利公开号为,CN102231296A,涉及一种铜包铝芯丁晴PVC绝缘及护套抗拉移动电缆。铜包铝芯丁晴PVC绝缘及护套抗拉移动电缆采用的丁晴护套具有柔软、防水、耐磨、耐腐蚀等有点,采用丁晴作为绝缘层具有耐热性、能抗撕裂、耐磨,采用铜包铝作为导体,由于铜具有良好的导电性、抗拉性,并且易焊接、密度小、重量轻、性价比高。改技术方案通过设置丁晴作为绝缘层,大大提高了其抗移动拖曳的强度,但其线芯由于为一般的通用结构,在长期移动拖曳过程中容易产生断裂或拉伸的现象,影响传输效率,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种柔软性好,并且有效防止频繁移动拖曳、在温水中6H后施加2000V电压1min不击穿的移动拖曳电缆。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了以下技术方案:一种移动拖曳电缆,包括若干股线芯、包裹于每根线芯上的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层、编织屏蔽层外的橡胶护套以及外护套,其特征在于还增设有若干根直径为8~10mm的尼龙束,所述尼龙束与线芯数量比例为1:10~13,线芯与尼龙束绞合设置,所述外护套包裹于尼龙束与线芯的绞合线上,并在间隙内填充有聚醚醚酮,所述外护套为丁晴橡胶。所述聚醚醚酮内设置有玻璃纤维束。
本发明的技术关键在于通过增设直径为8~10mm的尼龙束,并将之与线芯绞合,大大提升电缆的抗拉性能,有效防止线芯断裂,并通过将尼龙束与线芯数量比例控制为1:10~13,使抗拉性能达到最优化。
本发明的有益效果:本发明大大提高了电缆的使用寿命,有效防止电缆因移动拖曳而产生断裂的现象。

具体实施方式
一种移动拖曳电缆,包括11股线芯001、包裹于每根线芯001上的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层002、编织屏蔽层002外的橡胶护套003以及外护套004,还增设有1根直径为8~10mm的尼龙束005,所述尼龙束005与线芯001数量比例为1:11,线芯001与尼龙束005绞合设置,所述外护套004包裹于尼龙束005与线芯001的绞合线上,并在间隙内填充有聚醚醚酮006,所述外护套004为丁晴橡胶。所述聚醚醚酮006内设置有玻璃纤维束007。

1.一种移动拖曳电缆,包括若干股线芯、包裹于每根线芯上的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层、编织屏蔽层外的橡胶护套以及外护套,其特征在于还增设有若干根直径为10mm的尼龙束,所述尼龙束与线芯数量比例为1:11,线芯与尼龙束绞合设置,所述外护套包裹于尼龙束与线芯的绞合线上,并在间隙内填充有聚醚醚酮,所述外护套为丁晴橡胶。
