In another case, no matter the user presets the charging time, the charging energy consumption, the charging amount and other values of the charging pile for charging, or the system control unit 100 counts the charging time and/or the charging energy consumption information generated when the vehicle is parked and the charging pile is directly used and the calculated corresponding fee through the configured internet management unit 1001, the user waits for the vehicle to arrive at the exit gate, and the user completes the fee payment procedure through the service charging unit 108.
Further, the internet management unit 1001 is further configured to receive a request issued by a parking space long-term renting user for granting at least one authority for others to enter the underground garage, and prohibit anyone other than the arbitrary person from driving into the garage again after detecting that the parking space long-term renting user/the arbitrary person in the others drives into the underground garage.
Further, after the other people enter the underground garage, the parking space long-term renting user can receive reminding information of the other people entering the garage sent by the system operator, or the parking space long-term renting user can log in the internet management unit 1001 to check the using information of the garage.
The charging card and the access control card can be integrated into one card. The access control card can be a magnetic card with a built-in chip or a door card with a two-dimensional code.
Preferably, the garage management control system further comprises a carwash facility management unit 113 for counting and managing the time of using the facility by the user and the corresponding fee calculated according to the time of using the facility, wherein one or more service facilities including high-pressure water gun washing, carwash foam spraying, dust collection, ozone disinfection and the like are provided, and when the using time exceeds a specified time T (fully considering the actual using condition of the carwash facility in real life, the preferred time is 10 minutes), the system control unit 100 informs the user and carries out terminal fee deduction. Of course, the car wash facility management unit 113 may not specify time, and charge corresponding fees according to the time actually used by the user and the corresponding charged price standard.
It should be noted that the garage management information includes, but is not limited to, parking space usage status information, vehicle entering right information, online recharging information, prepayment information, charging time and/or charging energy consumption information, reminding or warning information, fee deduction information, charging information for each item in the garage, and the like.
The system may further comprise:
a garage exit image capturing unit (not shown in the drawings) for capturing the license plate information of the vehicle that exits the garage;
the recording unit can record the conditions of the vehicles entering and exiting the garage, the parking and/or charging conditions of the vehicles on the parking spaces, the use conditions of facilities in the car washing area and the like, and provide evidences for disputes such as illegal entry and parking.
If the demand that outside personnel got into is limited to this unit, accessible entrance guard's card managers come in and go out, realizes inside and outside differentiation management promptly, and entrance guard's permission can integrate to the card with the parking permission on, to the use charge of parking service, charging service, self-service car washing service, still can set up different service package function card management, if "charge the parking card, use and fill electric pile and can use the parking stall simultaneously", realize the service appreciation.
As described above, the garage management control system includes a plurality of garage parking space management units electrically connected to the system control unit, and the garage parking space management units are provided with detection modules for detecting whether vehicles are located on parking spaces. The system control unit is configured with a display module (not shown in the figure), and can monitor the vehicle activities according to the garage entrance recognition unit and the detection module so as to display the use state information of all parking spaces, wherein the use state information of the parking spaces comprises the state information of empty parking to be selected, parked vehicles, abnormal occupied parking and the like. Fig. 2 shows a presentation interface diagram of the display module, and it can be known from the diagram that a parking space status light display area for displaying the use status information of all parking spaces in the garage, and parking space statuses and corresponding parking space quantity display areas respectively counted according to the parking space lights with different colors are arranged on the interface. In the parking stall state lamp display area, the different parking stall states of parking stall lamp representation of different colours of twinkling of a eye, the parking stall state includes that vacant waiting to select the parking stall, the parking stall of parking has been gone into and the parking stall is waited to park and unusual by states such as parking stall, for example: the flashing yellow parking space lamp represents that the parking space is an empty parking space to be selected, the flashing green parking space lamp represents that the parking space is a parked parking space, the flashing blue parking space lamp represents that the parking space is a parking space to be parked, and the flashing red parking space lamp represents that the parking space is an abnormal occupied parking space. Different parking stall states and corresponding parking stall quantity are counted respectively according to different colour parking stall lamps on the interface, for example: the total number of vacant parking spaces to be selected by the aid of the flashing yellow lamps is 189, the total number of parked parking spaces by the flashing green lamps is 236, the total number of parked parking spaces by the flashing blue lamps is 8, and the total number of occupied parking spaces is 2 due to the fact that the flashing red lamps are abnormal. Meanwhile, the interface can display the specific parking space numbers of the abnormal occupied parking spaces, such as 0011 and 0032.
In addition, the system control unit can also send alarm information to vehicle personnel who are occupied with parking places abnormally through an alarm unit (not shown in the figure) arranged in the garage, so that the vehicle personnel can be reminded of parking wrong parking places and please find the correct parking places as soon as possible.
