Abstract

一种新灯条散热器结构的模组,包括灯条散热器、前壳、液晶玻璃、背板、灯条等,其特征在于所述灯条安装在灯条散热器上,所述灯条散热器锁附在背板上,所述液晶玻璃固定在灯条散热器与前壳之间;本发明解决了现有导光板的承载面分为对个平面,平整度不一致而产生的画面白痕与暗影的问题,解决了因现有散热器、背板、中框轻微变形组装配合不一致等导致的画面漏光问题,解决了中框与导光板之间的配合间隙不均的画面漏光问题,取消了部分中框,也节约了成本,提高产品的品质与竞争力。

一种新灯条散热器结构的模组及其组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及平板电视技术领域,具体涉及一种新灯条散热器结构的模组及其组装方法。
背景技术
灯条散热器是侧入式平板电视机的重要配件,它的作用为用来定位固定灯条,散解灯条的热量,定位导光板等材料,对整个模具或整机也有一定的支持承载作用。目前灯条散热器的要求散热面积大,造成外形偏厚且需要做很多散热结构,同时为了避免漏光、避免导光板局部被散热器顶起或凹陷导致画面白痕与暗影,要求散热器的平整度非常高,尺寸要求精密,另散热器与中框与背板的组装配合也要求进度高,经常出现一致差而引起漏光,白痕,暗影等画面不良。
如图1所示,传统的灯条散热器1需要采用中框2与背板3进行组装,安装结构较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种改善产品画面品味质量及节约成本的新灯条散热器结构的模组及其组装方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种新灯条散热器结构的模组,包括灯条散热器、前壳、液晶玻璃、背板、灯条等,其特征在于所述灯条安装在灯条散热器上,所述灯条散热器锁附在背板上,所述液晶玻璃固定在灯条散热器与前壳之间;
所述灯条散热器包括散热器主体,所述散热器主体上间隔设置有用于连接背板和前壳的螺纹孔,所述散热器主体上部设有卡槽结构,所述卡槽结构包括一开口朝下的U形槽,所述U形槽的一边为倒L形侧壁,另一边向外侧突起;该U形槽用于卡接反射片和导光板,所述U形卡槽上部设置LED灯条插座出线缺口。
上述模组的组装方法如下:
(1)将灯条预先固定在灯条散热器上,在将灯条散热器锁附在金属背板上,通过螺钉或导热胶等固定;
(2)将反射片与导光板从灯条散热器的U形槽中插入定位,膜片按照正常方式组装,可以在灯条散热器内侧亦可在边缘(根据不同结构而定);
(3)灯条散热器代替了原先与之配合的部分中框,无需再组装此分段的中框,与其他部分的中框可采用配合固定方式;
(4)此灯条散热器起到代替部分中框承载液晶玻璃的作用,液晶玻璃组装固定在灯条散热器与前壳之间,再加以其他的辅助材料,完成取代现有结构方式的功能,实现新灯条散热器结构的模组及整机。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明解决了现有导光板的承载面分为对个平面,平整度不一致而产生的画面白痕与暗影的问题,解决了因现有散热器、背板、中框轻微变形组装配合不一致等导致的画面漏光问题,解决了中框与导光板之间的配合间隙不均的画面漏光问题,取消了部分中框,也节约了成本,提高产品的品质与竞争力。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图2所示,一种新灯条散热器结构的模组,包括灯条散热器10、前壳20、液晶玻璃30、背板40、灯条50,所述灯条50安装在灯条散热器10上,所述灯条散热器10锁附在背板40上,所述液晶玻璃30固定在灯条散热器10与前壳20之间;
如图3、图4所示,所述灯条散热器10包括散热器主体101,所述散热器主体101上间隔设置有用于连接背板和前壳的螺纹孔102,所述散热器主体101上部设有卡槽结构,所述卡槽结构包括一开口朝下的U形槽103,所述U形槽103的一边为倒L形侧壁104,另一边向外侧形成突起105;该U形槽103用于卡接反射片和导光板,所述U形卡槽103上部设置LED灯条插座出线缺口106。
上述模组的组装方法如下:
(1)将灯条预先固定在灯条散热器上,在将灯条散热器锁附在金属背板上,通过螺钉固定或导热胶等(见图5);
(2)将反射片与导光板从灯条散热器的U形槽中插入定位,膜片按照正常方式组装,可以在灯条散热器内侧亦可在边缘(根据不同结构而定);
(3)灯条散热器代替了原先与之配合的部分中框,无需再组装此分段的中框,与其他部分的中框可采用配合固定方式;
(4)此灯条散热器起到代替部分中框承载液晶玻璃的作用,液晶玻璃组装固定在灯条散热器与前壳之间,再加以其他的辅助材料,完成取代现有结构方式的功能,实现新灯条散热器结构的模组及整机。

1.一种新灯条散热器结构的模组,包括灯条散热器、前壳、液晶玻璃、背板、灯条,其特征在于,所述灯条安装在灯条散热器上,所述灯条散热器锁附在背板上,所述液晶玻璃固定在灯条散热器与前壳之间;
所述灯条散热器包括散热器主体,所述散热器主体上间隔设置有用于连接背板和前壳的螺纹孔,所述散热器主体上部设有卡槽结构,所述卡槽结构包括一开口朝下的U形槽,所述U形槽的一边为倒L形侧壁,另一边向外侧突起;该U形槽用于卡接反射片和导光板,所述U形卡槽上部设置LED灯条插座出线缺口。
2.一种权利要求1所述模组的组装方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)将灯条预先固定在灯条散热器上,在将灯条散热器锁附在金属背板上,通过螺钉或导热胶固定;
(2)将反射片与导光板从灯条散热器的U形槽中插入定位,膜片按照正常方式组装,可以在灯条散热器内侧亦可在边缘;
(3)灯条散热器代替了原先与之配合的部分中框,无需再组装此分段的中框,与其他部分的中框采用配合固定方式;
(4)此灯条散热器起到代替部分中框承载液晶玻璃的作用,液晶玻璃组装固定在灯条散热器与前壳之间,再加以其他的辅助材料,实现新灯条散热器结构的模组组装。
