Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED面板灯结构,所述LED面板灯结构包括面板盖,面板盖内外呈方形,倒圆角,在面板盖底面,连接有散热架,所述散热架沿面板盖方形底面围成坝体,其内侧面形成方形框,沿其四个方形框侧面上,设置有四排LED灯条,LED灯条上设置有LED灯珠队列,在围成坝体的散热架内,从上往下依次设置有光学扩散板、折射板、反光板,所述散热架坝体内侧面下边缘处,设置有一圈台阶槽,在该台阶槽体内设置有密封弹力海棉垫,散热架坝体下端面使用瓷盖板封盖;四排LED灯条连接有LED保护电路,本发明LED面板灯散热器下端面连接瓷盖板,散热器将热量传导至瓷盖板,达到快速散热的目的,另外,本发明采用双重滤波电路,能有效地保护LED不被瞬间高压击穿损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED领域,具体的说是涉及一种LED面板灯结构。
背景技术
LED面板灯是一款高档的室内照明灯具,其外边框由铝合金经阳极氧化而成,光源为LED,整个灯具设计美观简洁、大气豪华,既有良好的照明效果,又能给人带来美的感受。LED面板灯设计独特,光经过高透光率的导光板后形成一种均匀的平面发光效果,照度均匀性好、光线柔和、舒适而不失明亮,可有效缓解眼疲劳。LED面板灯还能防辐射,不会刺激孕妇、老人、儿童的皮肤。
LED面板灯应用广泛,已有代替格栅灯的趋势;LED面板灯主要应用在:1、天花板(代替原来的格栅灯);2、墙壁(不仅仅充当照明用途,还具有艺术体现);3安装体(追求实用和艺术结合,方便简单安装);4、其它(还可用在其它地方,如火车车箱或者大型移动车内、柜台等)。
现有技术中,LED面板灯散热效果较差,直接影响LED灯珠的寿命,LED灯珠由于使用过程中,对于电压要求非常高,如果瞬间电压超过其负荷,就会造成LED灯烧坏。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供了一种LED面板灯结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下方案来实现:一种LED面板灯结构,所述LED面板灯结构包括面板盖,面板盖内外呈方形,倒圆角,在面板盖底面,连接有散热架,所述散热架沿面板盖方形底面围成坝体,其内侧面形成方形框,沿其四个方形框侧面上,设置有四排LED灯条,LED灯条上设置有LED灯珠队列,在围成坝体的散热架内,从上往下依次设置有光学扩散板、折射板、反光板,所述散热架坝体内侧面下边缘处,设置有一圈台阶槽,在该台阶槽体内设置有密封弹力海棉垫,散热架坝体下端面使用瓷盖板封盖;
四排LED灯条连接有LED保护电路,该LED保护电路包括:
由电容C1、电阻R1、压敏电阻、电感L1、电阻R2组成的电源初级滤波电路,该电源初级滤波电路将输入瞬间高压滤除;所述电容C1、电阻R1连接电源正负极,电感L1与电阻R2串联,串联后与电容C1、电阻R1并联;
由电容C2、电阻R6组成的降压电路,所述电容C2与电阻R6并联,并联的正极端连接电感L1的输出端;
由电容C3、电容C4、电感L2及压敏电阻组成整流后的滤波电路,所述电容C3为电解电容,电容C3正极端连接电感L2,电感L2另一端连接电阻R5、电容C4、压敏电阻,电阻R5、电容C4、压敏电阻另一端连接在电阻R3、电阻R4上,电阻R3、电阻R4另一端连接在电容C3的负极端。
进一步的,所述散热架为航空铝材散热器,其坝体外壁设置成直型条纹状。
进一步的,所述光学扩散板为PET聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯扩散板。
进一步的,所述瓷盖板为陶瓷盖板。
进一步的,所述折射板上设置有高密度的激光打点弧形面,其密度大小为每平方厘米在6~10个之间,每个弧形面大小为2*3mm。
进一步的,所述散热器上设置有一个小孔,小孔处贴有反渗透防水膜。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:本发明LED面板灯散热器下端面连接瓷盖板,瓷盖板采用陶瓷制作,由于陶瓷冷却速度较快,散热器将热量传导至瓷盖板,达到快速散热的目的,另外,本发明采用双重滤波电路,能有效地保护LED不被瞬间高压击穿损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参照附图1~3,本发明的一种LED面板灯结构,所述LED面板灯结构包括面板盖1,面板盖1内外呈方形,倒圆角,在面板盖1底面,连接有散热架,所述散热架沿面板盖方形底面围成坝体,其内侧面形成方形框,沿其四个方形框侧面上,设置有四排LED灯条,LED灯条上设置有LED灯珠队列,在围成坝体的散热架内,从上往下依次设置有光学扩散板2、折射板3、反光板4,所述散热架坝体内侧面下边缘处,设置有一圈台阶槽,在该台阶槽体内设置有密封弹力海棉垫5,密封弹力海棉垫5的弹力能够稳定LED面板灯内的光学材料,密封效果也优越,避免了外部的水进入LED面板灯内部,光学扩散板2与面板盖1之间也是密封结构,只在散热器边上设置有一个小孔,小孔上面贴有一块反渗透防水膜,LED面板灯内部的水能够通过热量蒸发排出,而外部的水不能够进入LED面板灯内。散热架坝体下端面使用瓷盖板6封盖;所述散热架为航空铝材散热器,其坝体外壁设置成直型条纹状,航空铝材散热效果好,有效保护LED灯珠,提高LED灯珠的使用寿命,所述光学扩散板2为PET聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯扩散板,其透光率高达95%,能够有效消除眩光、黄晕等现象,所述瓷盖板6为陶瓷盖板,陶瓷盖板所采用的材料是陶瓷制作,陶瓷散热效果较好,瓷盖板6连接在散热器上,散热器的热量能够快速的传送至瓷盖板6,瓷盖板6将热量发散至空气中。
所述折射板上设置有高密度的激光打点弧形面,其密度大小为每平方厘米在6~10个之间,每个弧形面大小为2*3mm。
四排LED灯条连接有LED保护电路,该LED保护电路包括:
由电容C1、电阻R1、压敏电阻、电感L1、电阻R2组成的电源初级滤波电路,该电源初级滤波电路将输入瞬间高压滤除;所述电容C1、电阻R1连接电源正负极,电感L1与电阻R2串联,串联后与电容C1、电阻R1并联;
由电容C2、电阻R6组成的降压电路,所述电容C2与电阻R6并联,并联的正极端连接电感L1的输出端;
由电容C3、电容C4、电感L2及压敏电阻组成整流后的滤波电路,所述电容C3为电解电容,电容C3正极端连接电感L2,电感L2另一端连接电阻R5、电容C4、压敏电阻,电阻R5、电容C4、压敏电阻另一端连接在电阻R3、电阻R4上,电阻R3、电阻R4另一端连接在电容C3的负极端,本发明LED保护电路采用双重滤波电路,能有效地保护LED灯珠不被瞬间高压击穿损坏。

1.一种LED面板灯结构,所述LED面板灯结构包括面板盖(1),面板盖(1)内外呈方形,倒圆角,在面板盖(1)底面,连接有散热架,其特征在于:所述散热架沿面板盖方形底面围成坝体,其内侧面形成方形框,沿其四个方形框侧面上,设置有四排LED灯条,LED灯条上设置有LED灯珠队列,在围成坝体的散热架内,从上往下依次设置有光学扩散板(2)、折射板(3)、反光板(4),所述散热架坝体内侧面下边缘处,设置有一圈台阶槽,在该台阶槽体内设置有密封弹力海棉垫(5),散热架坝体下端面使用瓷盖板(6)封盖;
四排LED灯条连接有LED保护电路,该LED保护电路包括:
由电容C1、电阻R1、压敏电阻、电感L1、电阻R2组成的电源初级滤波电路,该电源初级滤波电路将输入瞬间高压滤除;所述电容C1、电阻R1连接电源正负极,电感L1与电阻R2串联,串联后与电容C1、电阻R1并联;
由电容C2、电阻R6组成的降压电路,所述电容C2与电阻R6并联,并联的正极端连接电感L1的输出端;
由电容C3、电容C4、电感L2及压敏电阻组成整流后的滤波电路,所述电容C3为电解电容,电容C3正极端连接电感L2,电感L2另一端连接电阻R5、电容C4、压敏电阻,电阻R5、电容C4、压敏电阻另一端连接在电阻R3、电阻R4上,电阻R3、电阻R4另一端连接在电容C3的负极端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED面板灯结构,其特征在于:所述散热架为航空铝材散热器,其坝体外壁设置成直型条纹状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED面板灯结构,其特征在于:所述光学扩散板(2)为PET聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯扩散板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED面板灯结构,其特征在于:所述瓷盖板(6)为陶瓷盖板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED面板灯结构,其特征在于:所述折射板(3)上设置有高密度的激光打点弧形面,其密度大小为每平方厘米在6~10个之间,每个弧形面大小为2*3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED面板灯结构,其特征在于:所述散热器上设置有一个小孔,小孔处贴有反渗透防水膜。
