背景技术
平板闸阀已在石油、化工、长输管线、油码头和灌区中广泛使用,平板闸阀具有密封性能好,使用寿命长,开启扭矩小,结构长度短等优点,但是,平板闸阀在长期使用中阀杆密封处有时会发生介质泄漏,这种泄漏在现在处理很困难,影响阀门正常运行。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种密封效果好的防漏耐磨闸阀。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种防漏耐磨闸阀,包括壳体、阀盖和球形阀杆;所述阀盖通过螺栓固定连接在壳体上;所述球形阀杆安装在壳体内,且两端均伸出阀盖;所述阀盖在球形阀杆伸出端设有锁紧圈;所述球形阀杆在壳体内的部分安装有加固环;所述阀盖安装在壳体内侧端安装有密封圈;所述球形阀杆与阀盖之间还设有耐磨环。
优选的,所述加固环的个数为两个,且有耐磨金属制成。
优选的,所述壳体由不锈钢制成。

本发明的一种防漏耐磨闸阀,通过将球形阀杆在壳体内的部分安装有加固环,阀盖安装在壳体内侧端安装有密封圈的设计,当球形阀杆运动,由于加固环和耐磨环的存在,提高了球形阀杆的使用寿命,密封圈能够有效的防止球形阀杆运动时产生的介质泄漏,这样大大的提高了使用寿命,有效防止闸阀泄漏。

本发明方案的一种防漏耐磨闸阀,通过将球形阀杆3在壳体1内的部分安装有加固环6,阀盖2安装在壳体1内侧端安装有密封圈7的设计,当球形阀杆3运动,由于加固环6和耐磨环8的存在,提高了球形阀杆3的使用寿命,密封圈7能够有效的防止球形阀杆3运动时产生的介质泄漏,这样大大的提高了使用寿命,有效防止闸阀泄漏。
